We got married at Hartsfield Manor on 29 December 2025, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was somewhere special - and on the day itself, it completely exceeded our expectations.
A winter wedding just after Christmas can sometimes feel daunting, but the venue looked great. The Manor itself is stunning, full of character and charm, and it created the most beautiful, romantic atmosphere for our celebration. Our guests are still telling us how gorgeous the setting was and how smoothly everything ran.
The food was exceptional. Every course was delicious, beautifully presented, and served seamlessly. So many of our guests commented on the quality of the meal - which, as any couple knows, is such an important part of the day! The catering team really delivered.
We cannot speak highly enough of Bethany, our wedding coordinator. She was simply brilliant from start to finish. Calm, organised, and incredibly attentive, she handled every detail effortlessly and made sure the entire day ran perfectly. Any little questions or last-minute nerves were immediately put at ease. Knowing she was there meant we could completely relax and enjoy every second - she is an absolute credit to Hartsfield Manor.
The only aspect we would personally reconsider is the DJ provided. While everything else was flawless, the music didn’t quite match the energy we were hoping for in the evening. If we were to offer one piece of advice to future couples, it would be to consider booking your own DJ to ensure the party atmosphere is exactly what you envision.
Overall, our wedding at Hartsfield Manor was fantastic. It was a beautiful, joyful, seamless day that we will treasure forever. We are so grateful to the whole team for giving us such an unforgettable start to married life.

From the moment we contacted Harstfield Manor the experience has been top notch. The whole day and evening was such great value for money. There are various rooms to choose from to hold your ceremony, dinner and evening event. The staff were friendly and engaging and responses to all questions were so quick. Helen and Ishika, who looked after us, took away all the strain so the day flowed beautifully. The food was amazing and service impeccable. We upgraded on our wine which was well worth it. Can highly recommend Hartsfield Manor for your wedding venue. You will not be disappointed. -

Cannot recommend Hartsfield Manor highly enough. A spectacular and impressive venue with beautiful grounds. The food, drinks and service for our wedding reception were exceptional. The support and management from Helen and Ishika in the wedding team was friendly, relaxed, responsive and comprehensive. Really took the stress out of our “Big Day”. It’s really great value for money as well, and would recommend getting ‘Exclusive Use’ for your wedding as it makes a big difference. -

We recently had our wedding at Hartsfield Manor and we can't rate it highly enough. From booking the venue to celebrating our wedding, Hartsfield have been great and the process has been simple and effortless.
Bethany our wedding coordinator was brilliant, making sure everything ran smoothly up to and on the big day. Always available to support us, offer suggestions and discuss options.
We had our whole day at Hartsfield Manor, and the staff were brilliant at doing things like moving chairs from the ceremony room through to the dining room for the wedding breakfast, and moving decorations through the day. Our guests wouldn't have noticed all the activity as it was all done when they were outside or in other parts of the building.
A lot of our guests commented how good the food was, and it was great to be able to offer our guests a variety of options for each course. It meant we didn't have to play it safe with a chicken and a veg option. The steak was incredible.
The rooms were brilliant too, and so nice to have breakfast with our guests the next morning and say goodbyes slowly through the morning. It extended the celebrations which we wouldn't have had at a lot of other venues.
Hartsfield Manor is a beautiful venue and I think it would work for a wedding in any season. We genuinely don't have a bad word to say about it, it really was the perfect wedding day for us. -

Our October wedding at Hartsfield Manor was truly magical. The venue was stunning, and Bethany, our events manager, was incredible — organised, attentive, and made everything run seamlessly. We had the hotel for exclusive hire and all of the guests were well looked after. Ciaran, I and our family felt completely supported and celebrated. It was the perfect day filled with joy and love! -

Its such a lovely venue, we thought it was very good value for money and the wedding coordinator was very organised. They offer a number of different packages and we found one that suited us, it was such a fantastic wedding, so many complements from everyone. -

Fabulous Hartsfield Manor ❤️
The day was perfect, the venue is stunning, I fell in love with it as soon as we drove up.. The staff are amazing, particularly Ishika the wedding planner, they can't do enough to make your day perfect. The food was delicious and the rooms perfectly decorated. Fabulous place and fabulous staff. -

We recently used Hartsfield manor for our wedding day and were not disappointed. It was simply the best day of our lives. The attention to detail , communication and organisation were second to none. They took control of everything for us and from the first day of planning to the last day , we were looked after and guided. The day itself went so smoothly with not a single hiccup , we did have to worry about a thing. Although Hartsfield conduct weddings week in and week out we were treated as if this was their only wedding ever! Nothing was too much trouble and everything on the day was sorted without us having to think / worry about a thing. The staff were incredible which a number of our guests commented on. Ishika who helped us plan from start to finish was amazing , her humour carried us through and her communication outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to others. Thank you Hartsfield! -

We got married at Hartsfield Manor, and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The team were excellent both in the lead-up to the wedding and on the big day itself — their attention to detail and expertise were second to none. A special mention must go to Ishika, our wedding planner, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire journey. She made sure everything felt relaxed and stress-free, which is precisely what you want on your wedding day.
Our guests absolutely loved the venue, and we were lucky enough to have so many stay over, which made the whole celebration feel like more than just one day. The getting-ready room was brilliant, and the honeymoon suite was huge — plenty of space to crash out in comfort after all the dancing and celebrating.
The food was outstanding (we received numerous compliments from our guests!) and every single member of staff at the Manor was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the day special. The building and grounds themselves are stunning, making for the most beautiful backdrop to our wedding photos.
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. Hartsfield Manor made our wedding unforgettable, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a magical, stress-free, and joyful wedding day.
