Riva Events were fantastic for us on the biggest day of my life! I would strongly recommend their services and they are fully deserving of the 5 stars.
We had 3 coordinators on the day - Vanessa, Rishi and Krystyna.
They were seamless in their coordination and communication with each other and were able to cover all bases between the 3 of them.
For any issues that popped up on the day they used their good judgement and decided whether to not worry us and deal with it themselves or to inform us to see what we wanted to do. They also were always able to provide input and suggestions which was extremely helpful when my mind was so occupied on the day!
All 3 of them were very friendly and easy to get along with, whilst also being very calm and capable which is reassuring on a busy day. I would definitely recommend them as it was invaluable that they took initiative and made suggestions ahead of time, before things happened or any potential issues could arise. The team also tried to stick to our proposed schedule as much as possible and were able to influence proceedings and ensure we stayed on track whilst we were occupied with other things.
They handled all of our vendors and were able to get them to set everything up efficiently in the background. All of our other vendors also gave positive feedback and said that they were well looked after by the Riva Events team.
I myself was usually elsewhere whilst the interactions with vendors was taking place but things seemed to magically just appear throughout the day!
I think this is a testament to Riva Events' good work - they get things done very quickly and without any fuss, sometimes their good work goes unnoticed!
They paid attention to even the smallest of details which shows they care and that they have your best intentions at heart, the teams support was so crucial and everything was planned very thoroughly beforehand and executed perfectly on the day.Riva Events's reply:

Thank you so much to Vanessa and her wonderful team! We decided to host our wedding in a family friends back garden so we were really creating the event from the ground up. Prior to the event Vanessa did a site visit to familiarise herself with the space and take notes and also provide some thoughts for the day which was extremely helpful. She was amazing with communication, her response time was very fast even throughout peak wedding season and she was always extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! On the day itself she ran it to perfection, everyone knew where they needed to be, we were kept to timings and everyone just had the best time. She thought of all the smaller details such as handing myself and husband a glass of bubbly just after the ceremony, creating a cake table for a cake cutting on the dance floor where it was more central to the original location and moving various decor around so it was all used throughout instead of just for the ceremony for example.
From start to finish we were looked after! Thank you so much!
If you are thinking of booking Riva Events do it, no doubt they will elevate your event and think of all the little touches you may not necessarily think about. The wedding day can be quite overwhelming and Vanessa made sure we felt completely at ease throughout.

Vanessa was so helpful throughout the planning stage, even though we only hired her for coordinating on the day! She's clearly experienced, can recommend suppliers for anything and thinks of every detail. We also used Riva events for the bar service which was brilliant. Working with Riva Events was such a great experience. Everything felt really well organised, the team worked seamlessly together, and the whole day came together so beautifully, you could tell how much thought and preparation had gone into it.
Vanessa in particular is an absolute ray of sunshine. She’s always positive, genuinely cares about both her couples and the vendors she works with, and is just a joy to be around on the day. She has a way of putting everyone at ease, which makes such a difference in what can be a pretty high-pressure environment.
From start to finish, they made sure everything ran smoothly, and their experience really showed in how easily they handled and adapted to different situations throughout the day. We couldn’t have chosen a better team than Riva Events! From our very first call with Vanessa, we could tell how passionate, proactive, and organized she is. Throughout the planning and on the wedding day itself, everything felt easy, smooth, and truly seamless. It was the first time we organized a party where we could actually relax and enjoy it, knowing everything was under control.
Vanessa never came to us with problems, only with solutions, and she and Rishi made sure every detail was perfect. Her kindness and care were incredible ,she even brought us drinks and food while we were busy taking photos.
