English Garden Wedding

Could not have imagined having our big day anywhere else. This venue was beautiful and perfect. Lindsay was very professional and helpful. Service was great quality.

Fun, friendly and stress free!

We had the best best best wedding experience at Kent Life from start to finish!

We felt the planning in the build up towards the wedding and the day itself was perfect for us. Lindsay was always contactable and happy to be flexible to what we wanted.

The venue itself is so pretty and unique - we had loads of compliments from guests. The animals were a big hit!

On the day the whole team were so friendly. The catering and bar staff kept us and our guests happy through the day - even helping to get some of the oldies back down the hill in the evening. Lindsay was amazingly organised, and took all of the stress out of the day. They all really went above and beyond and we really appreciate it!

Relaxed, beautiful venue

We had a twilight wedding at Kent Life, which was the perfect choice for us. It made the whole event great value for money.

Our wedding co-ordinator was always available via email or phone and was helpful no matter how many silly questions I asked. They were very flexible with all our requests.

On the day of the wedding, we felt totally at ease, as all the staff were relaxed and welcoming. Our guests really enjoyed the tractor ride up the hill to the village hall. One guest was fasting for Ramadan, and the staff made sure to save him a plate of canapes to eat once the sun went down - small touches like that go a long way.

Overall, we'd really recommend Kent Life for a wedding if you want a great guest experience, and a relaxed romantic vibe.

Our Perfect Wedding!

What an amazing day we had getting married at Kent Life.
Lindsay went above and beyond in making our day the best day of our lives ( other than our kid's births and Liverpool winning the league 😂). Lindsay truly was so lovely and I couldn't imagine doing it without her.
I cannot express just how lovely all of the staff ( especially the bar staff!) were in helping when needed and making sure our day was special.
I wish we could do it all over again! If we could, there's no doubt, we would choose here again!

The best venue for our big day!

All I can say is wow. Our wedding at Kent life was absolutely magical. The venue is idyllic, such a beautiful space with warm and welcoming staff. Everything was super organised and perfect! We are so grateful.

The best wedding day!

Kent Life was everything we wanted for our wedding. We hired the pink chapel which was well worth the extra cost and we have had a few guests say it was the best wedding they have been to! A lot of guests also commented on how unusual the venue was and how much they loved it. Belle was amazing from the beginning, always answered any questions we had (no matter how silly) and made sure the day ran smoothly. The day flowed so well and felt relaxed with no issues. The food was also delicious! We highly recommend Kent Life!

Perfect day!

We had the most beautiful day! Belle was amazing and everything ran so smoothly. We didn't have to worry about a thing. This venue is just so wonderful and you have everything you need. We had quite a few children attending and this was the perfect place for them and all the adults loved it too.
I highly recommend doing a meet and greet with the animals.

Amazing wedding venue

We couldn’t recommend Kent life more! Belle was an amazing organiser for Kent, answering any email I sent and helping us in anyway she possibly could! The venue has 3 areas for the 3 parts of your wedding if you pay extra for the chapel which we recommend! The guests loved this quirky venue and had so much fun seeing the animals! Food was amazing!!!
We were told a few things at the beginning and in meetings which didn’t happen like our guests getting to travel on the tractor, a personal cocktail and we had an issue with our cake not being covered over night. But we still see this as the best day ever and think if you double check these things on the day then they will do their best to help. 10/10!

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, our guests absolutely loved the quaintness of the little pink chapel and all of it’s surroundings. We got to play tug of war and partied all night in the village hall. We honestly picked the perfect venue for our special day. Huge thanks to the amazing team at Kent Life xx

Quirky and Magical Wedding Day

In 2015 we attended a wedding event at the Museum of Kent Life, where we were introduced to Claire and Jo. From the moment we met the two lovely ladies we decided that this was the place we wanted to get married. The whole wedding journey was an absolute joy and there was not one point where either us felt overwhelmed, stressed or confused with the planning and preparations. With there being two brides, we seemed to have double the amount of questions in comparison to other couples, often sending weekly emails seeking clarification, or asking questions. But this never appeared to frustrate the amazing team. The responses we received as well as the consistent communication we experienced, cannot be faulted. We were fortunate enough to work with all members of the Zest team. We started planning the wedding with the incredibly calm and thoughtful Claire, who then handed over to Grace who ensured we had the smoothest day imaginable, and this was complemented by Jo who ensured the subtle yet vital touches occurred throughout the day. Each member of the team had different qualities that they used when working with us, and we feel that they individually helped to shape our wonderful wedding day. On the day the catering and bar staff were remarkable and did not stop working, the food was exquisite and the hospitality faultless. Since the wedding, numerous guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and a huge part of that is due to the venue, but more than this, it is thanks to the spectacular team who played such an important, yet discrete role in our wedding. We would highly recommend this venue to all couples who are looking for a quirky, yet magical wedding day to remember.
