Nick & Alex were the best team, when we first talked it was obvious Nick would be able to cope with our energy. We busy jobs and although we are competent in project management roles, we really wanted a planner that would really take the stress out of the whole process ~ JAW smashed the brief!!!
We had a WhatsApp group for all communications and they always responded quickly (even if we said it could wait) and were always ready and willing to help us out.
They helped us round up all of the vendors we needed, it was never a pressure or hard sell to pick a JAW partner, we had visions for certain aspects and Nick & Alex found exactly what we needed. They gently nudged us when we needed to make decisions and guided us in the entire timeline and process.
On the wedding day, they were just great, always smiling, they got stuck in with making sure the details were just right, helping the venue out with final touches, doing a walk through with the groom party to check it was all just so. Nick even made sure my Dad who is a wheelchair user had a cup of coffee whilst he waited for everybody to arrive and assemble. We felt completely at ease and they totally made us feel calm and confident that everything was in hand - we had lots of down time together and ran on time the entire day!!
Beforehand, we said 'just put a glass of champagne in our hands and tell us where we need to be' ... they did exactly that! there was food and drink in front of us at all times and every single wish on our list was ticked off.
Nick was our MC and he kept the vibe lively, he matched our guests energy at all times, not an easy task - there were lots of them and we all had energy :-D He also said grace (just the way Nan would want) for us before we ate which was a lovely touching moment and bought lots of tears from my family.
There is nobody else we would have wanted to be our planners, they made every single second a pleasure and the whole experience was enjoyable. We truly had the most perfect day. These two have a special place in our hearts and we can not recommend them highly enough. -

Working with the Just About Weddings team was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and guided us through countless logistical details that never would have crossed our minds. We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Nick and Alex from Just About Weddings on several destination weddings in Italy, and we can highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure to work with nick and Alex for a wedding my property in tuscsny. Throughout the process I can confirm he handled all the communication between us and the couple getting married professionally. He was more than available to the extend he flew over to tuscsny more than once to confirm all went according to plan. During the course of discussion , after agreement , during wedding nick behaved as this was his own wedding. He had a the interest of the couple above. And dealing with many wedding planner this is the first time I wrote a review because I just had to appreciate the hard work when I see one.Just About Weddings's reply:

Nick and Alex were the wedding planners for my sisters wedding in Ios, Greece. They were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and I could not recommend them more. They made my sisters and brother in laws dream wedding a reality and it was incredible! Multiple people made comments over the week of how attentive and helpful they were with absolutely anything that we could need! I will definitely be using these guys for my future wedding!Just About Weddings's reply:

From the get go Just About Weddings were in regular and easy communication with us. They asked us what sort of help we wanted from wedding planners, and then tailored their service to provide exactly that. For us this was breaking the planning down into discrete manageable tasks, providing advice to narrow down the field for each service we needed provided given our budget, then giving us reminders when things were due. They proceeded to do exactly this! What's more, they then provided wonderful on the day MC services ensuring everything actually went smoothly on our wedding day. We couldn't be happier. -

They presented us with a range of options to help bring our ideas to life and were always available to answer questions or jump on a call, no matter how busy wedding season became. As Just About Weddings offers everything from catering and floristry to beauty and entertainment, they could easily introduce us to their brilliant wider team, while never placing any pressure on us to use them, or particular suppliers. Whatever your vision or budget, they will work tirelessly to find the right solution for you.
We also hired Nick and Alex as our on-the-day coordinators, which was absolutely invaluable. They ensured everything ran smoothly, handled every last-minute hiccup with complete calm and professionalism, and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. So many of our guests commented on how kind, gracious and capable they were.
Nick and Alex played an enormous part in giving us the wedding of our dreams. We could not recommend them more highly, they truly can make even your wildest wedding ideas a reality. -
