The best there is!

A wedding on a budget? The Holiday Inn can certainly help you with that. From the first email through hitched the lovely and wonderful Leeanne, I knew she was going to be able to help me have the best wedding ever!

A brochure was emailed over to myself which had information on each package they offer. A first meeting was arranged very swiftly to discuss these packages and the costs etc. I went for the cheapest package but when I say cheap I certainly got a lot for my money.

Leeanne was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Constant communication, never failed to get a hold of her for any queries. On the day of the wedding the co-odinator Laura was amazing at keeping me calm and making sure the ceremony went to plan.

Leeanne has plenty of contacts to help with decorations for the venue which I found very helpful.

I honestly cannot fault the care, the attention, the professionalism and communication throughout.

Adnan's wedding reception 31.8.2026

I booked the Holiday inn Peterborough West in Peterborough for my sons Asian wedding reception and from the Starting point of contact the whole conference and events team especially Leanne were amazing.
They understood the dynamics of Asian weddings and were professional, supportive and understanding throughout the whole process.
On the day the venue was set up by Courtney and her team just as we requested and i think beautiful is an understatement.
The team went above and beyond to make it a memorable event.
The whole hotel from the grounds to the reception area to the rooms I had booked looked amazing not forgetting the ample parking.
All in all it was the right choice with value for money and a 5 star service.
I would highly recommend this venue and give credit to the management who have such amazing staff who make dreams cone true...

Flexible venue

The lady I dealt with was fantastic, unfortunately she was on annual leave on the day of the wedding, and the lady she had handed over to was off, this I will admit left me feeling anxious but the assistant manager took over and everything went off well. A few little hick ups, nothing to do with the wedding though just communication with the front desk. All in all a great day. Thank you to all

Our wedding 15th August 2026

From start to finish, we were looked after by Leeanne. Nothing was too much trouble! We especially liked the pop up bar that was in the function room ,which was an added extra we didn’t know we were getting. The wedding coordinator was in touch regularly, especially when I really didn’t know how to plan! She treated us with respect and kindness and was never condescending. Our guests had a beautiful time and the food was amazing. The team that looked after us during the day and night were also amazing, special thanks to Emma. (And the bar staff having to put up with us!) Definitely would recommend.

Chad and Brian's Wedding

We found the hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazing from the Friday setting the venue up and the day itself. The clearing up as well they were all very helpful. Big shout out to Emma and her staff. Without them the day would not have passed off so smoothly. Leanne was very helpful in organising the day and how to proceed. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel as a wedding venue. Again we would like to thank ALL the staff from the bottom of our hearts in making our day so special. The hotel has AMAZING STAFF and without them this wouldn't be possible. Thanks again and please accept our gratitude. Chad and Brian O'Sullivan

Brilliant venue for a wedding vowel renewal we done it to mark our 15th and had a wonderful day The staff always on hand for anything the buffet food was amazing and just everything about it was perfect !

Absolute brilliant day the staff were very helpful
I would recommend this venue for any kind of celebration

First Class Service

We had an excellent experience everyone was so helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. There was always someone at the end of a phone or email to help with the planning stages which made the whole experience stress free!

Evening Wedding Reception

We just held our evening wedding reception party at The Holiday Inn as we got married in Gretna Green a few weeks before, Leeanne and the team were amazing from start to finish, Leeanne took the time to go through every small detail with us beforehand so the evening went perfectly. We were really happy with the venue, the room was big enough to hold all of our guests, the choice of food was good and there were plenty of rooms for our guests to book. We also had casino tables and a photo booth we took Leeanne's recommendation of suppliers and they were really good as well.

Absolutely Perfect

From start to finish it was perfect. Wedding planner, hotel and coordinator on the day. I can’t thank them enough.
