Gorgeous, relaxed, fun and magical wedding venue with the most wonderful staff!
My partner and I recently celebrated our wedding at Cambo Estate and couldn’t be more grateful to the estate and its wonderful team. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how gorgeous, cosy, inspiring, and fun the property is. From the café and gardens to the woodland trails, seaside, and hidden corners of the grounds, everything was truly stunning. Having the house entirely to ourselves for the weekend - and the freedom to shape the events exactly as we wanted - made the whole experience feel personal and magical.
The estate offers so many inviting spaces for guests to gather, play games, chat, and simply relax. And the lack of a curfew throughout most of the house added an extra sense of joy and spontaneity.
Joanne and her team went above and beyond in helping us and our vendors pull together a weekend full of moving pieces. They coordinated everything from a movie-night projector to microphones for speeches, rented glassware, arranged bartenders for both the wedding and a whisky tasting, set up event spaces with custom lighting, provided a sound system, kept fireplaces going, and even supplied wood for s’mores. As this was a destination wedding for us and most of our guests, Cambo’s organization was a huge relief.
Their attention to detail shone through in every Zoom call and throughout the weekend. The personalized door signs, stocked restrooms, welcome guides, printed maps, and countless thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. Joanne and her team were always available, kind, clear, quick to respond, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their care brought so much joy to our guests and to us, and we are deeply grateful.

My husband and I truly had our dream wedding experience at cambo estate, from start to finish the staff was so helpful and everything was tailored to our vision. Joanne and Dana have the wedding planning process down to a science, and we always felt in good hands. They also had amazing advice for vendors, many of which we chose on Cambo’s recommendation. Lastly, the estate itself is stunning, and gave our family abroad such a wonderful impression of Scotland, that made their long journey worth it. -

My husband and I have friends and family in the US and UK and so Cambo was not only perfect for having accommodation for most of our guests on site, it was a 3 day affair! We were able to make use most of the rooms across the weekend, and the staff were helpful from the very first phone call. Joanne is an absolute legend and looked after us and our guests so well. Not only is the venue amazing, but you can also have guests enjoy the Cambo Cafe and Gardens while there. It was the ultimate house party for everyone to enjoy, and what was great was that some guests could nap/ rest or disappear if they needed to as well. If you are looking for a full on 3 day wedding weekend celebration on beautiful grounds, then Cambo is the one!! My husband and I did a lot of planning to make sure it was exactly how we dreamed it, and it ended up 10X better thanks to the incredible people at Cambo. ANow we have a great place to visit in years to come -

We got married at Cambo and honestly couldn’t imagine a more perfect venue. The setting is absolutely stunning - from the grand interiors of the house to the walled garden, woodlands, and even the beach nearby. What makes it really special, though, is how relaxed and flexible everything feels while being so stunning and elegant!
We had the whole place to ourselves for the weekend, which gave us so much space and time to enjoy it all with our friends and family. The team at Cambo were incredible - super supportive, responsive, and genuinely kind and seemed to love helping us. They gave us loads of helpful guidance while still letting us shape the day to reflect who we are and what we wanted!
Every part of Cambo has its own unique charm, and we loved how easy it was to make each space our own. Can’t recommend it highly enough. -

We can't thank the Cambo team enough for all your their work to make our wedding the amazing experience it was. From the initial tours, to the planning support, to the execution over the weekend, it all was excellent and we felt so lucky to have them guide us through it all. Guests were just as obsessed as Cambo as we were and we are grateful they even organised the weather to stay sunny!
We had the absolute best time and have only just started to recover! -

We had the most amazing weekend to celebrate our wedding at Cambo! It is such a special place, the house has so much character and many formats (we used the upstairs rooms for DIY welcome drinks the night before the wedding, the coachyard for reception dinner, dancing and bbq the next day, and the magical Walled Garden for our ceremony). It was fab to have our family stay in the house and the wings/kitchens are v well equipped. Lauren, Joanne, Kay and team were very warm and professional, with plenty opportunities to check in on details and timelines ahead of the day as well as being very responsive and proactive on the day in supporting with logistics, queries and suppliers. They were also flexible to let us drop off food and kit ahead of our entry time, and were so kind to even drop off some hired props for us in Dundee after the weekend! A truly unforgettable weekend which our guests enjoyed as much as we did. Highly recommend. -

Simply the best
We remember our wedding so fondly, it almost hurts because we miss our time at Cambo that much! Organizing the event with Cambo’s staff could have been a nightmare since we were planning our wedding from a different country, but the amazing people at Cambo would never let that happen. They took incredible care of us and all our guests. They responded to all our questions, big and small, critical and silly, and in a very timely manner. Even with the time difference, we felt so informed and on top of things. Their staff have countless weddings and events under the belt, but they made us feel like more than just one of thousands of couples; they made us feel like we were as special to Cambo as Cambo was to us. They made us feel like family and we can’t wait to return one day and relive some of the best moments of our lives. We couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Cambo Estate. -
