I had such a lovely experience with Sue at Bay Belle Brides. She made me feel very comfortable and adapted the trying on to suit me. I am a wheelchair user and was a bit worried about the way I would get in/access the dresses and the room and she was very accommodating. I tried dresses on that both I chose and Sue recommended for me and it was a wonderful experience. She also helped me understand a bit more about the process and the different options there are with dresses (overlay skirts, detatchable trains etc). Also, as a plus size bride, I wasn't made to feel bad for not fitting in a certain size or having to try on a bigger size than the highstreet UK sizing. 100% recommend visiting if you can.

I went back to see Sue after about 10-12 weeks and was delighted to find out that after our last appointment, she had ordered a dress similar to one I loved previously but slightly different in ways that were perfect for me! Both in the sense of my style, and practicality (being a wheelchair user). Needless to say, I fell in LOVE with the dress, made my future mother in law cry, didn't want to take it off, and chose it there and then. I went to Baybelle brides to look for a vowel renewal dress. I was so nervous I was shaking as I hadn't done the trying on when got married. Sue put me at ease, showed me loads of styles even though I thought I knew what I wanted. She was very patient and listened and I ended up choosing something so very different. The selection and prices are second to none. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional, dealt with understanding and such kindness.
