From the moment we booked, we knew we'd made the right choice. The venue is beautiful, the grounds are incredible, and having everything in one place made our wedding day seamless. Every single guest commented on how amazing it was. Most of all, the owners are wonderful people who go above and beyond because they genuinely care, not because it's just a business to them. They played a huge part in making our day perfect, and we can't recommend them highly enough! -

We honestly cannot recommend Camblesforth Hall & Grange enough! From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was somewhere special, but the team made our wedding day even more incredible than we could have imagined. ❤️
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the most perfect setting for our wedding. Every little detail, from the grounds to the beautiful spaces, made our day feel so magical and completely unforgettable.
A very special thank you has to go to Naomi, the owner. Naomi is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met. She went above and beyond for us and was there every single step of the way throughout our wedding planning journey. She always made us feel supported, listened to and reassured, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She is such a warm and lovely person, and we are so grateful that she was part of such an important chapter of our lives. ❤️
We also cannot thank Lisa, our coordinator, enough. She was absolutely amazing on the day and helped us so much. She kept everything running smoothly, organised the timings and announcements, and was constantly checking in on both me and Callum throughout the day to make sure everything was going to plan. Having someone so organised and caring there meant we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding rather than worrying about what was happening next!
A huge thank you to Charlotte, the new coordinator in training, too. She was so lovely and helpful, and one of our guests actually had a stain on their clothing during the day which Charlotte helped them with. Our guest has done nothing but sing her praises since, which really shows the kind of care and attention she gave to everyone. 🥰
We also want to say a massive thank you to Abi and all of the bar staff. They were fantastic throughout the day and made sure our guests were looked after and everything ran smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
And finally, a huge thank you to Byron, Naomi’s husband, for all the behind the scenes work, the soundtracks and everything that goes on in the background to make a wedding day run as seamlessly as it does. It doesn't go unnoticed and we really appreciate everything you did for us!
Our wedding day was genuinely the best day of our lives, and Camblesforth Hall & Grange played such a huge part in making it that way. The team don't just provide a venue they genuinely care about the couples getting married there, and that makes such a difference.
To Naomi, Lisa, Charlotte, Abi, the bar staff, Byron and everyone else behind the scenes thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so incredibly special. We will forever look back on Camblesforth Hall & Grange with the happiest memories. ❤️

The most wonderful wedding weekend!
Camblesforth Hall was the perfect place to host our wedding! From our first visit, Naomi was super organised and friendly, and we knew we were in great hands!
The barns are beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with each holding a specific purpose for the day's activities. The courtyard, garden areas, and view in front of the house create multiple wonderful places for photographs as well as spaces for relaxing, chatting or setting up lawn games! Another big plus is the amount of seating both in the bar and in the courtyard - something that is typically overlooked at other venues!!
We loved having the Friday for set up and a relaxed drinks in the evening, as well as Sunday for the pool and tennis court! Overall, the most wonderful weekend and I wouldn't change a thing! -

The most beautiful venue
We could not have chosen a better wedding venue! The barns and the accommodation have such a wow factor. I really wanted a venue that had exclusivity and having the chance to set up the day before without feeling rushed was a big selling point! Three whole days of having the venue all to ourselves really let us feel like we were living the dream, it was like steeping into Bridgerton!
You can tell this venue means the world to the owners and all the effort they put into it, all the little touches, make it a perfect place to get married. Worth every single penny and we would recommend this venue to everyone as you can personalise it as much as you wish. Couldn’t ask for better owners to support us all the way through to the big day. -

Not only did we think Camblesforth Hall was an absolutely beautiful venue, every single one of our guests commented on how amazing it was and have contacted us specifically since to tell us.
The set-up of the venue with separate barns for every part of our day worked better than we could have imagined and meant that we could add our personal touches to each space the day before and not have to worry about room turnovers or shepherding guests to another area, it all flowed perfectly. That being said, the numerous different areas, the Hemmel barn for our wedding breakfast, the courtyard for sunny arrival drinks and cocktail hour, the beautiful indoor bar area and the dance floor area were all in close range so guests never felt too spread out or like they were missing out on anything, guests felt comfortable to roam and relax at their leisure but were still involved in the fun. Perfect if you’ve got a rowdy bunch of friends and some more reserved family members!
The grounds and the house were stunning and have made a beautiful back drop to our photos, there are so many places to explore and utilise (we set up mini golf on the back lawns to give the guests a chance to see the beautiful gardens) We also utilised the pool area the day after, and even though it was raining it was perfect. There’s are so many special touches that Naomi and Byron have added and every time we’d been back to visit there was always something else that they had built or included.
The accommodation was ideal for our family the night before and night of, the manor is gorgeous and very practical for a family including kids.
Last but not least Naomi was an absolute star ⭐ we booked the venue two years to the day prior to our actual wedding day and during that time she was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We visited a few times with members of our family and suppliers to put plans in place and it put us completely at ease. Naomi and Byron were so accommodating and helpful during our wedding weekend and it made our special day everything we hoped for and more. -

We had an amazing experience at Camblesforth Hall for our wedding. Naomi was always so helpful and friendly, making everything feel easy from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—we received so many compliments from our guests. Being able to set up on the Friday, fully enjoy our day on the Saturday and take our time on the Sunday made such a difference and really helped us enjoy the whole weekend. The accommodation was beautiful, and the venue is simply breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!Camblesforth Hall & Grange's reply:

We had the most incredible experience at Camblesforth Hall & grange - it truly is a magical wedding venue. From the moment we first visited, we were blown away by the beauty of it and its stunning grounds. Every corner feels elegant and timeless, and the atmosphere made our day feel like something out of a fairytale.
A huge part of what made everything run so smoothly was Naomi & Byron who were nothing short of amazing. They were warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, ensuring every detail was perfect. Naomi’s calm and friendly presence made the planning process stress-free, and on the day itself, she went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed effortlessly.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how seamless the whole day felt. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Adam Sent on 13/08/2025Perfect North Yorkshire wedding venue!
Beutiful and practical wedding venue in North Yorkshire. The event space is based around a huge open quad which is ideal for afternoon drinks and canapes. We didn't end up using the ceremony space as we were married elsewhere but the dining space is really flexible. The whole place has been really well considered with the large catering kitchen just by the dining area so food arrives promptly and hot. The newly refubished bar area is a great place for people to just relax and chill for a while and the seperate music area is perfect for people who want to dance, without overwhelming the other guests. Finally there is a small "snug" area which we used as a coffee station which was another nice toutch.
We also rented the BBQ and pool area on the Sunday, which was a great call. The pool is large and heated and deep enough to jump into (as my cousins took full advanage of) and the gas BBQ was excellent. There are also 2 mediums sized fridges up by the pool to keep food/drink cool and a load of sun loungers and tables.
The accomodations is more than comfortable and striaght into the opulant. The cooking facilities in the guests/servant quaters are great and the food and drink provided by Camblesforth were very generous.
From a logistics point of view, there are well fitted toilette facilities including disabled toilets and baby changing areas. The is a lot of parking, and the 1-way system they put in place made everything really simple on the day. We had access to the venue from the Friday morning, which meant we could get everything set up well ahead of time and we left about 1600 on the Sunday, again allowing is to not only enjoy the pool but to get everything packed away. All-in, we had the entire place from the Friday to the Sunday evening, including accomodation, the servant's quarters and the pool which was amazing value.
Things I would highlight:
* The venue is away from a city centre. If you are used to London and Ubers you should think ahead. It's not a problem as there are many taxi companies, but you will need to plan coaches and taxis ahead of time to help your guests
* If you are going to rent the pool area, you will need to plan to bring plastic glasses, paper plates and plastic knives and forks
Finally, Naomi and Lisa (our wedding organiser) were absolutely brilliant in pretty much every way I could think of. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
