Greg & Marie’s wedding
We had the most wonderful day, getting married at the Limpley Stoke Hotel. Karen and her team worked so well to ensure it all ran smoothly and it did. The service was brilliant, the staff patient and very accommodating. Even when our wedding party decided to do the conga through the reception and lounge they were excellent! The food was very nice and it came out hot and effortlessly. We cannot fault any part of the day. We would highly recommend this hotel.Limpley Stoke Hotel's reply:

Our wedding at Limpley Stoke was everything we could've wished for. Karen the wedding organiser was just perfect and we definitely felt like she had the experience and knowledge to help us. We felt we were in a safe pair of hands and she was beyond kind and helpful. We had to plan our wedding in 9 weeks due to my father's ill health and Karen made every step of the planning so easy and stress free. We felt Limpley Stoke was great value for money too, it has stunning surroundings and beautiful Georgian rooms and as a bonus was much cheaper than some of the other hotels and houses we'd looked at in the area and the food was also excellent quality. We also had guests with complex food needs e.g. allergies, a coeliac etc and all of this was dealt with in the best way we've ever seen at any wedding we've been to!! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff either.
Our day was just magical and we cannot thank Karen and the rest of the Limpley Stoke staff for all the expertise and kindness, during what could've been a very stressful 9 weeks for us! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You made our day perfect!

I got married at Limpley Stoke Hotel in May.
Prior to my wedding day Karen was really helpful with the planning and prep of what we wanted.
The whole day and evening reception was all very reasonably priced and everything was amazing( despite me being a nervous bride!) I was reassured and all guests said how lovely the day was !Limpley Stoke Hotel's reply:

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but from the very beginning the team at the venue made everything feel easy and manageable. My partner and I are not naturally the most organised people, so having Karen as our wedding planner was an absolute godsend. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and put all of our anxieties at ease.
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. When we arrived, everything had already been taken care of, with the hotel seamlessly coordinating all of our deliveries, guests, wedding officals, and entertainment staff. The venue itself was stunning and struck the perfect balance for our wedding of 75 guests, feeling both spacious and intimate at the same time.
Every member of staff contributed to making the day special. From the bar team to the managers overseeing the event, everyone was friendly, helpful, and brought such a positive energy. Our guests repeatedly commented on how smooth and well-organised everything was, which allowed us all to relax and enjoy the day.
The grounds are beautiful, and the views from the lawn behind the venue are simply breathtaking. It was also a huge benefit to be able to offer accommodation on-site, making things much easier for our guests.
Overall, we could not recommend this venue more highly. The team went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Limpley Stoke Hotel's reply:

Lovely hidden gem for a small wedding
Had the most perfect wedding here, and we were lucky enough to get married outside!
Everything was just perfect and everyone loved the day.

The Most Perfect Venue
We had our Wedding in August 2025 here at the Stunning Limpley Stoke Hotel.
From the moment we booked the venue until the morning after the wedding was an absolute breeze so well organised, stress free and professional.
Karen was amazing on any emails we sent and on our meetings was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The wedding team that made our day so perfect are just incredible all our guests couldn’t believe how relaxed and smooth our whole wedding was and that was thanks to the team at Limpley Stoke Hotel it was faultless.
Breakfast, Welcome Drinks, Canapés, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet totally delicious and who can forget the bar staff so happy and friendly.
The hotel and views are just stunning.

Perfect venue
Limpley stoke hotel offers the perfect wedding venue.
We had our wedding here August 2025 and it was a beautiful day, we took our decorations and cake in the day before and it was beautifully set up by staff for our special day, the food was very nice and the scenery was lovely, the children enjoyed playing outside and our photos were wonderful. We had no worries about getting from place to place as it was all done here and we had the bridal suite for the night so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all.
The price for what you get is fantastic I would definitely recommend this.Limpley Stoke Hotel's reply:

Such a special day we'll always remember
We enjoyed every moment of our wedding at the Limpley Stoke Hotel. From the moment we walked into the venue and met the wedding co-ordinator (Karen Thompson) & right through our wedding day itself, it all ran really smoothly and for that we are very grateful and know that was down to Karen's hard work & the hard work of the staff at Limpley Stoke Hotel who did all they could for us to help us enjoy our special day. -

We celebrated our Wedding at Limply Stoke in August this year, service was simply fantastic, food was really good and plenty of it on both the wedding breakfast and evening buffet with many options available, staff were tremendous, everything was just so perfect. All our guests commented on how well it was organised, seamless and streamlined, Karen the Wedding planner is so experienced and offered support, catered for our every wish, overall we couldn't of asked for a more special Wedding Day and can't recommend enough, you won't be disappointed!
