The Most Perfect Venue

We had our Wedding in August 2025 here at the Stunning Limpley Stoke Hotel.
From the moment we booked the venue until the morning after the wedding was an absolute breeze so well organised, stress free and professional.
Karen was amazing on any emails we sent and on our meetings was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The wedding team that made our day so perfect are just incredible all our guests couldn’t believe how relaxed and smooth our whole wedding was and that was thanks to the team at Limpley Stoke Hotel it was faultless.
Breakfast, Welcome Drinks, Canapés, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet totally delicious and who can forget the bar staff so happy and friendly.
The hotel and views are just stunning.
Thank you for making Our Special Day That Extra Special.

Perfect venue

Limpley stoke hotel offers the perfect wedding venue.
We had our wedding here August 2025 and it was a beautiful day, we took our decorations and cake in the day before and it was beautifully set up by staff for our special day, the food was very nice and the scenery was lovely, the children enjoyed playing outside and our photos were wonderful. We had no worries about getting from place to place as it was all done here and we had the bridal suite for the night so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all.
The price for what you get is fantastic I would definitely recommend this.

Amazing wedding venue

We got married at Limpley Stoke Hotel in September and couldn't of wished for a better day. The wedding planner Karen was brilliant from start to finish and really went above and beyond to create exactly what we envisioned. The views are phenomenal and we also had so many guests compliment on the food. I would highly recommend this venue as it's charming, has beautiful rooms, great Dj included in the package and a lovely supportive wedding planner, Thank you Karen :)

Such a special day we'll always remember

We enjoyed every moment of our wedding at the Limpley Stoke Hotel. From the moment we walked into the venue and met the wedding co-ordinator (Karen Thompson) & right through our wedding day itself, it all ran really smoothly and for that we are very grateful and know that was down to Karen's hard work & the hard work of the staff at Limpley Stoke Hotel who did all they could for us to help us enjoy our special day.

Our Wedding Day

We celebrated our Wedding at Limply Stoke in August this year, service was simply fantastic, food was really good and plenty of it on both the wedding breakfast and evening buffet with many options available, staff were tremendous, everything was just so perfect. All our guests commented on how well it was organised, seamless and streamlined, Karen the Wedding planner is so experienced and offered support, catered for our every wish, overall we couldn't of asked for a more special Wedding Day and can't recommend enough, you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding!

Karen and all the staff at the Limpley Stoke Hotel were fantastic throughout the planning stages all the way through to after our wedding. Karen made the planning and preparations side really easy, her knowledge and experience were spot on and she made the whole experience less stressful. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have done more for us and our guests and nothing was too much trouble for them. I really cannot recommend the Limpley Stoke Hotel enough!!

Beautiful venue

We booked our wedding back in 2019 and Karen and the team were fantastic we had a couple of set backs from covid but the venue and Karen were fantastic and made our day special

Good Place

Good place to stay and for a wedding. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Limpley Stoke Hotel on 17th Aug 2019. Wedding planning was like a dream, Karen helped us making sure everything runs smoothly. Having her as a wedding coordinator allowed us to enjoy the day fully. She helped with planning, setting up decorations, ceremony, keeping the timing, she helped with absolutely everything and she accommodated all our random requests.

Food - amazing. We ate at the restaurant the day before our wedding and everything was delicious. Our guests were really happy with the wedding meal and buffet. I can't find a single thing to complain.

Limpley Stoke Hotel as a wedding venue - 5 stars! Our guests enjoyed the outdoor space. Everyone loved the disco - thank you Stan! We had one guest on gluten free diet and she was happy with her meal as well.

Limpley Stoke Hotel as a place to stay - I agree that rooms need a bit of updating, also our shower drain cover was a bit chipped, but it did not affect the enjoyment of staying there. The rooms were clean and breakfast is going to be the highlight of your morning - great sausages and lovely pastries. You either find the rooms charming or you prefer newer buildings. I assume it depends on person.

Overall, I would stay again while visiting Bath. The price is reasonable considering it is about 15 min taxi ride from the city centre and this hotel provides car park with no additional charge - parking in Bath in general is difficult so always look for a hotel with a car park. Taxi ride from Bath Spa costs about £11

Wedding Venue

We booked our wedding under the package deal for this hotel we cannot fault anything on the day or leading up to our day with our wedding planner Karen
Georgina went above and beyond in the reserving and sorting out our room reservations for ourselves
family and guests
The staff all worked hard and made our day special
The meals were all very nice and lots of comments on how nice the breakfast was too
Lovely location plenty of parking very nicely done out
Would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking to have your wedding

Great wedding venue

We got married here in May 2019. The hotel was wonderful, couldn’t accommodate us or our guests enough. The hotel was clean, inviting and warm. We had the bridal suite with the balcony, the room was spacious, bright and a very generous size. Absolutely stunning views. The staff couldn’t do enough for us or our guests and the food was some of the best I’ve tasted.
The price of the rooms / weddings is amazing for everything you get. We stayed in a “ 5*star hotel “ the following night and was no where near as nice as the Limpley Stoke hotel.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in bath.
