The perfect venue !
From visiting fairlawns to view to correspondence following our wedding we could not fault the venue.
The staff were amazing from start to finish, very responsive, always there to help and answer questions, they truly made our day and the planning process so special and easy.
Fairlawns think of everything with so many thoughtful little touches provided in the package that make it extra special.
It certainly is value for money, the food is incredible, we had so many compliments on the food options served and there are no hidden costs if anything there are hidden extras.
We cannot recommend enough, we had the most perfect day. -

Myself and my partner got married on 08/09/2025, at this amazing place called fairlawns hotel and spa, Josh's communication and natural persona as a person made us feel unbaleavably at ease, any questions, any extra meetings, honestly any type of communication whilst we where dealing with organisation, was answered straight away!
The staff on the day of the wedding, where so kind, helpful and kept everything turning, the food well... what can I say... it was to die for!.
Me and my wife, where deers in headlights when it came to sorting a wedding, but faurlawns staff just made everything seem so simple and stress free! Which is the 2 biggest things you want in a venue.
I honestly cannot thank, the staff and the management enough, you guys made our day so special and made us feel like we where the most important people on the planet, if anyone over looks fairlawns hotel and spa, I can promise you! You are making a massive mistake!
Just pop in speak to josh, the staff and anyone you can and you will soon see, why fairlawns holds such a special place in all our hearts! -

I can honestly say that every experience I've had at the Fairlawns has been nothing short of outstanding. When coming to visit for the first time, we felt right at home, the staff are friendly, professional, and they are constantly looking for ways to make your experience better.
When first viewing the venue, Josh immediately understood our vision and the little things that were so important to us whilst also using his obvious experience and expertise to advise and guide us to achieving exactly what we wanted.
The actual running of the day was in the very capable hands of the team led by Hayley who could not of taken better care of us - often swooping in with food and drinks whenever we needed, creating solutions to problems before they arose - unfortunately, our wedding cake collapsed, but was expertly saved by the chef and noone was none the wiser!
Every member of staff we encountered clearly enjoy their work - a sign of excellent management, training and standards.
The restaurants food is exceptional, when choosing our wedding menu I was fighting my partner over the vegetables - coming from someone with the palate of a toddler, this is the highest praise!
The rooms are a great use of space with additional facilities such as ironing boards (essential during the morning of our wedding!) and can clearly see that work is continually being carried out to continue their such high standards. The bridal suite features two rooms so was excellent for my larger wedding party and had plenty of room to store all 7 bridesmaid dresses as well as my own!
Our wedding guests have all said that they didn't realise that the Fairlawns were here or how often they'd driven past and never been - they have all said that they'll now be coming back for a meal, spa day or nights stay!
Thank you again to the entire team at the Fairlawns for taking such good care of us. You'll most definitely be seeing us again soon! -

We instantly fell in love with this place, they had our date which was just a perfect coincidence. All the staff are amazing, they cant do enough for you, anything we asked they said yes and even when they couldnt they offered an alternative. Our day ran perfectly smooth without any hitches. All our family and friends that came and stayed even said they couldnt fault the place and how nice and friendly the staff were and would defo book again if staying in that area. We would defo recomend this place for any occasion. -
