Wonderful venue for our wedding. Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Rooms were inviting and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Thanks you all so much for making our guests and ourselves so welcome. -

Our Twilight Wedding
Our wedding day was exactly what we hoped for, relaxed, laid back and stress free.
Hayley, Sue and the rest of the events team go above and beyond, and are always on hand to reassure and answer any questions/worries.
If I could go back and do it all again I wouldn’t change anything, out day was very special.

The most amazing day!
We had the most amazing day. Everything went perfectly thanks to Hayley and Simon. All our guests had an amazing time and said the food was delicious. We wouldn’t have changed a thing! -

Brilliant amazing super
We got married at the holiday inn southend April 2023 . We had the most amazing day it's was so well set up sue made our day perfect and so relaxing
Hayley also answered all my question about the wedding and I did ask lots lol 😆
All the staff day and night were friendly and helpful

From the get go we knew Holiday Inn was going to be our venue of choice.
We attended a wedding fair back in 2019 and was immediately wowed by the space and modern environment that the Holiday Inn had to offer. The laker suite and ground floor is filled with natural light and modern finishes from the bar area right through to the laker suite.
We had arranged separately via one of the suppliers at the wedding fair to have the laker suite draped and the room was absolutely stunning! The size of the venue was perfect for our wedding.
The food provided throughout the day was absolutely amazing and is testament to the quality the Holiday Inn set out to achieve for us.
The staff were absolutely amazing, a massive thank you to Hayley who has held our hands throughout the entire process, talked us through absolutely everything and shared her knowledge with us.
We both feel that Hayley has really gone above and beyond to make the experience to be as good as it was. Sue on the day also deserves a huge round of applause and a huge thank you from us. Sue was always available and on hand to ensure the day run smoothly with no hiccups. If you are looking for a modern venue, fantastic support and the best food for your guests the Holiday Inn is the one for you. -

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of the holiday inn Southend for our wedding they were very accommodating to both us and our guests nothing was ever too much bother from the first day of inquiring right up to our dream wedding on bonfire night the food was outstanding and all our guests commented on how delicious it was we decided to stay overnight and when we returned back to our room it had the most gorgeous surprise from the staff and truly made the end of an already perfect day that extra bit special it was so amazing we went back for our week anniversary just to relive the night again I honestly can’t recommend enough and wish we could do it all over and over again -

We have been to loads of weddings being an older couple but by far ours was excellent and simply the best. The staff at Holiday Inn Southend were first class everyone a star. Nothing was too much and Hayley and Sue were born to do their jobs. Our venue was decorated exactly as we imagined it! Our stay there was very comfortable and every guest remarked to us of the food! The waitresses were very polite and well dressed and friendly , The evening buffet was absolutely amazing ! The bar staff were extremely friendly , l have recommended this venue to my friends who are engaged at minute , we are coming back to spend our first anniversary with the Holiday Inn and stay the night , we can’t think of anywhere better to be . We recommend this 100% -

Amazing they couldn’t have been more helpful . Hayley O’Connell was the best! Very professional, friendly and helped us with everything
We had our wedding at Holiday Inn Southend and we loved every minute. We still talk about all the staff and arrangement and alway recommend the venue. The food was amazing and everyone said the evening buffet was really good too. -

Hayley and the team at Holiday Inn were amazing.
They listened to everything that we wanted and worked with us to make our wedding perfect.
Every little detail from start to finish was thought off and it couldn’t have gone any better. -
