The European Art gallery is absolutely stunning and classy and the event team was incredibly responsive and took care of everything on the day so I could relax and enjoy my wedding.
We especially loved having the private tour in the galleries after the wedding, it was such a special moment for us. The staff were also very helpful with answering guests’ questions and guiding everyone for the confetti throw. Everything was so well organised, we’re so pleased we chose the Ashmolean.

Asia co-ordinated our wedding perfectly. She responded to all our questions promptly and made us feel relaxed that everything would go smoothly. Her kindness and calmness on the day made us feel relaxed knowing that everything was in control.

Our only suggestion would be to have the Venue slightly longer as the photographs felt rushed at the end, Maybe 15 minutes more.
I would highly recommend getting married here it truly was the most amazing venue, and Asia’s professional approach made it all run so well. -

From the moment our guests arrived, they were completely taken by the space.
What truly set the experience apart was the professionalism and care of the events team. Everything was handled with such thoughtfulness and precision, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day. The flow of the event felt seamless, and every detail was beautifully executed. -

We hosted our wedding at the Ashmolean Museum, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The venue itself is stunning and unique, providing a memorable setting that wowed our guests. The staff were always professional, supportive, and flexible – happy to accommodate our specific cultural heritage and special requests. Asia is especially great! From planning to the big day, their positive attitude made coordination stress-free. We highly recommend the Ashmolean Museum for anyone looking for a memorable and beautiful wedding venue! -

We held our wedding ceremony at the Ashmolean and were delighted with the experience. The venue itself is an amazing setting and the whole team were really helpful, patient and friendly both in the run up to and on the day of the wedding itself. We would really recommend this as a place to get married -- we had a brilliant day. -

Since the start of the wedding planning process, the events team at the Ashmolean on the day have been excellent. They have a list of recommended vendors, but they were willing to work with us to choose different vendors if we wanted it. The team were absolutely excellent communicating vendors.
Then team have obviously done loads of weddings, and we could tell by how smooth and well organised the planning, run-up, wedding itself, and final bits went.
Their staff on the day were absolutely excellent, included in the very reasonable price for such a gorgeous venue. We had a team of staff working with us on the day, to help direct guests, make sure the bride and groom were in the correct places at the correct times. And, they had even more staff to help the cake vendor, photographers, florist, ceremony music and evening PA all set up.
Given the beauty of the European art gallery, and the amazing rooftop terrace, the Ashmolean museum is an absolute steal. I really think it is the best value venue we looked at during our search.
Overall I can honestly recommend the Ashmolean as a wedding venue wholeheartedly! -

Night at the Museum
The Ashmolean Museum was the perfect venue for our wedding it was everything we wanted for our day! Asia and Kirsty were both amazing with us guiding us a long the way and recommending suppliers and ideas. We could not recommend having the Ashmolean Museum as your wedding venue more it is a beautiful place to get married and one that will stand out to your guests forever. All of our guests have told us about what a great wedding and venue it was. -
