Our experience of our wedding at Crown Plaza was a positive one from start to finish. We could not have had the day we did with the Events Team, especially Cymone. The Wedding Packages vary and there will be one to suit everyone. Everything we suggested she made happen. They were definitely the right choice for us. Our wedding was amazing held here. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and she was great at communicating by email and was flexible with the times of when we could do the meetings. She was great with our knowledge and helped to guide us through the process.
David on the day was fantastic, if there were any issues with last minute food changes, he was fantastic at getting it sorted.
We didn’t have our whole day there as we had our ceremony at a church but the rest of the day at the Crowne Plaza ran really smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms it was held in were beautiful and our room on the night was really nice. -

The Crowne plaza are amazing! To begin with Lisa made the planning so stress free, she organised our day perfectly, answering all of our questions whenever we had them either face to face or over email, and ensured every detail of our day was perfect. David was our coordinator on the day, and the previous day as we stayed over in the hotel the night before, he was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful, nothing was too much, he made the experience so stress free and enjoyable. The hotel rooms were lovely, we had a getting ready suite which just made the process so relaxing especially with a big bridal party. On the day, everything couldn’t have been more perfect, the venue was stunning, the organisation was brilliant, and every single person said they enjoyed every minute of it! All of the staff at the Crowne Plaza were so polite, welcoming and worked so hard to make it the perfect day for all of us. I had 50 guests in the day and 100 on the evening, the food was beautiful everyone complimented it, the small touches like welcome drinks, and the decor was just perfect! I can’t speak highly enough of how much of an amazing, memorable day they all made it! Me, Sean and our daughters can’t thank you all enough! Highly highly recommend having your wedding here! Amazing day
From booking my wedding 2 years in advance to the day after I can not fault the experience I had, any issue or worry I had about the venue/food/anything was dealt with and my mind was put to rest. Cymone went above and beyond to help me plan everything, Gary the gent for the day was amazing very professional put us as ease. The staff went above and beyond staying later to help me set up the room the night before I would highly recommend this place if you are thinking of getting married hereCrowne Plaza Solihull's reply:
