Our vision for our day truly came to life, we had a non traditional theme, I called it ‘celestial dark romance’ and with the help of an event decor company it came together perfectly with The Connaught.
Fantastic value for money, delicious food, and Maria and the team were super helpful, even though we booked for far in advance!
Thank you so much, it’s a day we’ll always remember. -

The most perfect wedding venue
Our Halloween wedding at the connaught was day of our dreams. Maria, Kevin and Tom have special mentions for making us all feel so special and Kev is an absolute artist, he made my spooky vision come to life. The atmosphere was amazing, all the staff were wonderful, the food was incredible and we couldnt have picked a nicer hotel to spend our special day in. Thank you so much to everyone who worked so hard for us. We cant wait to come back and make more memories in our beautiful wedding venue 🩷 -

When we visited the Connaught we knew straight away this is where we wanted to get married.
We had a few unusual requests when planning our wedding compared to most, such as asking to measure their lift and check out the bedrooms as we were ensuring it was suitable for my bridesmaid who uses a powerchair. They couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried.
Maria ensured the day run perfectly however all the staff were absolutely brilliant. I cant remember the guys name however there was one guy who stood out he was there all day, he brought our breakfast to our room in the morning, helped with my train on several occasions throughout the day, sometimes I didn't realize he was there helping I didn't need to ask he was brilliant. All the staff were more than accommodating. I am not a person who enjoys heat, they saw this in the ceremony and ensured there was plenty of fans in the wedding breakfast and reception room.
Would definitely recommend. -

Perfect venue for your perfect day
From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the hotel. The venue was warm and welcoming, Maria and the whole team were 2nd to none, and we knew that this would become our venue. Throughout the whole process, Maria and her team could not have done more to guide us through all our planning - nothing was too much trouble, Our day was perfect, our dream wedding, everything was executed to absolute perfection, the food was incredible, staff were friendly and attentive and the whole venue was beautiful. We are booking to come back for our first anniversary and cannot wait. We would highly recommend the Connaught ! -

The best day of our lives
From the moment we booked our wedding here to the end the service we received has been out of this world.
I can’t stress enough how grateful we are to Maria and her team for what they did for us. The whole day went so smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Weddings really ARE the Connaught hotels speciality.
From the little details to the large they really look after you. Even little special extras that you don’t expect on the day. We literally want to do it all again, all our guests said how wonderful everything was as well. So a huge thankyou to everyone at the Connaught for making our special day everything we wanted and more. -

Our wedding at The Connaught Spa Hotel was everything we could have hoped for and more – truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
The venue itself is simply stunning, the food was outstanding, and the whole day was managed flawlessly. The team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle every little turnaround and task made us feel completely at ease – exactly what every couple dreams of on their wedding day.
We’d especially like to mention Kevin, Tom, and Iris, who were all so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring – we felt so well looked after. But above all, Maria deserves the biggest thank you. She is the heart of The Connaught. From the moment we first viewed the venue, she made us feel confident and supported. Her care, knowledge, and guidance were invaluable, and she ensured everything was seamless.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found The Connaught and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone. People often say their wedding day was perfect, but for us, it truly was – and that’s because of the amazing teamwork of The Connaught. Not only did we feel cared for, but our guests did too, from start to finish.
A huge thank you to everyone – we couldn’t have asked for more.

We had our wedding day on 9th August and Maria and all the staff at the hotel were excellent. Maria kept in contact with us the whole time listened to our ideas and helped us have the perfect wedding day. Everything was handled on the day and we we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Amazing venue which I would highly recommend -

We had an absolutely fabulous wedding at The Connaught. Maria, Jesse and the rest of the team were the ultimate professionals and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food was absolutely beautiful and all our guests commented on how well everything was organised and how lovely the surroundings were.
We would highly recommend the Connaught, not just for weddings, but for any occasion! -

Myself and my husband had our wedding here on the 21.06.2025. And from the very first time seeing the venue right up until the day after the wedding day we felt very special and welcome
The staff are so friendly and professional, nothing was ever too much trouble. They made sure our day went smoothly and exactly how we wanted it. Cannot recommend enough! We are already looking to book a little breakaway at the hotel again. -
