Signed By Charlotte offers a vast range of different materials, including acrylic, wood, and chalkboards. Charlotte enjoys working on creative ideas and is always happy to design bespoke arrangements with your love story in mind. Similarly, all her items are customisable and can be tailored to match your theme. She creates stunning signage, including welcome signs, order of the day, table plans, table names and numbers, ceremony signs, guestbook signs, bar signs, and more. For stationery, she offers place cards, menus, orders of service, orders of the day, guestbooks, vow books, calligraphy thank-you cards, and gift bags.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limited selection of invitation styles or can they be customised?
Tailored designs
Lead time:
Leadtimes vary but as an example, all of my on-the-day signage will be sent to you 4 weeks ahead of your wedding (once all of your timings and details are confirmed with your planner!)
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
I do not have a minimum order quantity for on-the-day signage. For other stationery items, please get in touch to discuss the minimum order quantity
What are your delivery times?
Leadtimes vary but as an example, all of my on-the-day signage will be sent to you 4 weeks ahead of your wedding (once all of your timings and details are confirmed with your planner!)
Do you do national mailing?
Yes
What is the charge for national mailing?
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items you are ordering as it is based on total weight. All items are sent fully-tracked by courier

Other (I am a calligrapher so I can personalise any items you require - if you have an idea then please get in touch with me to discuss your bespoke order!)
Operating hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
However I am contactable outside of these hours and will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible
What are the forms of payment?
For on-the-day signage, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. The final 50% is due 2 months before your wedding. The signs will be sent to you 4 weeks before your wedding

Couldn't Recommend Charlotte Enough!
I would recommend Signed By Charlotte to anyone!
Her work is absolutely beautiful and Charlotte is beyond helpful. She went out of her way to make sure the colours and artwork was exactly what we wanted and was so so lovely throughout the process.
I'd also recommend getting the menus! They looks amazing and everyone loved them :)

I can’t thank Charlotte enough
I am so grateful for her time, effort & patience whilst doing our wedding signage. All of the items exceeded my dreams and were beautiful in every way. Charlotte is so talented and made the whole experience stress free and a joy. She was always very kind and friendly during interactions and helped me bring my ideas to life. I love everything she created and will cherish them forever especially the pearl cake topper. Would highly recommend to both family & friends, I couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough having her make our signage was one of the best decisions during the planning process.

Fantastic Wedding Signage
Charlotte made lots of types on signs for my wedding. All were of the highest quality and beautifully handwritten. The level of professionalism and service provided was amazing and exactly what you need when stressfully planning a wedding.
Charlotte worked speedily through the designs, provided drafts for approvals and was so helpful

Flower Box Sign
We used Charlottes flower box sign for our wedding this month.
Charlotte was great with communication, very friendly and helpful.

Charlotte is exceptional!
I’m a fussy person. I have high standards and I know what I want. Charlotte not only listened and took the time to create my vision, she surpassed all my expectations. She guided me and gave advice. She helped me understand where I could cut costs and advised me about what was needed and what was extra. If you want beautiful bespoke signs for your wedding then look no further. Charlotte is exceptional.

The final touches that makes everything come together.
Charlotte really is the best of the best and I could not recommend her more. Charlotte has made many signs for me for both my wedding and my baby shower and they have been perfect every time.

Wedding signs
Charlotte made my beautiful macrame wall piece, personalised slate signs for my wedding and a holder for our cards. They were all made at such high standard, she kept me informed throughout and ensured I was happy on delivery. I will definitely use Charlotte in the future for sure!
