  What a day/night

  A perfect venue for a perfect day!! From beginning to end, our experience with Monkton Barn was next to none. Communication, little touches, professionalism, understanding and flexibility and beautiful venue made our day just great! Not to mention the food! We have had nothing but compliments about every asp of our day! Thanks for making it one to remember for all the right reasons ❤️

  More than a wedding venue

  We were blown away by Monkton barn and Peter on our first viewing! It was such an incredible space that enabled us to really make our day our own. In the run up to the day itself, Peter was available for planning "parties" which were a true highlight of our wedding preparation and always sparked such brilliant ideas. He was incredible in helping to navigate the torrential rain the week of our wedding and created lots of plan Bs should we need them. This was hugely appreciated and felt like a true partnership.
  
  We split our day between the meadow for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast and then hosted the evening inside the barn. This meant we could create a real difference between night and day and no need to worry about change over times etc. The meadow has stunning views and is an incredible space to really let your hair down and celebrate with everyone. The courtyard and barn were perfect for the evening, plenty of room for the band, drinks, dancing and best of all a fire for drunken marshmallows.

  My dream wedding happened at Monkton Barn this Jul

  Thank you so much to Peter and all the other companies involved, who he personally recommended, for helping us pull it all together. The Barn was full to the brim with our friends and family for our ceremony and beautiful views made the slightly rainy day on the meadow picture perfect (thanks to Wendy!). Two months later and guests are still raving about how the day was just so 'us'. All the best to future Monkton Brides and Grooms x

  What a perfect location...

  My daughter held her wedding reception here on June 17th 2017. What a perfect location. The views are spectacular from the meadow. We had the run of both meadows (plenty of space for bouncy castle, cricket match, welly wanging and much more). We were able to decorate the marquee and grounds as we wanted and staff were on hand to help. Caterers fab. Peter was most accommodating and wants his guests to have a great time. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful venue.

  We had a lovely, relaxed wedding day and our guest

  We recently got married at Monkton Barn and it was the perfect venue for us. We had no idea how to organise a wedding and having Peter involved from the start was a blessing. He really helped keep us relaxed and not sweat the small stuff. We had a lovely, relaxed wedding day and our guests had a fantastic time. We truly couldn't have wished for more.

  fantastic experience from the moment we contacted

  We had our Wedding party here and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we contacted Peter, the meetings planning the night, right up to the morning after the event. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Peter..along with the beautiful venue he was definitely a massive factor in us booking this venue.

  My wife and I were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at Monkton Barn. From the moment we walked in and met Peter we knew we were at home.??Never had we encountered a person so passionate about their business and enthusiastic about exceeding their clients expectations. Peter and his team were a delight to work with and Monkton Barn's extensive list of suppliers made it very easy to plan and find the services we required for the big day.??On our wedding day Peter ensured all ran smoothly and to plan. Also his wife Wendy is an amazing photographer and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. She captured our wedding day effortlessly and with pure class. The photo's we received were breathtaking.??We can't thank the team at Monkton Barn enough for making our special day even more special & for helping our family & friends feel so welcome. ??We look forward to another infamous planning party !
