We had our Wedding here at Frimley Hall Hotel 6/9/24
After visiting a wedding fair and chatting to Sian (Wedding coordinator) and Constantin ( Events Manager) We 100% knew that we would be in safe hands. Both Sian and Constantin are amazing at what they do, from the moment we meet them to the moment they left in the evening party they made us feel so looked after and calm. Nothing was too much trouble and both went above and beyond to make our day super special x In fact the whole team there are so good, the reception staff, the bar staff, waiters and waitresses, all the recommended suppliers that we had booked on the day for the draping and chair covers, the dj EVERONE there made our day amazing! The food!! The best fish cakes we’ve ever had and the portion size is incredible! Wine choices are great, endless water and tea and coffee. We would both highly recommend having your special day here because I’m a control freak and stress about things but believe me I let go and let the team do their thing and I didn’t have any stress at all!! The Osbourne bride suite was wonderful and’s our guests with disabilities were well looked after and the family breakfast in the morning was such a great touch. Not one whisper of complaints from any of our guests. A huge THANK YOU to the whole team at frimley hall hotel x love Steph and Bob xx Best day ever!! -

Frimley Hall Hotel was the ideal setting for our wedding – from the moment you drive up, the beautiful grounds make a lasting impression. The venue itself is elegant and adaptable, which made it perfect for our small wedding. The ability to adjust the room size with partitions helped create an intimate atmosphere that we absolutely loved.
Sian was a dream to work with – incredibly organised, responsive, and always ready to help. No question was too small and no request ever felt like a problem. She guided us through the planning process with professionalism and warmth, which made everything feel manageable.
On the day, Constantin took over and made sure everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to him, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our celebration, knowing we were in safe hands.
Many of our guests stayed at the hotel for the weekend and had a wonderful time – some even took advantage of the spa, which they truly enjoyed. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the honeymoon suite was absolutely stunning.

We stumbled into Frimley Hall after visiting other venues, Amelie was working on the reception. although the rooms were not set for a wedding, we loved that Amelie took time to talk us through what could be our wedding day.
We arranged to meet Sian and the wedding planning began, the whole team were welcoming when we visited the hotel or when we had email enquiries. We had very high demands, Sian and Constantin were given detailed spread sheets of what we wanted, and they embraced our organising and planning.
On the day of the wedding, the team made sure that everything was perfect, from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast through to the reception.
Constantine on the floor , counting me into the ceremony, made me smile and calmed my nerves.
All the staff on the day made it as memorable as possible with Amelie and Matthew supporting Sian and Constantine
The hotel provided little surprises for us that we will cherish always

We originally had our wedding planned for June 2023, but with the arrival of our second child we wanted to move this forward. It only took one email and everything was taken care of. We swapped to the intimate package and everything was just perfect.
The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and everything was taken care of. Sian answered all our questions and managed everything for us, the team on site were great - they accommodated all our requests and they were so friendly and responsive! We didn’t even need to worry about additional suppliers as they did all the liaising so we could just enjoy our day.
The food was delicious and we have so many compliments from our guests, they had the best time and we couldn’t fault it at all!
On top of that, the bridal suite was beautiful and included with our package, and the private breakfast with our guests the next day just finished off our weekend perfectly! 💕 -

Frimley hotel were amazing from start to finish. From viewing to wedding was roughly 87 days and everything was stress free!
We went for a viewing and all questions we could have had were answered, within a week we had reserved and paid the deposit. Every time we visited staff were friendly and accommodating.
As we were not looking for a fancy full on day we asked to make quite a few alterations to the original package and they were nothing but helpful. All prices and details were amended accordingly and were kept up to date with details in writing via email.
Anytime we wanted to pop down for viewings we were welcomed, and we were very impressed with the menu tasting.
The day itself couldn’t have been much better. All the staff were so lovely and helpful whenever anything was asked of them. The day ran super smoothly and we were made aware of everything that was going on and when.
