What can I say about Lapstone Barn. I know a lot of couples will probably say that their wedding was the best, but I definitely feel that with the help and support of all at Lapstone Barn, our was the best!
From the initial email to enquire to the final moments of our stay, we have been treated incredibly. Communication with the team is fantastic and it feels personable and honest.
The organisation of the day itself was so smooth, we didn’t feel any stress at all.
Value for money is great! We got everything we wanted and there was never any pressure to add-on, which makes the whole process a lovely and comfortable one. These people aren’t sales people, they genuinely care and want you to have the best wedding ever.
The food was gorgeous and everyone commented on how delicious it all was. Would recommend the sharing menus. Just amazing!
The setting is stunning too. Ample outdoor space, lots of opportunities to wander and admire the Cotswold countryside scenery. The accommodation itself is stunning too.
Finally, the people who work at Lapstone are amazing, kind-hearted and warm.
We were just so sad when it was all over! Lapstone Barn is incredible and will hold a special place in our hearts forever! -

We recently had our wedding at Lapstone Barn and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The whole day ran so smoothly from start to finish, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were fantastic and everything felt so well organised.
The food was absolutely perfect and so many of our guests commented on how amazing it was. The gin bar was also a huge hit and definitely one of the highlights of the evening.
The grounds and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and made the perfect backdrop for our photos. It really is such a special place for a wedding.
Our only slight disappointment is that after sharing our professional wedding photos with Lapstone Barn, none have been shared on their social media channels or platforms. We were really excited to see some of our special moments featured and did feel a little deflated when none were shared, especially after being so happy to provide them. We regularly see other weddings and couples being posted.
Overall though, we had the most incredible day and would absolutely recommend Lapstone Barn to anyone looking for a stunning wedding venue. -

Wow! We truly could not have picked a better wedding venue. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really made our day so special was the incredible team behind it all. Everything ran so smoothly and we felt so well looked after from start to finish.
A special thank you to Kat and Helen for everything you did for us.
The food was also absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments from our guests throughout the day. We honestly had the best day and are so grateful to the whole team for making it so special.

Lapstone was the most perfect venue. We loved it the second we first walked in to look round. The whole planning process was made so easy by the wonderful Katherine. The day itself all the staff were so fantastic, genuinely nice and caring people who did a great job. The barn is stunning, the food was delicious and the whole day ran so smoothly. -

From the moment we booked Lapstone Barn nearly two years ago until the day after our wedding, the experience was flawless. The entire team's level of professionalism and genuine care is truly unparalleled. While the planning process sometimes required a gentle nudge for email responses (as expected with a busy, popular venue!), this never once made us doubt the incredible team or service we would receive on the day.
Special thanks must go to Mylie, who was an absolute star throughout the planning process, and Helen, the brilliant Catering Director. The entire staff, including Toby and Dan at the bar, made our day feel extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly accommodating of all our guests' dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone felt safe and well-cared for. Even getting Christmas cards from them during the planning process was a lovely, personal touch that showed how much they truly care about their couples!
And the food... wow! We had a table full of chefs as guests, and they were all raving about how astonishing the meal was.
The venue itself is stunning, and it was so lovely to see our dog having the best day ever, too. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a team that goes above and beyond, look no further than Lapstone Barn. Thank you for making our day perfect and truly magic x

The Perfect Wedding Venue
My husband and I visited Lapstone Barn in April 2024 and booked our wedding here for May 2025. From start to finish, Lapstone Barn was the most incredible venue to plan and host our special day.
What drew us to this venue was its ideal and stunning location, range of spaces to socialise in, the friendliness of the team, the catering and on-site accommodation. As soon as we arrived at Lapstone Barn we were struck by how peaceful and idyllic the setting was, and knew this would be the perfect location for our wedding with lots of stunning photo opportunities. We also loved the range of spaces available to host different parts of the day - one thing our guests commented on is how much they loved having different areas to sit and socialise in, both inside and outside, which meant there was something to appeal to everyone. Our guests also raved about the delicious food at our wedding - canapes, main meal and evening pizzas - with many saying it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!
Finally, the team at Lapstone Barn were so amazing to work with and we cannot thank them enough for ensuring the smooth running of our special day. Our wedding coordinator was Mylie, who took all the stress out of the wedding organisation and was on hand throughout the day to make sure everything went as planned. Clare took over for the evening reception and regularly checked in with us and our guests while ensuring everyone had what they needed for the cake cutting and evening dance. Mylie and Clare, thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality and for making sure Lewis and I could fully enjoy the day. -

The Perfect Wedding Day
We had the most wonderful wedding at Lapstone Barn.
The team could not have been more attentive and Kat in particular did so much to make sure the day ran smoothly. Nothing was too much of an ask.
The food was incredible with several guests commenting that it was the best food they’d ever eaten at a wedding.
The team did everything for us, we barely had to lift a finger.
The venue itself is absolutely immaculate and was the perfect aesthetic. The photos we’ve had back so far are stunning.
Lapstone was the first venue we looked at and we booked it the following day. It was all the more special for being dog friendly meaning we could have our little dog with us!
The new accommodation on site was a lovely addition as it wasn’t there when we booked! But the rooms are absolutely stunning.
