My husband and I chose Capesthorne Hall for our wedding in May 2025 and we couldn’t have chosen better. We fell in love with Capesthorne Hall on our first visit, not only are the hall and grounds absolutely beautiful but the flow of the venue is perfect. We loved that we could use different areas at different times of the day, from the amazing getting ready room, gorgeous ceremony space and dining room to the modern lakeside evening reception.
We also stayed onsite and used the accommodation for a wedding weekend celebration. This was one of the major reasons we chose Capesthorne Hall as it helped us make the most of our celebrations and create amazing memories.
The team are absolutely brilliant, Beth and Lucy are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Lucy helped us set everything up the day before, kept on top of all the details made sure the day ran smoothly. We were in very safe hands who worked so hard to make sure our wedding was so special, doing everything they could for us to have the best day.
We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Capesthorne Hall and cannot thank the team enough. -

We honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Capesthorne Hall. We had a multicultural wedding, which involved multiple ceremonies and a lot of planning. The team went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly.
A very special thank you to Lucy, who was our main point of contact throughout the entire process. She was always accessible, incredibly helpful and no question was ever too much trouble. From the moment we started planning, she put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. Knowing she was only ever a call or email away made the whole experience so much less stressful.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was. The flexibility and support we received for our multicultural celebrations were exceptional and everything came together perfectly.
Thank you to Lucy and the entire Capesthorne Hall team for helping create memories that we'll cherish forever. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capesthorne Hall to any couple looking for a truly magical wedding venue. -

The most amazing venue & team!
We got married at Capesthorne Hall early May this year, and I do not think I can truly express how wonderful it all was! From the first viewing, we fell in love with the venue; we were made to feel welcome, and that the staff wanted to help us create the day we wanted.
The venue and the grounds are even more spectacular in person, and offer a lovely variety of settings for a wedding. Another great option is the accommodation - we, our parents, bridesmaids & groomsmen all stayed on site the night before & night of, and found all the different accommodations (Carriage House, South Tower, Lakeside Village) to all be spotless, comfortable, and ideal for getting ready with our bride & groom parties on opposite sides of the venue the morning of the wedding (with the bridal party also using the Saddle Room.)
Our guests all remarked on how beautiful everything was, the level of professionalism observed, and how smoothly the day went, especially as we all moved between areas of the venue throughout.
From enquiring to the wedding day, and even thereafter, we received clear communication, offers to visit, and support in our planning. On the day itself, we still kept informed about the schedule, and were given some time to ourselves after the ceremony whilst guests were lined up for the confetti throw.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to the Capesthorne team, especially Lynn, who helped us in both the lead up to the wedding and the day itself, working with all our other vendors to ensure everything was set up/in the correct place during the different aspects of the day.

When looking at wedding venues we tried several different options near where we lived/wanted to get married. When we came to look at Capesthorne and drove down the drive, we knew it was such a special place. The grand hall and grounds are picture perfect for a special day. We had so many compliments from our guests on where we had picked to get married.
Beth looked after us from our initial meeting in April 2025 and was a dream throughout the entire process to our wedding in June 2026. Nothing was ever too much trouble in the lead up, and on the day provided calmness and organisation which helped the day run so smoothly.
She helped with getting the suppliers organised and set for what they were all doing on the day and it just made the wedding day so much easier.
We had our ceremony in the drawing room, drinks in the saloon/on the terrace, wedding breakfast in the Queen Ann room and evening in the Lakeside. Using all the options from the venue meant we got to spend time in all of the amazing parts of the hall and the day flowed from one area to another so easily.
I couldn’t recommend both Beth and Capesthorne more…. Without question one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you so much! -

The perfect venue for the perfect day
I couldn’t thank the whole team at Capesthorne enough for making our dream wedding come to life. From the very first viewing through to the big day itself, everyone was incredible at answering our questions and supporting us every step of the way.
A special thank you to Lucy—I truly couldn’t have gone through the whole process without her amazing help and reassurance. Our day simply wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did without Lucy, Beth, and Lynne.
The venue itself is stunning and truly speaks for itself, but it’s the events team who go the extra mile to make your perfect day a reality.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Capesthorne Hall. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly special — the Hall and grounds are absolutely stunning and created the most magical backdrop for our day.
The team at Capesthorne Hall were exceptional from start to finish, and in particular our wedding coordinator, Lynn, who did an absolutely amazing job. From the planning stages right through to the wedding day itself, Lynn was organised, calm, and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail and experience meant we felt completely at ease knowing everything was in safe hands.
On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Lynn and the wider team were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, ensuring that both us and our guests felt completely looked after. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly the day flowed.
Every detail had been carefully considered, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding. Capesthorne Hall is a truly breathtaking venue with an outstanding team behind it. We will treasure our memories of the day forever and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a fairytale wedding setting. -

My husband and I held our reception at Capesthorne Hall after our wedding in May. We had been quite set on another venue before visiting but quickly decided during our venue visit that Capesthorne was the place for us. We loved that there are so many spaces for different parts of the day which gave an effortless flow. In addition, we were blown away by the organisation, professionalism and knowledge of our wedding coordinator Lynn. Every single query or concern re logistics was quickly answered and a solution provided. We really felt that Lynn and the rest of the Capesthorne team were committed to giving us the most magical day possible. They worked seamlessly with all of our suppliers to a point that my husband and I were able to completely immerse ourselves in enjoying the day rather than feeling like we had to keep an eye on things. We are so glad we chose to have our reception at Capesthorne Hall and couldn't praise the team there highly enough! -

Capesthorne Hall was an amazing place for our wedding. We visited many wedding venues, but Capesthorne was the only one that made feel like you weren't on a conveyer belt. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony and the Capesthorne team helped this become a reality. We were given many options on where the ceremony could be held on the grounds, which was difficult, as there a so many beautiful spaces! and a contingency if was raining to put our minds at ease. We used the accommodation of beautiful lodges and apartments for the evening of the Wedding. We self-catered the communal kitchen for our guests which the staff supported us with and we could all then relax, explore the grounds the next day. Lynn, Beth and Lucy were amazing, they were all so responsive and always happy to answer questions we had. I would say that all the staff went above and beyond what you would get from other venues, on the lead up to the wedding and on the day. They all supported out vision and supported us to create the day we wanted, from the big decisions to the tiny touches. I cannot recommend Capesthorne hall and the team enough. -

We had our wedding here this year. The venue is beautiful, and the on site accommodation is very modern and very reasonably priced. The communal breakfast area overlooking the lake is a lovely way to debrief the next morning. The team at Capesthorne are very experienced at holding weddings and they can easily answer every question you put to them promptly- Lucy in particular is excellent! The house itself has so much character - our guests loved wandering the grounds whilst we had our photos taken and the ceremony room is beautiful. Theres so many gorgeous spots to take professional pictures. There is a caravan park on site but its not in view of the wedding at all and the gardens and hall are exclusive for the day so it didnt bother us.
The atmosphere felt very relaxed with the team and we didnt feel like we were on a conveyor belt of weddings which was really important to us.
We will be coming back just to stay on site again! -
