Thank you very much to Allison and the team for making my daughter's day so special. Crowne plaza Gerrard's Cross was perfect for the day. The place was clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have the exclusivity of the venue. We loved the fact we were able to bring in our own caterers and the flexibility we had to do that.

This venue is excellent value for money with a lot of character and multiple options for set up. Parking is available and the white building gives a Mediterranean vibe. For us we needed to have a segregated set up for 200 guests. This venue allowed us to have the segregation but also provided a central area if family members wished to meet. There are 2 huge suites Gerrards suite and Garden suite. You have the flexibility to close part of Gerrrards suite off, should you have smaller numbers attending.
The venue has a separate entrance and is very inviting from the moment you enter. There is a very cosy central area with a homely feel where we had the cake cutting and speeches. Upstairs they also provide you with rooms to get ready eg for Mua’s to set up etc. You can also use the upstairs for prayers.
The garden areas are lovely too.
Highly recommend due to its versatility and feeling of privacy you get of having the whole place to yourself.
Alison and the team are amazing and very helpful with the planning of the day.
They ensured the service on the day was excellent too.

The team at Crowne Plaza were great throughout the entire process. There was flexibility with plan changes and a real understanding of each issue or requirement. In particular Alison Chambers was exceptional and a pleasure to work with. She solved all our logistics with good guidance, responding quicky to any new requests. Overall, it was a wonderful day, the parking for guests was ample and everyone had a memorable day. Thank you Team Crown Plaza Gerrads Cross! -

From the moment we first enquired about the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. During our initial visit, we felt so welcomed, and this continued throughout the planning process—even when we brought in our suppliers. Their cooperation and flexibility made everything so much easier, and we truly felt supported every step of the way.
The day itself was an absolute dream. Everything ran so smoothly, thanks to the attentive and professional staff who looked after us so well. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel and were full of compliments about the beautiful facilities and high standard of service.
One of the standout aspects was the hotel’s one event policy in the events centre—it made the day feel so personal and intimate. We truly felt like we had the entire space to ourselves, away from the rest of the hotel, which made the experience even more special.
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone at the hotel, and especially to Alison, who played a key role in making our day run so seamlessly. Her support and organisation was outstanding.
We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—it gave us a truly memorable day that we’ll cherish forever! -

We recently had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.
The staff were amazing — so organised, helpful and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made sure everything ran smoothly on the day.
The venue itself is beautiful, with lovely spaces for both the ceremony and the reception. We had self-catered food and the hotel were very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better.
We’d highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue — you’ll be in great hands.
