The most perfect day

Got married here on Saturday. The day from start to finish was perfect!!! Special thank you to Lauren who sorted everything, any time I had a question she couldn’t have been more helpful, and on the day Emil who couldn’t have done enough for me! Literally everything I imagined and more. Wish I could do it every weekend.
Would highly recommend having your wedding here

Unbeatable

We had our wedding at the marriott at the end of Aug 2024.
The venue is beautiful, staff couldn't do enough to help us before, during and after the wedding.
Would have no hesitation in recommending. Unbeatable value for money and the perfect location for St George's Hall weddings.

Amazing venue

Chelsea and the whole team were amazing. She answered all our questions quickly (and we had loads!) and was so great on the day. The whole team was great, the room looked amazing and the service was excellent!

Fantastic

I am just contacting you about our booking on May 23rd in the Hornby Suite, Following our wedding at St George's Hall.
Our meal and the experience at the Marriott as a whole was absolutely fantastic.
The food, service and room set up down to the lighting, music and tables were perfect!
Your staff and service was perfect, my guests and I could not have asked for anything more.
I want to thank you for the flowers and card also, it was such a lovely personal touch and your communication throughout the arrangement of this booking has been lovely.
If there is any sort of feedback form or head office email to which I can send my feedback I would love to do so, as all the staff involved with my booking really made my husband and I's day.
Thanks again for everything and hope to see you next year, as we plan to stay to celebrate our first year of marriage.
I will be recommending The Marriott to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic from start to finish

From start to finish Marriott Liverpool were fantastic when planning our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and the day could not have been more perfect. We were invited to view the venue dressed for other weddings to give us a taste of what we wanted for our day. This not only gave us ideas to work from, but also filled us with confidence for how our big day would look.
The lead up to the wedding put our mind at ease as we could contact the wedding coordinator, Sarah, at any time. The other staff made finalising the last-minute details such as food and decoration a breeze.
The staff on the day were faultless and our guests have not stopped complimenting how great they were. The day was better than we ever could have imagined, filled with a lot of love and memories we will cherish forever, and we have Marriott staff to thank for that.

Wedding 2018

All the reviews on this website about the Marriott Hotel in Liverpool sound great, however this was not the case for our wedding. Unfortunately the wedding adviser Diane everyone has mentioned was not our wedding adviser, it was Sarah and everything didn’t go how we had wanted it to. I did complain after the wedding but their response was not great. Hopefully the mistakes made can be learnt from for future weddings, it was just a shame my day wasn’t as perfect as I had wanted it.

Wonderful wedding experience at The Marriott

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception here on 4th March 2017. Diane Normile, our wedding advisor, was great and was always available to answer any queries or provide information on the lead-up to the wedding. Her input helped our wedding preparations to run smoothly, so a big thanks from Ian and I.
On the day itself Santosh, Emil and all their colleagues worked really hard to make our wedding reception so enjoyable. The staff made us and our guests feel really special and nothing was too much trouble. The wedding breakfast was beautiful - the food was hot and really tasty and the tables looked lovely. Overall, we and our guests had a fabulous day - it was a lovely reception and this was due in no small part to the staff. Again a big thank you.
Overall I couldn't fault the staff and the reception and we made a point of speaking to the Duty Manager on the Sunday to express our gratitude.
Well done Marriott!

Wonderful wedding venue and superb service!

What a wonderful wedding venue! Diane is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for her! Everything from viewing, booking, planning and on our wedding day was just perfect! Lucy, Scott and team on our wedding day were fantastic too! Food was lovely and service excellent! Lots of compliments from our guests for food and service! Wish I could do it all again!

Hi Diane,

Ian and I would like to say a big thank you to both you and Neil for all your help with our wedding reception from beginning to end you were brilliant. Everything went according to plan Ian and I had an amazing day didn't want it to end:-)

We would especially like to thank Neil and all the catering\bar staff for their hard work thought the day. And a special mention for the Chef and his team, the meal was fantastic and we had received so many complements about how good it was especially the main course!
