Fantastic Wedding Venue!
What a fantastic venue, lovely staff and great value for money :)
Lesley was excellent as wedding coordinator, fitting in our wedding with only 8 months notice, just the right amount of meetings, sorting out a hand-pull keg with the local Westwood brewery (which went down a storm) and giving wonderful advice while accommodating our wishes.
On the day itself, Amy, Lesley and the whole Pryors Hayes team did an excellent job of making everything seamless - from getting the venue sorted for our wedding dressers, the outdoor ceremony & music, to drinks, to the meal, stealthily taking the cake away for cutting after we did the first cut, evening snacks and friendly faces to talk to at the bar throughout.
The venue has a wooden floor, so the dance floor can be as big as you want. Much better than carpets and those tiny temporary dance floors in our opinion. In-house DJ at an affordable rate. Compared to other nearby venues we'd visited, this was the most modern, had the best views and was somehow the cheapest!
For people who needed hotels, our guests mainly used the Royal Oak, which was grand, and all our guests managed to get Ubers back to the hotel.
The indoor BBQ food option was fantastic. Lots of choice and everybody said how full they were. Again, I've been to weddings with 'fancy' three course meals with tiny portions where you're hungry a couple of hours later, but not at Pryors Hayes. We were that full we barely even touched the evening snacks! Would definitely recommend the indoor BBQ (and also the desserts!) as it was a great and really unique touch.
We got lucky with the weather and managed to have our ceremony outside, which was absolutely gorgeous. You'll have guaranteed amazing photos out there.

We got married here on 1st August 2026, when I tell you this venue will take your breath away please believe me! As soon as I saw inside I knew this was my venue. The barn style is simply stunning. Lesley and her staff were amazing from start to finish and I will forever be grateful to them for helping me plan my perfect day! The food is top notch and service is incredible. The perfect day !
We had the most incredible day at Pryors Hayes thanks to the incredible Lesley + her team. The outdoor ceremony was the perfect, intimate location. The BBQ food option went down a storm, and no request was too small. Absolutely loved our day and so grateful we chose this venue !Pryors Hayes Golf Club's reply:

Wedding 16.08.2025
Leslie at Pryors Hayes was an absolute blessing to us throughout the whole process of planning our wedding this past August! She and the whole team was incredibly accommodating and helpful with any questions or queries we had and really helped our dream day come to life ( and within 6 months) ! We can’t thank you all enough and would really recommend them to anyone! The venue was gorgeous and our guests could not stop banging on about how amazing the food was! -

The most perfect day!!
We had our wedding at Pryors Hayes in July and we honestly had the most incredible day. Everything was just perfect. Lesley was always on hand throughout the planning process and always just an email or phone call away no matter what the time or question. The team on the day were absolutely fantastic and really did make the day run so smoothly. The food was gorgeous, and we received so many compliments from our guests! The venue itself is honestly perfect, both the indoor and outdoor space. We loved going out onto the golf course for our photos too! We just want to go back and do it all over again!! Ten out of ten
We had our wedding at Pryors Hayes on 17/05 and it was amazing! Lesley was great throughout the planning process and was on hand to answer any questions we had. She always comes with such a positive energy, which kept us excited and looking forward to the day! The venue is beautiful and on the day everything ran smoothly with Sarah and Lesley coordinating. It’s super versatile so we were able to dress it up to suit or theme. The option for the outdoor ceremony is also a must if you have warmer weather! The food was great and drinks prices were very reasonable. I wish we could do the day all over again! -

The perfect venue, the perfect day all because of Pryors! From the wedding fayres, to booking the wedding right up until the wedding day the staff & Lesley have been incredible. The venue being so open means no matter where people are, in the garden, at the bar or in the main area you can see everyone! It makes the wedding feel so much more intimate than loosing half the wedding when they want to go outside in the sun or get a drink! The wedding day, wow the venue in the sun with the surrounding greenery, beautiful. The outside aisle, the most amazing walk of my life!
I’d also like to thank Sarah, who was an absolute diamond all day! My right hand gal and she was amazing. Like having a little fairy godmother on your day making everything just flowed so smoothly, she made me smile and laugh and was honestly a highlight of the wedding. -

Gorgeous Venue & Fantastic Staff!
We got married in august and cannot recommend Pryors Hayes highly enough. We had a large guest list (150 in the day and 180 evening) and we were worried about finding a venue that could handle that many guests! Pryors have everything down to a tee, it runs like clockwork and this is down to the hard work from the staff. Leslie and Rob were fabulous in the build up and every single staff member on the day worked so hard to make sure everything was spot on.
We had turbulent weather on the morning of the wedding meaning the venue set up the ceremony inside, however, an hour before the ceremony it dried up and with no fuss they were prepared to move everything outside.
We had the bbq option, really high quality food which provided an element of choice for guests and it was organised in such a slick manner no one was waiting.
There was never once a queue at the bar (which was very reasonably priced) and our guests like a drink, so that was nothing short of a miracle!
Of all the venues we priced up in the area, Pryors was the nicest and most reasonable. We had guests travelling from all over the country and had so many comments on what a gorgeous venue it was. If you want a an aesthetically beautiful venue with a relaxed atmosphere then Pryors is the one. A well oiled machine and we can’t thank them enough for making our day perfect!! ❤️ -

The best day!!
I couldn’t recommend Pryors Hayes enough, Lesley and Rob were fantastic from start to finish, supporting us throughout the planning process and smoothing over any hiccups which arose on the day. We had the best day and that’s in no small part down to their hard work and support. Thank you!!
