From start to finish the team at Hartsfield we're amazing.....from the point we booked to when we left the day after the wedding!
The whole team made our day. They made us feel like we were the most important people in the world and nothing was too much for them.
There were no issues, there was no stress and the memories have lived in our heads constantly over the last year! Thankyou!!!

Andrew and I (Carol) got hitched on the 29th December 2024 at Hartsfield Manor, Betchworth, Surrey.
We only chose the date in August 2024 but with the help of our very efficient wedding planner Bethany Howard everything was organised super quickly.
We had the most amazing day from the moment I arrived at 8am to meet my make up artist Jennifer Nichols and hairdresser Zoe to leaving the next day after having breakfast with all our family and friends.
The venue was spectacular, the food amazing and all of the staff were exceptional they couldn’t do enough for us.
I would highly recommend Hartsfield Manor, I didn’t look anywhere else it was the place where I wanted to get married.
Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special.

Could not fault my whole experience getting married at the Hartsfield manor, Helen our organiser was always so responsive and helpful through out the build up and on the big day. The venue is simply stunning, food was amazing and the bridal suite for getting ready was just perfect! -

The perfect wedding venue!
We are so thrilled we chose Hartsfield Manor for our wedding venue on the 14th September. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a perfect romantic setting for your special day.
Helen and Bethany looked after us through the whole process, they were always helpful in answering questions we had and on the day we were very much looked after and everything was so well organised thanks to the amazing team! It allowed us to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was under control. The food was also of a very high quality and there was plenty of choice to suit all catering needs. We had a few guests with special requirements which Hartsfield were able to cater for.
We would 100% recommend Hartsfield to anyone! Thank you Helen, Bethany and the whole team for making our special day so magical! We plan on coming back for our anniversary every year! -

My husband and I got married at Hartsfield last week and what a day it was! Bethany and the team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we viewed Hartsfield we knew it was the venue for us, and Bethany instantly put us at ease, reassuring us throughout the whole process. No question or request was too silly or impossible and where it seemed that way Bethany always had a resolution! She guided us through the whole process from start to finish. The day of the wedding ran as smoothly as it possibly could have, Bethany kept me sane and made all the stressful moments enjoyable from coordinating suppliers to ensuring the bridal party were in order before the ceremony! We cannot thank you all enough for making our day the most special and memorable day ever! The reviews and compliments from our guests have not stopped! They were all very well looked after, the food was incredible and they ensured everyone’s glass was never empty. If you’re looking for a wedding venue then we would 100% recommend and we cannot wait to come back again soon! Thank you all again! -

From the moment we first stepped onto the grounds of Hartsfield Manor, we instantly fell in love. Unlike other wedding venues that often feel a bit corporate and impersonal, Hartsfield exudes a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that truly sets it apart.
Throughout our planning process, the staff were accommodating every step of the way. As two brides, we had a number of special requests, and we are immensely grateful to Bethany, who we now affectionately refer to as "Cousin Beth." She became an integral part of our celebration and made our special day everything we had dreamed of and more.
No matter what worries or concerns we had, Bethany always had a thoughtful solution, ensuring that we both felt equally special on our big day. Her personal touch and attention to detail made a world of difference.
Now, Hartsfield Manor feels like our home away from home, and we look forward to returning for future stays. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt wedding experience.

Hartsfield manor was a venue both me and my wife fell in love with. It offered the perfect space for our numbers, great character and most importantly the professionalism and kindness of the staff shone through. We knew it was a great place when we could see over the whole planning period, the same staff time and time again, who were there to greet us warmly. Bethany was a great support throughout in helping us achieve everything we wanted to on our big day, and is a real credit to the hotel. Tony in the restaurant and Syed also were wonderful, and really made an incredible impression on our guests. We loved every bit of our wedding and are so happy we chose Hartsfield manor. Memories that will last forever -
