Hayne House is absolutely amazing

I fell in love with Hayne House the second we went to our viewing and it only got better from there.
The pre-wedding process with the team at Hayne House was amazing, they were so accommodating and responsive and had answers to all the question that my Type A Bride brain threw at them. Throughout the planning process they were fabulous and it was so nice to find a venue where we could both get ready on site in the morning.
On the day, the Hayne House team (Beth) were absolutely fabulous. Beth kept me calm all morning and made me feel like we were in safe hands. We DIY-ed all our decor and Beth asked my input on the set up before the Groom turned up which really put me at ease. Beth also managed our ceremony music on a phone and it just made me feel so comfortable. Pre-aisle walk, Beth really helped me understand what would happen and really set my nerves at ease. The whole team were incredible and they made our day so so perfect.
We couldn't have asked for more. The venue is stunning and the team are amazing! I would recommend Hayne House to absolutely anyone! We also really loved the sustainability initiative, as we're both conscious of that, and that's what initially made us look at Hayne House. 100000% would recommend!

The most magical wedding!

From the moment we first visited Hayne House, we knew it was something special. Tucked away in the beautiful Kent countryside, it had the perfect mix of traditional charm and modern elegance. The whole venue is so thoughtfully laid out—it flows effortlessly and offers multiple stunning options for all weather conditions (which we ended up needing!).

We were lucky enough to have Ella as our coordinator, and she was incredible from start to finish. From the initial booking through to the countless queries, supplier coordination, and the day itself, Ella handled everything with such care and professionalism. Her attention to detail was impeccable—nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we threw in a very last-minute yum yum tower instead of a traditional cake! She brought our vision to life seamlessly.

Despite less-than-ideal weather, we still managed to have the outdoor ceremony we hoped for, thanks to the flexibility and dedication of the Hayne House team. The whole day was magical. The venue is stunning, the team are an absolute dream to work with, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our wedding.

Stunning Summer Garden Wedding!

We were married at Hayne House in August 2024, it was one of only 2 venues we selected to view at relatively short notice (we decided to give ourselves only 6 months planning time and were lucky they had availability for our chosen weekend!) - Sam was the first person we met and so welcoming. She really helped us imagine, in the cold of winter, how our summer wedding could be. We absolutely fell in love with the orangery from seeing the photos, but the reality was even better. Our key criteria was a venue that felt like a summer garden party, and you really got a sense of the lovely grounds by being able to see out to them all around you, even from inside the venue.
Becky gave us some great guidance throughout the planning, and Ella and team made the day run very smoothly.
6 months later, our guests are still talking about the beautiful relaxing day - it was everything we imagined - and better!

Excellent Venue

Safe for the children to run around already beautiful so don't need to much decoration, staff couldn't of done any more on the day to help.

Amazing from start to finish

What a magical venue!

We couldn’t have asked for a more superb venue and team! They made sure we had everything we needed on the day and we’re just so kind and helpful leading up to the wedding. They answered all our queries super quickly and the whole day just felt like a breeze!

Amazing in every way!

Hayne House is a beautiful wedding venue with a amazing team of staff! They supported us every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I would especially recommend Hayne House if you have children as they are free to play the entire day! We had so many comments from guests about how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the staff are.

The team have curated a flawless operation at Hayne House which is so clear. The team ensured the day ran seamlessly and were amazing throughout the day and also during the lead up to our wedding which made it so stress-free and easy for us! There was not one thing that we needed to worry about on the day, the team handled EVERYTHING!! We had the best day and we're so pleased we chose Hayne House for our wedding, it was perfect!

Wonderful venue

Hayne House was absolutely perfect.
The wedding Co ordinator Ella was so professional. She kept everyone calm and organised throughout the day. Would highly reccomend Hayne House as a wedding venue everything was fantastic!

Perfect wedding venue!

As soon as we saw Hayne House we knew it was the perfect venue. The team are so welcoming and lovely. To the lead up to the big day they helped with everything. On the big day they may us feel at ease. I cannot recommend this venue enough, all of our guests said what a beautiful venue it is.
