From the moment we had a tour with James we knew it was the place for us! The whole venue is beautiful, there are so many ways to decorate the wedding venue to make it personal, and we were overwhelmed with how beautiful it looked on the day. The accommodation is also stunning, like a boutique hotel. It was great being able to have everyone stay on site - the Shephard’s huts and glamping tents were also cosy and really nicely done!
The team at Godwick were fantastic. They couldn’t do more to help us, they listened, and made sure the wedding day went smoothly - they left no stone unturned in making sure it was the perfect day for us. Shout out to Hannah and Megan - you guys were the best we really appreciated everything you did for us.
We had the perfect wedding at Godwick, we wouldn’t have changed a thing and wish we could do it all again! Can’t recommend this venue enough!Godwick Hall's reply:

From our very first visit we were so impressed with the professionalism, beauty of the entire venue and information we was provided. James, Hannah and the whole team are amazing. Over our 2 years from setting the date, to our wedding they scheduled check in dates, we could return and revisit to check over what ever we needed. All questions easily answered and made the whole process that little bit easier. Our weekend was just perfect, and that was down to the amazing organisers of the Godwick team. Our day flowed perfect, and we didn't need to worry about anything. The accommodation was beautiful and we couldn't of asked for a more special, beautiful weekend and wedding day! It was everything we wanted, hoped for and more

Being time poor, we really valued having all the support from the superb wedding planning team to all the team working on the day at the bar and organising us - the people made the venue really special.
The hall and barn are absolutely stunning and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. We did the Twilight package and were so glad we did as the ceremony at sunset was perfect. So much beautiful countryside for lovely photo shoots, especially with the iconic ruins.
The barn is huge and completely stunning - all our guests kept commenting on the beautiful venue and grounds. It was amazing to stay in the hall with the pool and so much space to relax. -

The best day.
10/10 would highly recommend. Excellent communication, everything ran smoothly, we had no stress. The venue and accommodation is beautiful, the staff above and beyond. We were able to personalise the day as much as we wanted. Staying before-hand with our friends and family really added a special touch too.Godwick Hall's reply:

Such a special venue. We got married here in Nov 2024. The venue was amazing, accommodation was stunning and the team were even better. We were made to feel really special and our day could not have gone better. Highly recommend! -

We had an absolutely amazing time at Godwick! From our first ever viewing to checking out of the barn and hall, we have had nothing short of a wonderful experience! Jenni and Megan were always on hand for a chat or reassurance with planning and we don’t have enough words to thank them for everything! We made great friends in them and cannot wait to see them all again! Couldn’t have had a better experience!Godwick Hall's reply:
