We had the most incredible wedding at Chilworth Manor and genuinely could not have wished for a better venue or team. From the moment we started planning, Hannah, Emily, Liss, Ellie and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate every request, making us feel that nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day itself, the hotel and gardens looked absolutely stunning, the terrace was perfect for our champagne reception and violinist, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional, with so many thoughtful little touches happening behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. Our guests repeatedly commented on how beautiful the venue was and how wonderfully they were looked after. The flexibility we were given with setting up beforehand, storing our dresses and wedding items, accommodating our large number of overnight guests, corkage arrangements and all our individual food and drink requests made such a difference. Even the following morning, the team arranged for around 70 of us to have breakfast together in the Lord Shelburne Suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us a wonderful final opportunity to sit together and reminisce about the previous day. Weddings are incredibly expensive, but afterwards my husband and I asked each other whether, knowing what we know now, we would spend the money and do it all again - and the answer was absolutely yes. We loved every minute, our guests loved it, and I am already wondering what event we can plan next so we can return! Thank you to everyone at Chilworth Manor for helping to make our wedding the happiest and most memorable day of our lives. Five stars, without hesitation. -

From the moment our original venue phoned us to say they was unfortunately shutting down, right up to the night of our wedding, Hannah and her team have been nothing but amazing! They made it feel so easy, less stressful and took a lot off our plates. From the first meeting we knew we was in great hands. Our day went without a hitch, nothing was to big of a ask, the food was lovely, the rooms was great, breakfast was delicious 😋 and the lovely card, champagne and petals in our honeymoon sweet was such a lovely touch. The biggest thing for me was how understanding they was when I told them about my father that recently had a motorcycle accident, they went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after. We cant thank the team enough for everything they've done for us, our families and friends. We would highly recommend Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue or even just to visit! Thank you so much from the Cracknells! -

Our Wedding at Chilworth Manor was fabulous from start to finish. We loved every minute of it.

My only negative is that the day went way too fast. The building and the grounds are so very beautiful.

We got married at Chilworth Manor in Aug 2024. From day one the experience was amazing, and it was a no brainier which venue we wanted to choose for our special day. We met with one of the wedding coordinators Phoebe, who talked us through the various packages, which were reasonably priced, and we were shown around the gorgeous venue which has so many beautiful photo spots. We had a few wedding co-ordinators throughout the planning process, but all were so friendly and approachable, and guided us every step of the way in our planning.
The day went by perfectly, with the help of Liz. The staff went above and beyond to make our day very special. Those little extra touches really made for a memorable day. Really happy with our experience and would highly recommend to anyone -

Wouldn’t change a thing!
Chilworth Manor was the first venue we viewed and from the moment Phoebe gave us a tour of the grounds, we knew we wanted our special day to be within those beautiful grounds. Phoebe became our personal wedding planner and has answered all of our questions, offered advice when we have needed it and helped to perfect the plan for our ceremony and celebration. She has gone out of her way to change things to suit our guests special requests.
We met George 3 days before the wedding and immediately felt that the event was in very safe hands with our host. He made sure we were exactly where we needed to be and when. He even took control of the ceremony music for us. George interacted with our guests and had everyone laughing, cheering and applauding, he was fantastic and it would not have been the same without him, what a character!
Our wedding breakfast was a real talking point. The food was even more delicious than it was at our tasting session. The portion sizes were very generous and everyone was happy. The kitchen, waiting and bar staff all did an amazing job and everything ran like clockwork.
We were extremely lucky to have a gorgeous sunny day so we were able to use the outstandingly beautiful grounds for some amazing photographs, which we will treasure forever. Luckily we live fairly close by and we can visit the grounds whenever we like. We will be sure to make the most of these opportunities and will definitely recommend Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue.
Your beautiful hotel will forever hold a special place in all our hearts.

Perfect venue choice
Our wedding reception at Chilworth Manor was exceptional. Throughout the planning process, our co-ordinator Hannah was always reachable which was immensely reassuring. Hannah's thorough communication and accommodation of our every request ensured the day ran smoothly, and our face-to-face meetings as the big day approached proved that no detail would be forgotten.
On the day, our toastmaster George, the catering staff, and everyone else involved went above and beyond for ourselves and our guests. Having our September wedding on the hottest day of the year was one thing we couldn't have planned for, but the attentiveness of the staff made all the difference, keeping the arrival drinks cold and opening an extra air-conditioned space for our guests to cool down just beside the terrace. George made us feel special throughout the day and enthusiastically helped us include a game and a song performance during the wedding breakfast. An older family member of ours was unable to attend until the evening due to the hot weather, but upon our request his three course meal was served hot when he arrived, which we cannot praise the catering staff enough for.
Overall, throughout our entire experience with Chilworth, nothing was too much trouble. Along with the beautiful setting it provided for our wedding day, this made it the perfect venue choice for our reception. -
