Hagley Hall is the 18th Century home of Lord & Lady Cobham. Set in 350 acres of spectacular landscaped parkland, the Hall with its ornate State rooms and rich Rococo décor offers a splendid and unique venue for your wedding day. The versatility of the Hall means you can choose to have a civil ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast for 110 or a traditional wedding champagne reception (standing) for 250 or if you have larger numbers then you can arrange for a marquee to be placed in the grounds with the Hall and parkland as a spectacular backdrop. There are 2 purpose built marquee sites with electricity and water supplied.

Inside the Hall, the Saloon, with its ornate plasterwork, offers the most beautiful and historic setting for a civil ceremony seating 90 with quintessentially English views of the village church and cricket ground. After the ceremony, enjoy champagne and canapés in the White Hall with its wonderful arched lobby and scagliola figures of the Gods such as Bacchus and Venus. With views of the Worcestershire hills beyond the landscaped lawns this couldn’t be a more perfect setting for toasting the newly wedded couple. The exquisitely decorated Long Gallery, with its oyster coloured silken wall coverings seats 110 people on round tables of 10 with a traditional long top table providing a lavishness in both style and decor. Exclusive use of this Georgian Palladian Mansion permitting civil ceremonies & receptions together with our experienced staff and bespoke wedding service will ensure that your special day is certainly one to remember.

Perfect country house wedding venue

After seeing several venues we knew that Hagley Hall was the perfect setting for our wedding. It provided the elegant backdrop we were searching for and much and much more. We were so grateful for the personal and prompt service in answering our endless list of questions right up to the day itself! The caterer and florist we used that Hagley Hall recommended were excellent. The seamless service of the staff on the day made it truly a day to remember.

Hagley Hall, a stunning venue with breathtaking vi

From the moment we entered Hagley Hall we just knew this was the place we wanted to get married. From entering into The Saloon we could envisage the moment we say I do, especially after a little tutorial on how to walk down the aisle.
With the charm and attentiveness of the staff from the offset we knew we were in safe hands. We would like to thank the amazing staff for such great service, they certainly ensured our day was stress free and most importantly enjoyable.

We would defiantly recommend Hagley Hall to anyone, you will certainly get the wow factor, from the view of the church, cricket ground and amazing acres of land, each section of Hagley Hall is absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We wish we could do it all over again.

Hagley Hall

Hagley Hall, our venue choice, was an easy one as we live very close by and it’s at the heart of where we both grew up.

Our wedding ceremony took place on 24 September 2010 at St John’s Church within the grounds of Hagley Hall. Our guests only had a short walk across the path to Hagley Hall, which is a perfect venue with beautiful surroundings for a traditional English wedding. We had a drinks reception in the White Hall room before we transferred to a marquee which was positioned on the East side of the Hall, with views overlooking the Church, cricket pitch and deer park.

The team of staff at Hagley Hall were excellent both on the day and during the planning and preparation stages leading up to the wedding. Ian Fews of Fews Marquees supplied a wonderful marquee which was chosen and positioned with the views of the surroundings within the Hagley Hall Estate in mind. Richard, Kate & Tracey liaised with all our suppliers (photographer, florist, Hipster live band, Morgan’s Catering) to ensure everything was as we had requested and we were always confident that with their expertise the day would be a great success, which of course it was.

Living so close, we have the benefit of visiting the venue on our regular walks and reflecting on great memories from our wedding day. Even more so now we have a greater appreciation of the venue and we have started to enjoy supporting the local events that are held at the Hall.We would have no hesitation in recommending Hagley Hall as a venue and would be very willing and happy to answer any questions that prospective clients may have. Absolutely Perfect!

Hagley Hall was the first & only venue that we viewed, we could not contemplate looking at anywhere else after our visit here. The grounds are stunning, the venue is beautiful & the staff are wonderful. A big thank you to Tracey who was so helpful, friendly & professional from day one. Tracey ensured we had nothing to worry about or organise on the day, she took care of everything, all staff were fantastic & we could not have hoped for any more. We used Amadeus for our catering, they were so professional & the food was fantastic. If you require a pianist, please speak with Matthew. Hagley Hall will provide you with his details, he is brilliant. Our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was & how much they enjoyed the day. Hagley Hall is the perfect venue for your wedding & we cannot recommend it highly enough. If we could do it again, Paul & I would not change a thing, absolutely perfect!

A touch of class for ypur perfect day

I viewed Hagley Hall after a long day of venue shopping, the lights were off and the sun had gone down, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the perfect place to have our wedding, I was desperate to show james and as soon as he saw it he fell in love with it just like I had done.All the staff at Hagley Hall were amazing and nothing was too much for them, they all listened to what we wanted but also shared advice on previous weddings too. The wedding day was perfect, the surroundings are breath taking and the venue itself is a touch of class, all of our wedding guests said it was a celebrety wedding and needed to be featured in OK magazine. I had been dreaming of this day for so long and it was more than I had ever dreamed of, If you want a venue that will blow your guests away and want to be treated like a king and queen for the day then this is a wedding venue for you, its elegent and a place that is full of love and will succeed your expectations by far!!! we would like to thank all at Hagley Hall for making our day so wonderful.

Wonderful venue!

From our first visit to Hagley we absolutely adored it as a venue for our wedding reception but what really made it for us was the warmth, support and obvious professionalism of the staff, even on that first appointment. No matter how beautiful the venue (and Hagley is beautiful!) without the staff and the service to back it up you’re going to feel anxious as your wedding day approaches and, as any new bride will tell you, there will be quite enough things to worry about in the run up to a wedding without adding the reliability of your venue to the list. We always felt that Hagley were both extremely professional and supportive and, in the event, Hagley and its staff totally exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Tracey here who was amazing in the run up to our wedding and on the day itself. Also, to our caterers Morgans whose food and staff were both fantastic. Many of our guests have commented on how special Hagley’s staff made them feel , not only have we have the most wonderful and memorable time but so have our family and friends!

Stunning venue!!!

We had the most amazing wedding day at this spectacular venue. Beautiful and stately perfect for formal photos and a champagne reception but also incredibly relaxed and fun for the evening entertainment. This is all backed up by awesome service and help so that you will just enjoy your day with no stress. We organised the wedding from australia and Tracey was just awesome.

Look no further for your perfect wedding venue!

From our first visit to Hagley Hall through to our wonderful wedding day, Kate and Richard ensured everything ran like clockwork. We were relaxed, calm and ridiculously happy while everyone at Hagley Hall made sure the day was just as we planned. As a Bride, I could enjoy all the preparations without a single worry.
Both our parents and ourselves were extremely impressed with what was offered and made available to us including locally sourced caterers, florist and pianist.
For such a beautiful house that is yours for the whole day, and for such incredible help and support, we couldn’t have found a more perfect venue. Kate and Richard felt part of the family as the months of preparation took place!
You could not pick a better place to hold your wedding the service you receive far exceeds any fees you pay. The staff’s customer service and attention to detail was world class and made all our family and guests feel so special. Our only wish would be to do it all over again!

Amazing

Geoff and Angie, got married on 26th August 2011, We contacted Hagley Hall approx 12 months prior to the day and despite us having to change the original day we wanted and several things that happened during the 12 months up to our wedding the people at the Hall took it all in their stride and were completely amazing in their professionalism, support and assistance. They do as much or as little as you want them to, staying quietly in the background or being there for you every step of the way, it's completely your choice. They have several caterers you can choose from for whatever food influence you choose, we cannot recommend Amadeus from the NEC group highly enough! Totally wonderful food! And Kate and Tracey at the Hall found us our pianist,Matthew, and our florist, Lorraine Voss... both highly recommended. From start to finish the day was a success and despite the most beautiful and awe inspiring surroundings the day was relaxed and easy going, exactly what we had requested. You tell them what you want and they deliver. To try and described the beauty of the Hall and the surroundings could not do it justice so go and look around and see for yourselves.

Hagley Hall helped our big day be more than we could ever have asked for.

After growing up around the West Midlands, Hagley Hall was always the location in which I thought I might get married. When discovered they were doing weddings again, I did not need to look any further. Hagley Hall is set in the most amazing grounds, perfect for our spring wedding. It also has the most beautiful interior, perfect for our English wedding. The staff complement Hagley Hall with their professional but personnel manner. All our requirements and expectations were exceeded and enabled us to enjoy every moment of our day hassle free. If I did not know better I would have even thought the staff had arranged for the Deer to run past the window which overlooked the church during our ceremony! So many details which made our day so unique.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hagley Hall

Booking the venue was one of the most important parts of planning our day, and we definitely made the right decision by choosing Hagley Hall, in fact it was the only venue we went to look at.

From the moment we came up the drive and saw the house there was nowhere else we could imagine holding our reception. The elegance and opulence of the state rooms perfectly matched the feel we wanted for our day and even helped make our photographs look wonderful when the weather took a turn for the worse, while the Lyttleton Suite suited everyone in the evening, especially the comfortable lounge which was a refuge for a host of abandoned stilettoes.

Not only was the Hall the perfect venue with absolutely stunning grounds, the help and support that we received from the Hagley Hall team was second to none. Tracey helped us through the whole process, from the very first visit, to saying goodnight at the end of the evening. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and it helped make the planning exciting rather than stressful.

The months of planning paid off as the day itself was completely stress-free. Tracey made sure the day flowed perfectly, helping with any unexpected problems and coordinating everything to precision, especially when the rain outside made us amend our plans slightly. All the staff were so friendly and professional making sure everyone had drinks during the reception and that our guests knew where to go throughout the day.

The wonderful feedback that we have received from all of our guests is a testament to the time and effort that was put in to helping organise our dream wedding day, and the Team’s expertise certainly shines through. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hagley Hall to everyone.

Perfect venue complimented by perfect staff

We got married at Hagley Hall this summer. We had the most perfect wedding day - we couldn't have asked for more. The house is stunning and is a wonderful setting for a wedding. Everything ran like clock-work. Kate and Tracey were superb and they helped make it a perfect day. Our day was catered by Morgans Caterers. All the guests commented on how good the food was. We don't have enough words to say how wonderful Hagley Hall and the team are. We wish we could do it all over again!

The pefect day

We had the perfect wedding at Hagley Hall. The setting was amazing and ALL of our guests have commented on what a fabulous, romantic venue it was. The help and service we received was more than you could ask for and I would thoroughly recommend anyone who wants the perfect, beautiful, enjoyable, romantic wedding to go to Hagley Hall.....you really couldn''t ask for better service.

A perfect day, we only wish we could do it again

From the moment we drove up to Hagley Hall we instantly knew that this was where we would love to get married. It's a stunning place and Tracey made us feel so welcome. We booked straight away!

In the months leading up to the wedding Tracey was always on hand to provide any help we may have needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

The day itself was everything we hoped for and more. It was amazing to spend the most important day of our lives and say "I do" in such beautiful surroundings. The saloon is a gorgeous room with views of the church and cricket ground, such a romantic setting! The service we received was second to none.

A perfect day, we only wish we could do it all again!

Hagley Hall provides an amazing setting, period features and great flexiblity for any type of wedding that you would like just ceremony and/or reception/marquee. They catered happily to all of our needs. The staff were excellent both before the wedding & on the day. I would recommend Hagley Hall to anyone
