  The Perfect Venue in Every Way

  We had the perfect wedding at Deer Park and I cannot fault a thing. Absolutely amazing.
  
  It goes without saying, the venue and grounds are stunning.
  
  The organisation was outstanding. Our wedding coordinator, Sophia, was there every step of the way. In the lead up to your wedding you typically get a 6 month, 3 month and 1 month check-in with her to discuss details and check things are on track. You'll cover the high level things like 'how many guests are you having', 'who are your suppliers', but you'll go through every little detail. Such as what entrance song do you want, where is parking, is there a changing room, is there a luggage storage. There are so many things to think of, but Sophia and the team will have you covered at these meetings. After each meeting we always went away feeling relaxed and reassured - which is a huge thing because with so many things to organise it can get stressful, but you would attend these check-ins and then think 'okay this is all in hand, we got this'.
  
  On the day, you can pay a small fee for the venue to setup the wedding breakfast room according to your specifications, so that you don't have to be stressing about that the morning of. This was the best decision and all we had to do was hand over the supplies (table names, favours, menu cards etc.) the day before to Sophia and then it was all in hand.
  
  The night before the wedding, we stayed in 'The Shed' and 'The Playhouse' and so in the morning Sophia came to both residences to check in on the Bride and Groom to give updates and check everything is all okay.
  
  For food, we offered a menu of 3 choices. Deer Park provide you with a list of their 'seasonal options' from which you can choose from, but they also offer the ability to customise it. For example we ended up having a roast beef option that was completely 'off menu' from their options. I also elected to alter their fruity cheesecake to be a Biscoff cheesecake, which they obliged and absolutely smashed it. And also an important note is that Sophia and the Deer Park team were incredibly accommodating for a couple of our guests who had severe allergies, offering to adapt their specific meals, as well as maintaining the kitchen to be completely nut free. I know we're biased but it was genuinely the best wedding meal we've ever had and we had compliments from so many guests.
  
  The rest of the day ran so smoothly. Sophia and the other coordinators on hand that day Ian and Mark were just spot on. There were occasions during the day where I'm sure we maybe ran over schedule with photos or other aspects, but we didn't have to worry as behind the scenes Sophia, Ian and Mark were still making it run seamlessly. The perfect hosts.
  
  Thank you so much for a perfect day, and we really can't wait to return for one of Deer Parks evening dinners that they periodically host - a perfect way to relive the memories.

  Massive thank you

  I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and everyone else at Deer Park for making our wedding day so special. We both still feel so emotional overwhelmed at how perfect the day as.
  
  The emotion, love and laughter that filled the entire day stood out and every single one of our guests have said how incredible the entire day was. Every detail and effort that was made by yourself and the Deer Park team was incredible and we are so thankful.
  We got so lucky with the weather! The food was exquisite.
  
  I honestly cannot thank you all enough for helping to make Saturday easily the best day of our lives.

  Wedding day beyond our dreams

  Simon and I had a day beyond our dreams at the Deer Park and that was largely due to the superb work of you and the whole team. Every detail that we had requested was addressed perfectly, the team were happy, helpful and efficient. We loved that you were able to accommodate our specific requests - whether that be laying out the blankets on the lawn, being able to park Dad’s trailer overnight, moving in straw bales for the day (with the mess that they created).
  
  Your own organisation and coordination was first class. All of our interactions were incredibly efficient, friendly, helpful, great suggestions..even the smallest details like responding promptly to my multiple emails!!!! Thank you for being so patient with us with the various room changes, guest number changes etc etc.
  
  Huge thanks to the restaurant staff...yummy food, beautifully served and much appreciated by all our guests.
  
  The Deer Park is so much more than a wedding venue. With the self catering house available the night before (a wonderful experience being able to get ready on site), the choice of indoor or outdoor wedding ceremonies, the beautiful orangery, the Treehouse as an extra special and romantic place for the night of the wedding, the incredible grounds, the outdoor pizza and dining area, the stunning walled garden and duck pond..we were able to capture some wonderful memories through our photos.
  
  I could go on and on...

  Special place in our hearts

  Luke and I would like to thank you so very much for everything you did in the lead up to the wedding and on the day to make it a truly amazing day and one that we will never forget.
  
  I think you really are incredible at what you do and also the whole team were amazing on the day.
  
  I had many years dreaming of my wedding day and honestly the day really was the happiest day of my life and even better than I ever imagined.

  Amazing and Wonderful day

  We just wanted to say a huge thank you for your support in helping organising our wedding. We truly had the most amazing and wonderful day and so did all our guests. Thank you to all the team, they were all perfect, very helpful and kept the day moving.
  
  We knew the venue was amazing but were so glad to find out the food was too. It was truly special and spectacular.

  A Lovely Setting

  We can't thank you enough for all your hard work, and a big thank you all the staff at the deer park that helped make our day run smoothly.
  We had the most amazing day, and the weather was kind which always helps.
  The deer park is such a lovely setting for weddings and we will definitely highly recommend you!!
