A perfect venue for a perfect day

Chilli Barn absolutely exceeded our expectations for our wedding. All of our guests have said how wonderful the venue was, and we have had so many compliments from them on the vegan food—people said it was delicious!
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what makes it even better is having a dedicated wedding planner (Leah) to help you along the way. Leah was brilliant and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything ran perfectly and the venue was a beautiful place to get married.
The Chilli Barn grounds are also the perfect place for photos, and the woodlands over the road are great too, if you want something a little different for your photos.
We chose to have a fully vegan wedding, including the wedding breakfast and evening food. We have had so many compliments from our guests—vegan and non-vegan—on the food. Everyone loved it—especially the evening taco bar!
We really enjoyed the food/wine tasting evening before our wedding because we could visit the venue again, and it made making our food and drink choices a really lovely experience. We also loved that we could have the whole place to ourselves the day before to set up and get things ready. This made us feel a lot more relaxed and meant that all of our “DIY” bits could be done the day before.
The venue is also great value for money. We felt like we got a lot for our money.

The perfect wedding!

The Chilli Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. The setting is beautiful, and the team are an incredibly well-oiled operation - seamlessly coordinating with all our vendors so that everything on the day just happened, without us having to think about it.

A huge part of that was Leah, their wedding planner, who was enthusiastic, patient, and consistently one step ahead - regularly asking questions we wouldn't have thought to ask ourselves. She was also brilliantly accommodating with our specific requests without ever making us feel like we were being awkward.

The food was genuinely excellent - we are both foodies and were very satisfied. They worked with a very loose suggestion from us and created a tomato and lentil tart that was a highlight of the day, and there was plenty of it - something that can't always be said of wedding catering. We also added some meat pies to the sharing board, which omnivores really appreciated.

The wine list is short but excellent: all vegan and organic, and if you ask they can suggest bottles from their suppliers beyond the standard list. We ended up ordering six bottles to try beforehand, which was a very enjoyable couple of weeks.

We'd also strongly recommend booking the tipi as a breakaway space. Once the music was going in the evening, some guests retreated there, lit the stove, and it was very cosy.

Such a perfect day!

We wanted a small wedding (just close family) and nothing too fancy. This was never a problem for Leah and her team. We were treated exceptionally well throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. We weren’t big budget customers but we were still made to feel valued and special. The day was perfect; small but perfectly formed and this was down to the professionalism of the staff at Chilli Barn. It was a perfect day and we will remember it fondly for the rest of our lives.

The perfect day!

We got married at Chilli Barn earlier this year and it was the most special day! The whole experience from booking through to the day itself was seamless. The team are amazing, so knowledgable and helpful, and could answer any questions and provide advice. The barn looked amazing on the day, the food was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond on the day to make everything look effortless. We had the best day and so did all of our guests! We cannot recommend Chilli Barn enough, a day we will treasure forever! 🥰

The best experience from start to finish

The girls running the Chilli Barn were incredible from start to finish. They made the day so stress free and couldn’t have done more to make it such a perfect day. It’s a beautiful, intimate venue and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful intimate venue

We got married at the Chilli Barn in July 2023 and we cannot recommend them enough. Leah and the team are a well oiled machine who go out of their way to create the most special day. If you want fuss free, intimate beautiful venue with the most delicious food then this is for you!

Brilliant!

We had our wedding in May at the Chilli Barn.
We picked the venue because it was scenic due to the proximity to the Chevin and on the more relaxed/smaller side which was perfect for us. We added a marquee to include 50 guests total to increase the guest size slightly.
I can’t explain what an amazing day we had and how much the venue contributed to that.
Wish we could do it again in a heart beat!
Leah was our planner and day of co-ordinator and was great to deal with! Communicated well, efficiently and was happy to accommodate requests.
I would highly recommend the Chilli Barn if you’re looking for a relaxed, intimate space to celebrate!

Perfect Intimate wedding venue

We fell in love with the venue due to its small and intimate feel with rustic and country vibes. Perfect.
Loved sitting by the fire pit when we lost the light and watching everyone dancing inside.
All of the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will forever highly recommend this venue.

Excellent service

Perfect venue, with amazing hosts, the day went smoothly, i will definitely recommended this venue for a quaint wedding.
