Where do we even start when trying to put into words our gratitude for one person (two, if we include her mum as her assistant) who almost single-handedly delivered the most beautiful day of our lives?
It’s fair to say that Victoria probably didn’t expect us to be the easiest of clients. Not because of impossible expectations, but because she often had to wait days for a reply — on a good day! — along with a few other challenges best left unmentioned. Yet throughout it all, she remained patient, kind, and unwavering in her dedication to creating the stunning vision she had for our wedding in North Yorkshire.
Every preference, every thought, and every idea we had was considered and supported by Victoria. With her care and second-to-none expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of her wonderful ideas come together into a day that exceeded anything we could have imagined.
Victoria, words cannot express how thankful we are for you. My wife and I will forever remember the joy, beauty, and love you brought to our celebration. We are truly in your debt. So once again, thank you, Victoria — and thank you also to your lovely mum. You were both amazing.
And finally, to anyone reading this: if you are fortunate enough to have Victoria as an option for your wedding planner, I promise you will be blown away by the care she puts into her work and the incredible results she delivers.

Bob Sent on 06/08/2026If you are looking to take a lot of the stress out of wedding prep, you should hire Tor
We hired Tor to be our wedding coordinator a year ago, with her taking over the coordination about six weeks before the wedding. Even before this, she was there willing to help us when asked, such as when our original photographer dropped out 3 months before the wedding. Within hours she had sent us over a list of available alternatives, taking into account our preferred style and budget!
With six weeks to go, she took over the contacting and logistical arrangements with all our suppliers, allowing us to focus on adding the last little details to our wedding, something that went a long way with our guests on the day. She also put together a comprehensive timeline of the day and shared this with all relevant parties, providing a clear single source of truth, which allowed us to actually stay on schedule during the day!
The day before our wedding, there was an issue with one of the suppliers which Tor just completely handled with minimal input required from us. This level of service took all the stress out of this part of the wedding preparation, something we cannot value enough!
On the day, she showed up early helping to set up our decoration. From our perspective, the day ran so smoothly because of Tor's diligence. There was no task too big or too small, from ensuring everything was ready on time, helping pour out reception drinks, videoing our first dance, or fluffing the bride's dress!
We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks Tor for helping us have the most perfect day.

So easy to work with!
As a fellow wedding supplier, working with Victoria was so easy from start to finish. The communication was so fast and organised from leading up to the wedding to on the day. The entire day was flawlessly planned and she made sure everything ran so smoothly. Truly a fairytale day! -

From the moment we met Tor, we knew she would deliver a brilliantly organised , low stress wedding , which reflected our vision. But she did more than that. She recommended fantastic suppliers , who vastly exceeded our expectations. She made suggestions for the day that we wouldn't have thought of. She has tremendous attention to detail.
Tor suggested several venues following our initial conversation. The first one we looked at - Goldsborough Hall- was absolutely perfect .
Approaching the day, she reassured and calmed nerves . She worked brilliantly with the wedding event coordinators at Goldsborough . Any minor issues that arose were dealt with seamlessly .
Her spreadsheets and time line for the day were efficiently presented , so the day itself was stress free.
We had a perfect wedding day - there is absolutely nothing that we would have done differently . We are so very grateful, and cannot recommend her highly enough . Thanks Tor ! Jill and Phil X -

If I could give Victoria more than 10/10 I would - she planned the perfect day!
Victoria is professional, knowledgeable and unflappable and her attention to detail is amazing. We had the most magical wedding day for our daughter courtesy of Victoria. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as it was based at our house - what a day!.
She is personable and works tirelessly to achieve the brief. She works alongside some incredible suppliers which ensures you get what you want and responds immediately to any texts or emails!
Victoria takes all the stress out of planning a wedding and ensures on the day you can concentrate on enjoying the day and everything just falls into place.
I highly recommend Victoria and I cannot praise her enough -
