Frequently Asked Questions:
When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?
People tend to send invitations 3-6 months before their big day. It depends on a few factors such as when you need final numbers for suppliers, when your venue needs menu/dietary info and how excited you are to pop them in the post! For peace of mind, I'd suggest contacting a wedding stationer 6-12 months before you wish to send.
Is there a required minimum order?
No. Pricing will be made clear within any quotes
How much is postage and packaging for orders?
It very much depends on the order. For example, 50 x A7 dates cost much less to post than an A1 acrylic sign.
What are the forms of payment?
I accept bank transfer and PayPal
What is the charge for national mailing?
Postal charges depend on how heavy your order is. I will discuss with you on an individual basis, it will not come as a surprise bill!
Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?
I am happy to arrange printing or allow each couple to use their own preferred printer.
Is there a limited selection of invitation styles or can they be customised?
You can edit a range of existing designs or go fully bespoke. In the latter case, you can have literally whatever you would like - use your imagination!
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
Pricing will be made clear within any quotes
What are your delivery times?
Deliveries will be planned well in advance of your big day and timescales will be agreed before design begins. Rushed orders are possible depending on what else is in the diary.
Do you do national mailing?
Yes, and international for some products.
What other services do you provide?
Anything you like! I am a fully trained graphic designer. From pin badges to double decker buses, there's not much I can't help with!
What kind of printing do you offer?
