From the very first meeting with Keeley we knew we knew we were in safe hands. In our first meeting she helped guide our thinking, set us a to-do list (which she was very good at making sure we actually stuck to!) and made helpful and creative suggestions at every turn.
There were so many different options in terms of how Chapel House were able to do the Wedding Breakfast. We opted for a family style with the opportunity for guests to share but with no compromise on ensuring that all our guest's dietary requirements (some of which were pretty exacting) were accommodated for. Keeley thought of everything, helped us think about crafting the perfect weekend and it felt effortless. The list of suppliers on Chapel House's website it comprehensive and helpful and led to us picking our photographer who knew the venue inside out. He knew the best shots for every time of day, organised the family photos like a dream and kept the whole day flowing beautifully - which was definitely only possible because he knew the place and the staff so well.
On the weekend of the wedding itself - everything flowed like water. Everything was tailored around us and our guests. From the moment we woke up in the cottages with breakfast brought to us from the moment we crashed in the beautiful rooms in Chapel House itself with pizza that had been carefully hidden from the guests for us - everything went like clockwork.
Keeley knew where everyone was at all times, no one went missing and there wasn't a second wasted. Everyone was exactly where they were supposed to be at all times which just meant that our whole experience of the day was magic. The food at the wedding breakfast was genuinely the best food I've had a wedding ever. The chef is simply a genius. The whole team was fantastic at liaising with all our suppliers and presented the tables beautifully and managed to get the whole place turned around for the reception in record time. In short - they were a well-oiled machine.
You absolutely get what you pay for with lots of staff on-site throughout the day, plenty of attention paid to the little things and a beautiful venue that looked absolutely stunning without having to spend loads of extra decorations.
We had simply the best time and the whole team at Chapel House is a massive part of the success of the day. Would recommend them to everyone.Chapel House Estate's reply:

How do you even begin to put into words what Chapel House and our wedding experience mean to us? Honestly, it feels almost impossible to do justice to the magic of the day we had there in October. Some experiences are so special that words will never quite be enough, and our wedding day at Chapel House is one of them. It was everything we could have dreamed of and so much more, and we will carry the memories we made there in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
From the very first moment we stepped through the doors to view the venue, we were made to feel so welcome. There was an immediate warmth about the place, and we knew we were somewhere special. When we returned for dinner a couple of weeks later, the staff even remembered our names, which was such a lovely, personal touch and really showed the level of care and attention that runs through everything at Chapel House. Throughout the planning process, the team were always on hand to answer any questions, with responses coming the very same day. When you’re planning something as meaningful and important as your wedding, those little things make the world of difference. They give you reassurance, take away the stress and remind you that you’re in safe hands.
What truly sets Chapel House apart, though, is that the team made us feel as though our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. We never felt like we were simply another couple booking a venue; we felt listened to, understood and genuinely cared for. That feeling stayed with us throughout the entire journey, right up until the moment we said our vows and began this next chapter of our lives together.
Our coordinator, Keeley, was nothing short of phenomenal. We genuinely cannot put into words how grateful we are for her. Her approach to wedding planning is second to none, and she has such a wonderful ability to understand and support a couple’s vision without ever being opinionated or overwhelming. She allowed us to feel completely confident in our decisions, knowing that we had someone by our side who truly wanted our day to be everything we had dreamed of. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine passion for what she does shone through in every interaction, and we will always be so thankful that she was part of our wedding journey.
On the day itself, Keeley and the entire team made us feel incredibly comfortable, supported and at ease. Any little worries or nerves we had were quickly put to rest, allowing us to be fully present and soak up every second of what was one of the most special days of our lives. Everything ran so seamlessly, without a single glitch, and we were able to simply enjoy being together, surrounded by the people we love most. People often say that they wish they could do their wedding day all over again, but we always find ourselves saying something a little different: we wouldn’t want to do it all over again, because we honestly don’t believe it could ever be as perfect as it was. That is how special Chapel House made our day.
Another team member who really stood out to us was Georgia. We believe it was her very first day at Chapel House, yet you would never have known it. She fitted into the team so effortlessly, working quietly and seamlessly in the background while always being readily available to answer any questions or help wherever needed. Her professionalism and calm, attentive manner were a real credit to her, and she is a wonderful reflection of the standards upheld by the entire team. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make our day everything it was.
The feedback from our guests has been just as lovely, and it has made us even more grateful for the experience Chapel House gave us. So many people commented on how beautifully organised the day was, how smoothly everything flowed and how wonderfully the food was presented and served. The vegetarian option was particularly praised, which was so lovely to hear. It was clear that so much thought and care had gone into every detail, and knowing that our guests enjoyed themselves as much as we did means the world to us.
The care extended far beyond the wedding day itself. The cleanliness of the grounds, the house and the lodges was impeccable, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds were, the amazing showers and the beautiful surroundings. Every little detail contributed to making their stay feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the people who mean the most to us.
And then there were the little moments that we will treasure forever. As newlyweds, one of our favourite memories was watching the sunrise from the roof terrace. After all the excitement, emotion and happiness of our wedding day, standing together and watching the sun rise felt like the most beautiful, peaceful beginning to married life. It was one of those moments when everything seemed to stand still, and we could take in the enormity of what had just happened and the wonderful journey we were beginning together. It is a memory we will hold close to our hearts for years to come.
Chapel House is so much more than a wedding venue to us. It has become a place that will forever be woven into our story. It is where we celebrated one of the happiest days of our lives, where so many of our favourite memories were made and where we know we will return to celebrate all of our future wins. We love the thought of returning in the years ahead, walking through those familiar surroundings and being transported straight back to the day we became husband and wife. It is a place that will always bring us happiness, warmth and the most wonderful memories.
To any future brides and grooms searching for their wedding venue, please go and see Chapel House. We could not recommend it more highly. Yes, it is a beautiful venue, but what makes it truly extraordinary is the people, the atmosphere, the care and the feeling you are left with long after the day has passed. It is not simply somewhere to get married; it is somewhere to create memories, feel completely looked after and experience something genuinely magical.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Chapel House Estate enough! Choosing it for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, everything was just amazing, and Loz was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She was so lovely, helpful and reassuring, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made us feel so looked after and made the whole experience so special, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are just gorgeous! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was, how amazing the food was and how lovely the whole atmosphere felt. Every little detail was thought of, and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly.

What a venue!

My now wife and I had an amazing experience with the Chapel House team from start to finish. Our main criteria when we started our search was a venue in Kent with lots of onsite accomodation, several areas for the day (to save having to leave a room and come back in to it once it had been adjusted) and of course a generally picturesque location. As soon as we saw Chapel House Estate it shot up to the top of our list as one of our favourites. What clinched it was our venue of choice were the staff and the fact you get a wedding coordinator included in the cost. Special shout out to Jade here who was our primary contact although when Jade was on a well deserved day off, the rest of the team were happy to step in and assist so we were never left without help!
In relation to all of the Chapel House Team there were no questions too silly, nothing that was too much of an ask and someone was always at the end of the phone or an email and we always heard back quickly; the communication between the team was superb. Ahead of the day we felt calm and prepared due to this.
We actually opted to stay on site in the main house the day before the wedding as there was availability, the main house is a stunning character building that has been modernised throughout to a high standard. We were blown away by the bridal suite on our first visit and loved the 'secret terrace'.
On the day everything went perfectly to plan, the team were on hand from the early hours setting up, and were there throughout the day moving bits we had asked to be moved, setting up things like our sweetie station etc. Morgan and I knew they were there doing all of this but they had a fantastic way of doing this without being over imposing!
My now Mother in Law had the honour of marrying us on the day and said that after all the weddings she has officiated this was the slickest operation she has seen yet!
To top it all off the team actually got us a gin tasting voucher as a wedding gift, which was a totally unexpected but very thoughtful move!
We are so happy we chose Chapel House Estate and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone considering an amazing wedding venue with fantastic staff! Oh and also the food was top notch, all our guests thought this also so shout out to the chefs!

The perfect wedding location
A truly magical day, with superb service expertly led and coordinated by Jade.
The setting is gorgeous, with plenty of spaces for guests to meet, chat and mingle.

Stunning Venue for our big day
Booking Chapel House Estate for our wedding was hands-down the best decision we made. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolute perfection. Loz and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure our day ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and completely immerse ourselves in the magic of it all.
The grounds and venue spaces are breathtaking, and the accommodation on-site is nothing short of amazing—our rooms were incredibly beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable for us and our guests. Our photographer had endless stunning backdrops to choose from, and everyone couldn't stop raving about the food, the gorgeous atmosphere, and the exceptional service. The attention to detail from the staff was unmatched, and we truly felt so cared for throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself.
