We booked Borgo Castelvecchi with a dream of a magical Tuscany villa wedding and what we received and experienced was above and beyond our expectations. Each and everyone one of the staff at Castelvecchi was so kind, helpful, and went beyond their job description for each and every request we made.
From planning over phone calls, emails, and zooms to arriving on site Sofia and Barbara were so helpful and gave me the peace of mind I needed planning a wedding overseas. The villa was absolutely beautiful and very private. I used the second floor grand room to get ready and I felt like I was in a 1700 century castle getting ready. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about all the food especially the pizza and the wedding dinner with its 3 courses was not only well planned but absolutely delicious!
Overall Borgo Castelvecchi is an amazing gem tucked in the Tuscany countryside perfect for ANY wedding, event or just authentic Italian stay. Thank you to everyone at Castelvecchi who made our wedding day so special! -

Most beautiful day in our lives ❤️
We really can not thank the Borgo Castelvecci Team enough! From the beginning our experience was nothing but amazing. The Team was incredibly reactive and helpful in the preparation, every single question was answered immediately and literally all requests were made possible. On the wedding days everything was just perfect. The service was incredibly nice and accomodating, food was a dreeeeam (I mean, the tiramisu cake ❤️), everything was very professional and well organized, the only thing we had to think about was celebrating our wedding. Thank you so much for everything, we will make sure to come back and celebrate one of our anniversaries - absolutely recommend this beautiful place!

From our very first interaction with the Castelvecchi team, we knew we found the right place to host our destination wedding. Everyone was so warm and accommodating all the warm through the very end. Planning a wedding overseas is no easy task, but the team was so flexible and reassuring the whole way through. Our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined thanks to all of the hard work the Borgo Castelvecchi team put in. The entire weekend we were there, there was no task too big or small that they didn’t help with and we are so incredibly grateful. Our guests loved the weekend just as much as we did and over a month later, we’re still getting friends and family asking when we can return. -

We had our wedding at Borgo Castelvecchi and it was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives!!! The venue is an absolute dream - magical, charming, romantic, and full of soul. Every corner felt special, and it created the perfect atmosphere for our wedding weekend!!
Barbara was simply amazing!!! From the very beginning she was so sweet, patient, flexible, helpful, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. She made us feel so cared for and helped everything come together in such a beautiful way!!
Sofia and the whole catering team were also incredible!!! Everyone was so kind, warm, attentive, professional, and lovely with us and with all our guests. The food was amazing, the service was beautiful, and the whole team brought such a positive and loving energy to the weekend!!
We truly couldn’t have imagined a more magical place or a better team to celebrate our wedding with!!! Our families and friends loved it so much, and we will always be grateful to Barbara, Sofia, and everyone at Borgo Castelvecchi for making our wedding feel so special, joyful, and unforgettable.
A tiny suggestion for the future would be to have some water available in the rooms, especially for guests staying for a full wedding weekend. But honestly, everything was wonderful and we left with our hearts completely full!!

A living fairytale
Castelvecchi was absolutely stunning, it’s hard to put into words, but everyone I looked was beautiful. It truly felt like I was in a fairytale the whole weekend. It was also so big I don’t think I explored the entire property! Wine tasting, pool days, delicious food all without needing to leave the venue. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so kind, hope to come back one day! -

I feel honoured to have gotten married at Castelvecchi as it really is something out of a fairytale. This venue is a piece of Italian heritage, a true traditional rustic farmhouse style villa but with elegant grandeur & timeless class. The views around the vineyard are simply indescribable & every single one of our guests commented on how special this place is. We had a 3 night wedding here in late July 2025 & everything was complete perfection. We attended the summer before for our food tasting, met the team and were able to explore the rooms. From the minute we found this treasure, Barbara and her team really did try to assist us in creating our perfect wedding.
The catering is honestly exceptional. Sofia and her team are fantastic and we were served incredible food throughout the wedding weekend. We chose to not use external catering and wanted to support the beautiful on site restaurant and I would highly recommend this. It almost felt like fine dining throughout our wedding breakfast and in 92 guests, not a single person had an incorrect meal or allergy missed. We also had just a wonderful time with the staff and by night 3, after a stunning pizza party, they were dancing into the night with us!
Although I hope to of course not marry again, I truly hope to have a reason in the future to hire and return to CastelVecchi - genuinely a piece of our hearts now lives within those gardens ♥️

From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. Our guests felt very well taken care of and loved staying on site. The villa and grounds are wonderful and the food was excellent. The staff truly felt like part of our celebration and made for an unforgettable wedding for us and our friends and family.
