We can thank the staff enough at the holiday inn. Our wedding was absolutely perfect.
From the first moment we met Sashen to organise our wedding day we knew we were in good hands. The organising that Sashen provided was exceptional and it took pressure off ourselves.
Attention to detail was second to none from the layout of the outdoor ceremony to the wedding breakfast.
As mentioned our ceremony was outside as the weather was perfect, but an indoor room was also organised as a back up for bad weather, luckily it wasn’t needed but it was still very reassuring for us.
The wedding breakfast buffet was excellent as was the evening selection. The variety was perfect and it was very well received by all.
We have heard nothing but compliments from our guests that celebrated our day with us, and those that that stayed in the hotel for the night were very happy with the hospitality provided.
Again we can’t thank Sashen and the holiday inn staff enough for making our day as special as it was.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! The venue was fantastic value for money, with incredibly professional staff and outstanding service from start to finish.
The food was absolutely amazing, and the chef was truly incredible. Everything was beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic — we genuinely couldn’t fault a thing.
A huge thank you to the whole team for helping make our special day so memorable. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place for their wedding. Thank you so much to Sashen event manager for being great from the start to finished. -

⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Wedding – Thank You, Sashan! The Holiday Inn Whitfield
We celebrated our wedding at the Holiday Inn Dover on 22nd May 2026, and we cannot thank the entire team enough for making our special day everything we dreamed of and more.
From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely wonderful, but there is one person who deserves a very special mention – Sashan.
Sashan, you truly made our day complete. Your kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and you went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. You didn't just help organise our wedding reception; you made us feel incredibly special, allowing us to relax, enjoy every precious moment and create memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
Our wedding was an intimate celebration surrounded by our closest family and friends, and everything about the day felt so personal. The atmosphere, the hospitality and the care shown to us and our guests were simply outstanding.
It is rare to come across someone who puts so much heart into their work, but Sashan, you are an absolute credit to the Holiday Inn Dover. Your warmth, dedication and wonderful personality made such a difference to our wedding day, and we will never forget everything you did for us.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their excellent service and for helping make our wedding celebration so memorable.

We had our wedding here in August 2026. It was so beautiful and stunning place. Staff was incredible and so helpful. Sashen was our wedding coordinator and he was beyond brilliant could not recommend him enough, He was helpful, kind, just an amazing brilliant person who helped us so much. Thank you so much everyone for having us and making the whole day unforgettable and special. -

We had our wedding here on 1st August 2026 and honestly could not have asked for a better venue. From the moment we started planning, the team were so helpful, supportive and accommodating, making the whole process feel much less stressful.
A special thank you to Sashen, the Wedding & Events Manager, who went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication, organisation and kindness throughout the planning and on the day itself were absolutely amazing.
The venue looked beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect, and everything ran so smoothly from our ceremony through to the evening celebrations. Our guests all commented on how lovely the venue was and how well everything was organised.
Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable. We will always look back on our day with the happiest memories and would highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding.
