Elms Barn
From the moment we first viewed Elms Barn almost a year before our wedding, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. It had everything we could have dreamed of and more.
The accommodation was incredible, and having it the night before meant our whole wedding party could settle in, relax, and really enjoy the build-up to the big day together. It made the whole experience feel so special and unhurried.
Sarah and Ruth went above and beyond throughout the entire process to ensure everything ran perfectly. They genuinely felt more like friends than wedding coordinators, and their care and attention meant everything to us.
The flowers from Teena were absolutely spectacular—exactly what we wanted and somehow even better. The food was incredible, especially the vegetarian options. As a vegetarian myself, this was really important to me, and it was amazing to feel so well catered for.
The atmosphere on the day was just perfect, and that is completely down to the beautiful venue and the amazing people who work there. We can’t thank everyone at Elms Barn enough for all of their help, not just on the day but in the months leading up to it. It was everything we hoped for and more 🤍Elms Barn's reply:

Our Perfect Rainy Day
We honestly couldn’t have picked a more beautiful venue. From the barn to the marquee to the guest houses, everything at Elms Barn is just stunning and made the whole day feel so special. Even though it absolutely poured with rain, the surroundings are so gorgeous that our photos still came out amazing.
A massive shoutout to Teena the florist, who completely brought everything to life. I didn’t really have a clear vision, but she just got it and created something even better than we could’ve imagined.
The staff were incredible from start to finish – all so friendly, smiley and helpful. They really are a credit to the venue. Ruth the weddings director really does know what she’s doing and nothing is too big of an ask. Need to add a special mention to Amanda, who was absolute babe!
The food was also so, so good – loads of our guests have said how much they loved it, which was really important to us. We also loved how flexible everything was and how much freedom we had to make the day feel like our wedding.
I won’t lie as there were a few little hiccups with timings so it wasn’t completely plain sailing, but everything was handled well and never took away from the atmosphere.

On the 8th of November 2025, we tied the knot at Elms Barn. We had been planning this day for 2 years with the help of Ruth and it exceeded every single expectation. Firstly, the venue itself is stunning, the accommodation is spacious but homely. The ground themselves are vast and wonderful to wonder around as we did the day before and the morning after our wedding. The barn was so intimate for our ceremony and felt like such a special place and thanks to Ruth and the staff, during the changeover periods, the rooms took on new feelings each time we returned.
The flowers from Tina and the florists were stunning and exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing, especially the bangers and mash we had for main! And all of the staff there on the day were so lovely to everyone through the whole day, never slowing down and always having fun.
This was the first wedding venue we looked at when we started planning and we left knowing that we were going to book. This was for all the reasons above relating to the wonderful venue and the packages they offer but also because of Ruth who was instrumental in helping us plan and execute the day of our dreams. We really didn’t know how it was all going to come together, but thanks to her, it did, seamlessly. She is professional, but also kind and fun and she made the whole experience so wonderful and we cannot thank her enough!

Our Dream Venue!
We got married at Elms Barn on 11.10.2025 and couldn't be happier or more proud to say we had our wedding at Elms Barn!
From the first viewing where we met Ruth, we were met with not only a stunning venue, but such a high level of professionalism and support. The Barn, marquee and accomodation were all perfect.
We arranged multiple meetings with Ruth and she was always so responsive in the lead up to our day. On the day itself Sarah and the rest of the Elms Barn team were amazing, my Husband and I didn't need to think of anything on the day, they had it all handled.
The flowers Teena prepared were beautiful and the food was exceptional. We had countless comments on how amazing everything was!
We couldn't recommend Elms Barn more- our dream venue and team for our dream day!Elms Barn's reply:

Our Wedding at Elms Barn – A Perfect Day
From start to finish, our wedding day at Elms Barn was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is breathtaking — full of character, charm, and natural beauty that made it feel both grand and intimate at the same time. The gardens were stunning, the barn was beautifully set up, and the entire atmosphere was everything we could have dreamed of and more.
A very special thank you to Ruth and Sarah, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. From the planning stages to the final moments of the day, they were incredible — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their calm, reassuring presence meant we could truly relax and soak in every precious moment.
We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. Elms Barn will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we’re so grateful to everyone who made our wedding so unforgettable.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more incredible wedding day. From start to finish, the team at Elms Barn were absolutely amazing — so accommodating, so professional, and yet so genuinely kind and personal. Every little detail was beautifully thought out, and the whole day ran SO smoothly that we were able to just relax and soak up every moment without an ounce of stress.
A special shoutout to Ruth, our wedding coordinator, who was an absolute superstar. She made sure everything flowed perfectly, kept everyone calm and happy, and went above and beyond in every possible way — even joining us on the dance floor later in the evening! Her energy and care made the day feel truly special, and we’re so grateful for everything she did behind the scenes to make it all look effortless.

It’s so hard to even put it to words how grateful we are to Elm Barn for our wedding. The price was incredible especially as you get three day exclusive hire of the entire venue. The staff are absolutely incredible and we had so many comments from our guests who also noticed how lovely each and everyone was. The support is there from the very beginning and Ruth and her team were so helpful throughout the planning all the way through to the big day! Ruth was always so helpful and got back to us so quickly with any queries we had. The whole team brought our vision and dream day to life and it couldn’t have been more perfect.Elms Barn's reply:

The best day ❤️
We simply could not recommend Elms barn more! The barn itself is so stunning with the most gorgeous surroundings - perfect for photos! Ruth was on hand to answer all of our questions and helped us plan and prep for our perfect day. Every member of staff were so friendly and they couldn't do anything more for us. Teena who provided the flowers created such stunning pieces and her ideas helped us a lot. The catering was amazing with the best canapés and the most delicious wedding breakfast - there were also plenty of options to choose from. The accommodation was so lovely to have on site so friends and family could stay. And having the added touch to be able to stay the night before made it more intimate and special for the bridal party getting ready. For anyone thinking of booking Elms barn definitely do it! 6 months on and we still get comments from our guests how perfect our day was. It was simply amazing!Elms Barn's reply:

Our perfect wedding venue
From start to finish or experience with Elms Barn was nothing but professional, personal and truly magical. Ruth was amazing at helping us plan our special day the way we in-visaged it. Our day ran smooth from start to finish (thanks to Sarah, Ruth and the amazing team at Elms Barn)
They were nothing but accommodating not only during the planning stages but also on our special day. All of the little touches they did without being asked to I will forever be grateful for. I know every bride may say it but Elms Barn was the perfect venue we had been searching so long for.
