Kings Place Events has two stunning canal-side event spaces, offering the perfect setting for your wedding celebration.

Battlebridge Room is a spacious, elegant and versatile venue, ideal for hosting both your ceremony and reception in one location. Flooded with natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows, the room opens onto a large covered terrace overlooking the tranquil Regent's Canal. The space can be divided into two separate areas, allowing you to host a seated ceremony for up to 100 guests before moving seamlessly into your wedding breakfast and evening reception. Battlebridge Room accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated wedding breakfast, or 140 guests with space for a dance floor. The private canal-side terrace provides the perfect setting for a drinks reception with seasonal canapés.

Rotunda Bar & Restaurant offers a relaxed yet elegant setting for your wedding celebration. Whether you're planning an intimate reception or a lively celebration with all your family and friends, Rotunda can be tailored to suit your vision. Smaller gatherings can enjoy the private dining room, complete with exclusive access to part of the terrace, while larger weddings can enjoy exclusive hire of the entire venue. It's the perfect choice for couples looking for a stylish, contemporary wedding with exceptional food and a unique waterside setting.

One hell of a party

We had an amazing day at Kings Place and all our guests have been raving about it. Anna did a truly superb job on Saturday! Many thanks for your help over the last few months. I think we pulled off one hell of a party.

Absolutely perfect

The venue is in a stunning location right on the Regents Canal and, from start to finish, the events team at King's Place were amazing. Thanks to the organisation of the team the day went perfectly - even better than we ever imagined - and we literally had the best day of our lives! The room looked beautiful, the food was delicious, everything ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We were so happy and loved every second of it.

The team that were running things on the day were very slick and professional and we had lots of compliments from guests saying how friendly and helpful they were. And so many of the guests commented on how amazing the food was - it really is restaurant-quality.

The most fantastic, wonderful, fun Wedding Day

We had the most fantastic, wonderful, fun, happy and brilliant wedding day!

I think you're great. You made us so relaxed from the start, you have really great ideas and obviously lots of valuable experience, nothing was too much trouble and you have a really excellent way with people that meant from start to finish everything was perfect.

On the day your calm and happy demeanour put us at ease and really made it us even happier than we were anyway!

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful evening wedding in the Battlebridge Room on Aug 3rd 2013.
Rebecca the planner was superb, and stayed throughout the evening to make sure everything went perfectly. All the staff were nice, attentive, smiley and wonderful. The food was superb, the service exemplary, the space looked wonderful. We were a last minute booking and it was smooth and calm throughout. Everyone had a fabulous time. I couldn't have wished for a more perfect wedding for my daughter.

Perfect Wedding

We had our wedding reception, breakfast and evening cocktail drinks at Rotunda Bar and Restaurant and we can honestly say the day was faultless from start to finish. We were lucky enough to have it in the middle of the longest hot summer for a long time - just ideal for the beautiful setting upon the canal. Firstly the Staff: Rebecca is a superb wedding planner/coordinator – helped us through all the preparation providing useful ideas and thinking outside the box. Her attention to detail and integrity was 2nd to none throughout – and we would recommend her to any of our close friends getting married. Liz the Restaurant manager was great; tenacious and proactive throughout teamed with Seb and Cedric – they really did ensure that no issues ever reached the Bride and Groom and everything went smoothly. The food was just delicious – good portion sizes and presented in a way that would cut it on Master Chef – every table we stopped at complimented the chef! The venue was great – what looked like a classy modern restaurant before transformed into a magical and romantic wedding setting – with good disabled access and great games/amenities making the most of the outside space (fussball, Giant Jenga, etc) – ideal for restless kids! We would encourage anyone considering having a wedding in central London to check it out!

Perfect venue

We got married overseas but had our wedding party in the Battlebridge Room in May and I'm so happy we chose King's Place. We managed to organise the party in 4 months and from overseas, which would not have been possible without the help of Rebecca, who went out of her way to do everything she could to make sure it all ran so smoothly. The amazing location, fantastic food and very friendly staff all added to it being the perfect evening and I've had so many comments from people saying how much they loved the venue. Huge thank you to Rebecca and her team for making it the most stress-free wedding organisation ever!

Our wedding at Kings Place, Rotunda

King Place is an amazing venue with gorgeous views. The staff are very friendly and will try their absolute best to make sure your day goes the way you want it to go. The food was amazing and the service is fantastic and we had such a great wedding. Huge thank you to Rebecca and all staff at Rotunda restaurant. You made our wedding day even more special.

Impressed by ALL it had to Offer!

Thank you both so very much for helping to make yesterday such a perfect day! Everything went so smoothly and seamlessly that we could relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in safe hands.

We know that we set you some significant challenges but you and your staff truly rose to the occasion.

Everyone loved Kings Place and was so impressed by all that was on offer from the location, to the charming staff, delicious food and warm atmosphere. hall 2 and the Battlebridge Room worked so well for each section of the day, and it was amazing how quickly things moved around.

Wonderful wedding venue

We got married at Kings Place in September and had an amazing day – it is the perfect venue for a London wedding! We were so pleased that we were able to have the wedding ceremony and reception all in one venue, it made planning much simpler and meant we didn’t have to worry about the temperamental British weather! The staff were all wonderful on the day, they worked really hard to make sure everything ran smoothly - the ceremony and reception rooms looked beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and the service perfect. We had so many positive comments from our guests!! We had quite a few young children at the wedding and Kings Place were really accommodating, providing menu suggestions, high chairs etc. – there was also lots of space for the kids to run around and play. A really great time was had by all! Our wedding coordinator Kathryn was very supportive in the lead up to the wedding, providing ideas, responding quickly to all our queries, accommodating our requests – she genuinely took all the stress out of wedding planning! We can’t recommend Kings Place highly enough. Many thanks again to the team for making our day so special.

Perfect Venue

We had the perfect wedding day at King’s Place. So many guests (I’ve honestly lost count!) commented on how fantastic the venue was – it’s somewhere really different, elegant, bright and airy; great for photos and lovely to be by the water. Plus, there’s a gallery for the children to run around in when they’re bored with all the wedding photos! The food was exceptional – lots of choice and perfectly cooked. Apart from the venue and the food, one of the best things about King’s Place was that we had our own wedding co-ordinator who really listened to us. A couple of my friends were getting hitched around the same time and their experiences were much more regimented. Our wedding co-ordinator was completely flexible and it made a big difference to our day. We had a champagne reception in the rotunda, photos by the water, and dinner & dj in the battlebridge room overlooking the canal. The bar and waiting staff were genuinely eager to help and worked really hard to make everything perfect. Thank you Kathryn and King’s Place for making our special day so special. It really was everything we wanted and more.
