Fabulous Wedding Day

We had a fantastic Wedding day recently at this beautiful venue. We cannot thank Bethany enough for her professionalism, calmness and sunny disposition which helped to make it a wonderful day.

Our wedding

In August 2023 we booked this gorgeous venue for our wedding, we were given the beautiful Bethany as our wedding coordinator & she honestly couldn’t have done more for us.

The venue was stunning, all of the staff were absolutely amazing. Bethany was always available to help with enquiries & communication was great between us.

As for the day itself all of the staff members working couldn’t of done more for us, the food was incredible the drinks were great & we had the lovely Tony serving us he was such fun that all our guests loved!
Behind the scenes Bethany made sure everything was running smoothly, had communication all day with my bridesmaids & groom.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you again Hartsfield manor, you were amazing!

A perfect day!

Having booked our wedding at Hartsfield nearly 2 years ago, we finally had our special day on 11th April.
From start to finish, Hartsfield Manor was excellent!
We opted for their top package to reduce the stress of addition vendors and were welcomed to several open days as we planned our big day. Communication was good and questions and queries were dealt with promptly. We booked many of their recommended vendors and they did not disappoint! Many guests had to travel a significant distance and Hartsfield were able to accommodate them the night before. All guests, aged 2 to 94 were looked after.
From arriving to get ready in the morning to checking out the following day, our experience was great. Everything was well organised, the food and wine kept coming and our guests haven't stopped talking about the beautiful setting and the great food!
Nothing was too much of a problem and the team even printed additional colouring sheets to entertain our younger guests when I realised some colouring books had been left at home!
We were incredibly lucky with good weather and managed to have the outdoor ceremony we had hoped for. Hartsfield 's attention to detail meant they were planting additional flowers in the flowerbeds the morning of the wedding!
We opted not to book exclusive use, but there were only a few additional guests in the hotel and we didn't really see them.
We would highly recommend Hartsfield Manor if you want a stunning venue that is well organised and offers great food!

Wonderful wedding!

Andrew and I (Carol) got hitched on the 29th December 2024 at Hartsfield Manor, Betchworth, Surrey.

We had the most amazing day from the moment I arrived at 8am to meet my make up artist Jennifer Nichols and hairdresser Zoe to leaving the next day after having breakfast with all our family and friends.
The venue was spectacular, the food amazing and all of the staff were exceptional they couldn’t do enough for us.
I would highly recommend Hartsfield Manor, I didn’t look anywhere else it was the place where I wanted to get married.

Our Perfect Day!

We got married here on 02/11/24 and had the most beautiful autumnal wedding. From the first time we visited Hartfield we fell in love with it. Our first meeting with Bethany was amazing and we immediately felt in safe hands. Over the last 18 months, I asked Bethany crazy questions that no bride had asked before (for example, to measure ALL the walls in the restaurant so we could cover them all in fairy lights) but nothing was ever too much for her!

Bethany understood my vision exactly and went above and beyond - even though there was a wedding prior to ours, she made sure my family were able to get into the getting ready room early to steam all dresses. We were able to use the Betchworth suite the night prior for a private dinner. She got us an extra room across the hallway for my wedding morning to use. She was even running up and down the stairs all morning to take photos of the ceremony set up for me (I'm a control freak!).

The day itself ran seamlessly, all staff at the hotel were amazing and had a constant smile on their face. The food was delicious and our guests said it was the best wedding they've even been to. We wish we could do the whole thing again, we are so grateful & couldn't have asked for anything better!

My wedding day 26/10/24

Could not fault my whole experience getting married at the Hartsfield manor, Helen our organiser was always so responsive and helpful through out the build up and on the big day. The venue is simply stunning, food was amazing and the bridal suite for getting ready was just perfect!

The best wedding venue!

My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago, with a church service followed by a reception at Hartsfield Manor.
From our first look round 18 months prior, to the wedding day, Hartsfield and their team have been outstanding! Bethany looked after us and was always very helpful and responsive, and their recommended suppliers were also excellent. On the day itself, the team went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special day, and were very accommodating and relaxed with our day. The perfect wedding venue!

We are so thrilled we chose Hartsfield Manor for our wedding venue on the 14th September. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a perfect romantic setting for your special day.

Helen and Bethany looked after us through the whole process, they were always helpful in answering questions we had and on the day we were very much looked after and everything was so well organised thanks to the amazing team! It allowed us to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was under control. The food was also of a very high quality and there was plenty of choice to suit all catering needs. We had a few guests with special requirements which Hartsfield were able to cater for.

We would 100% recommend Hartsfield to anyone! Thank you Helen, Bethany and the whole team for making our special day so magical! We plan on coming back for our anniversary every year!

No question or request was too silly or impossible and where it seemed that way Bethany always had a resolution! She guided us through the whole process from start to finish.
