From dressing your tables to placing those all-important finishing touches, we’ll take care of the setup so you and your wedding party can enjoy getting ready without the stress.

What’s included:

• An initial styling consultation to understand your vision, theme and decoration plans.
• A review of your supplied decorations and how you’d like everything arranged.
• A personalised decoration checklist and setup plan.
• A venue walkthrough or layout review, where practical.
• Liaison with your venue regarding access and setup arrangements.
• Up to five hours of wedding-day styling and decoration setup.
• Arrangement of supplied table decorations, centrepieces, place settings, signage and favours.
• Styling of agreed ceremony and reception areas.
• Setup of special touches, including welcome displays, memory tables, guest books and other personal details.
• Final styling checks to ensure everything is beautifully arranged before your guests arrive.

This package focuses on styling and setup, but you can always add extra services, from full-day styling and decoration management to wedding-day coordination and even Master of Ceremonies support. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll create a package that works for you!

Prices are indicative and based on an agreed five-hour setup service using decorations supplied by the couple. Additional hours, staffing, extensive installations, travel and decoration removal may incur additional costs, which will always be discussed in advance.
