We booked our wedding way in advance, which helped a lot with keeping everything stress-free. Having Jessie emailing us throughout and guiding us through each stage when it came to it was amazing. She was always so helpful and responded as soon as she could.
Having meetings as we got closer to the wedding with Nat really helped to keep us calm, and having herself and the rest of the team looking after us on the day meant we were truly looked after from start to finish.
The whole experience was incredible, and the day went so smoothly. We honestly just wish we could do it all again!
Thank you so much to everyone for everything you did to make our day so special. ❤️

We have just had the most magical day at the holiday inn for our vow renewal.
Everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.
I was given total freedom to do as much or as little as I wanted when it came to dressing our venue. I am normally a complete control freak but Nat and her team gave me such confidence that I was able to let go and let them get on with everything
Our daughter has additional needs and again Nat put my mind totally at ease making sure her needs were met while we enjoyed our day.
The food was amazing as was the food tasting day. We were able to alter the menu to our personal choice. Nothing was ever a problem.
We did have 1 slight issue with food and dietary requirements on the day but I have been reassured this will be investigated and I have every faith it will
Honestly we can't thank Nat and her team enough for their hard work and support. A special shout out to Campbell who was so funny and kept me calm.
The suite we had book was the only thing which let the venue down slightly. I wouldn't say this was a honeymoon suite and didn't have a hook for my dress to hang out. Could have done with a refresh but was comfortable to stay in.
Honestly we would recommend this venue to any couples looking to tie the knot. Natalie is so professional and provides full confidence

Amazing from start to finish
When we started planning our wedding we had an idea of how much we wanted to spend and that we wanted somewhere that was accessible for our guests. Holiday Inn Norwich North ticked these boxes and soo much more. The rooms are mostly neutral making it the perfect backdrop for whatever colour scheme or decorations you want. The staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy with everything and that it was exactly how we wanted it. The food was good, the space was used well and the whole day flowed nicely. We were told at the first viewing that whatever we wanted they would do everything they could to make it happen and that was something that lasted right up to the days after the actual wedding. We can’t thank the amazing team enough for all that they did to make the day as special as it was. We enjoyed the planning and the best wedding day!Holiday Inn Norwich North's reply:

We are extremely happy with our experience with the staff at the Holiday Inn North from our initial enquiry right upto the day of the reception. Natalie the Hotel Manager and Mel's professionalism and experience, shone through after any concerns raised were identified, spoken through, clarified & resolved.
On the day of the reception our guests were warmly welcomed by all the staff at the hotel and the food was delicious, the evening entertainment was great. We would definitely reccommend this hotel as a wedding venue.Holiday Inn Norwich North's reply:

jessie is the greatest human on our planet
jessie was so helpful and so awesome. she was so patient and eager throughout the whole process. jessie became a household name very quickly as my now wife and i were always so pleased when she came through for us that we would go ‘jessieeeeee!!’ whenever she emailed. truly an underrated member of staff somebody buy her a box of celebrationsHoliday Inn Norwich North's reply:

The wedding went well and all my guests were amazed with the level of professionalism and compassion and kindness and patience.The staff was well dressed and neat and they went out of their way to make sure my day was special. They even played with the baby when she was not settled during our ceremony not to mention toast drinks and food. I would do it again and again at Holiday Inn Norwich North.Holiday Inn Norwich North's reply:
