Perfect wedding day at Botley

Wow ! We got married here just a week ago and it was everything we dreamt of and more! The venue speaks for itself , the stunning rooms & beautiful grounds. The staff were honestly without a doubt the MOST loveliest, attentive, helpful and all round amazing people. They truly could not have done anymore for us if they tried! All day they ensure my husband & I was okay, if we needed anything and always ensured our drinks were topped up .. they even made sure my dress was right when coming down the isle!

Even the food tasting before the wedding was amazing , it was like we were at a wedding with how it was all displayed ! Which makes the excitement leading up-to the wedding even better !!

A massive thank you to Sarah who was our wedding manager on the day, she was amazing in every way & she made the day even more special for us both ! & the night manger who was also a lovely lady ( apologies I cannot remember her name ) who helped with everything and set our little boy cot up last min !

The food … WOW , compliments to the chef! Our guests loved all of the food especially the beef !! It was quick service and was perfect 🩷

Lastly, thank you to the bar staff the drinks were flowing and no queuing at the bar all evening which makes such a difference!

Ps… I recommend doing the passionfruit tower !!

I wish we could do the whole day again !

Wow ! We got married here just a week ago and it was everything we dreamt of and more! The venue speaks for itself , the stunning rooms & beautiful grounds. The staff were honestly without a doubt the MOST loveliest, attentive, helpful and all round amazing people. They truly could not have done anymore for us if they tried! All day they ensure my husband & I was okay, if we needed anything and always ensured our drinks were topped up .. they even made sure my dress was right when coming down the isle!

Our May Wedding

We could not have made a better choice than Botley Mansion for our wedding!
Booking - a very responsive and helpful team, available the entire journey for any (of my many annoying) queries. The wedding planning diary is very helpful and allows you to access of every aspect of your wedding which is helpful at keeping you on budget.
Food- The tasting event was amazing, I would advice taking some of the wedding party along with you as that was a treat on its own! There is a lovely selection of food and drinks. Everyone raved about how good our food was on the day, very plentiful and served by amazing waiting staff. The continental breakfast was also lovely!!!
The venue - Immaculate and beautiful, complimented by all guests, The amazing grounds and variety of rooms make it ideal for both sunny and wet days.
Staff- The staff were OUTSTANDING flexible, helpful and nothing was too much. I truly could not praise them enough.
Honestly from start to finish the day was perfect, a few things went wrong but the flexibility of the venue allowed that not to ruin our day. It was PERFECT!

Our dream wedding!

From the first day we went to see Botleys Mansion till even after our wedding day, the service has been out of this world and cannot recommend enough!

Thanks to the online wedding planner, the fast responsiveness, and their recommendations we did not feel stressed ONE BIT! We actually got to enjoy the whole planning process and also felt like that anything we ever dreamed was possible.

From the wedding breakfast tasting to speaking with the team a few days prior to date, all went smoothly and with such a great energy and excitement.

Not only us, but also all of our guests were amazed by their service. We did not had to worry about anything on the day and could just enjoy ourselves and take it all in. They made sure that throughout our wedding day we had various moments to ourselves, just us, to take it all in. Also, the team really made sure that we at and drank enough to stay hydrated and energised.

The location and environment was also a BIG plus for us - in nature and close to the airport, to Dover, and to many hotels. As some of our family had to travel from abroad, they had plenty of options to attend our wedding.

Words cannot express how grateful we are that we choose this beautiful venue for our wedding day. It has been an absolute dream!!

An amazing day

From the moment we first viewed Botleys Mansion we fell in love with every part of it and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our wedding was the most perfect day and it was made even more special by the wonderful staff especially Sarah and Dean who were simply amazing! We would highly recommend this stunning venue and want to thank the whole team for giving us the most incredible day and memories!

A perfect day at a stunning venue

Thank you to everyone at Harper Weddings for making our wedding such an amazing day. We got married at Botleys Mansion in December 2023 and can’t stop reminiscing about so many of the magical moments.

The venue was absolutely perfect and Botleys will always have a special place in our hearts. So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful building it is!

A huge shout out to Dean, Maxine and Isabella - the compassion, flexibility and understanding they provided after one of our guests had a health scare was second to none and really helped to ensure the rest of our day ran smoothly.

We were also impressed with the responsiveness and support Ashley and Megan provided during the planning process, putting up with our endless questions! The online planner really does go a long way in helping to ensure a stress-free wedding day.

The perfect venue

Botleys was the perfect venue and the team at Botleys were crucial for making our wedding such an incredible day. The whole experience was fun and efficient, we were particularly impressed by the online wedding planner which made it so much easier to keep track of all the details - it covers off every single detail you could possible think of.

Particular shout out to Ashley, Megan and Emily for answering our hundreds of questions so promptly and helpfully on the run up to the wedding! And a huge thank you to Maxine, Antonio and Dean for being there on the day and making everything run incredibly smoothly - we had the most amazing time!

Botleys was the perfect venue and the team at Botleys were crucial for making our wedding such an incredible day. The best day of our lives!!

Thank you for helping us create the wedding of our dreams, it really was the best day of our lives.

The staff at Botleys were spot on from start to finish. We would particularly like to thank Sam, Andrea and Jack for everything on the day.
From the minute we arrived to finer details and little touches which helped keep us both so calm.

The whole planning experience was straightforward, there is an online planning portal which is easy to navigate and a member of staff is always on hand to answer any questions.

We had so many comments from our guests at how beautiful the venue is, how brilliant and attentive the staff were and not to mention how amazing the food was!

The team at Botleys really did surpass all of our expectations, it was truly magical from start to finish.

We wish we could relive this day over and over again.

Fantastic venue

The venue and rooms looked fantastic, the staff were all incredibly attentive, all our guests commented on how friendly and helpful they were.

The food exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious.

Rachel (our day manager) was fantastic, really put us at ease and the moment before the curtain was pulled back at the top of the stairs, she made us feel so prepared, but excited. Our MC was great, again, couldn't do enough to help!

The day went so well, exactly how we had planned and it's one we will never forget.

Our guests were blown away with the venue itself - it really is a beautiful place.

Stunning location close to London

Botleys Mansion is a fantastic wedding venue for Londoners wanting the “country estate” experience but guests able to easily travel home after the event. We ended up renting the venue for the Friday - Sunday and the staff, food, house and grounds were top notch. I’m always hesitant about wedding food but the food was superb all weekend and Botleys are definitely “feeders”! Nobody went hungry and the portion sizes were massive. Botleys changed their policy to allow dogs at the venue and our golden retriever was able to join us which was very special. Botleys were fantastic from the initial meeting through the planning and to the wedding day. Nobody batted an eyelid with any of our requests and made us feel comfortable from the minute we stepped foot in the house. We were renovating our house while planning the wedding and Botleys took all of the stress out of planning the wedding. I couldn’t recommend Botleys more!
