We booked Donna as a partial planner and on-the-day coordinator for our initimate Hindu wedding, but truthfully we never once felt like she wasn't at the end of the phone to pitch in on any part of the planning process, whether it was connecting us with trusted suppliers, being a sounding board, keeping all our nerves and neuroses in check, and lending her creative genius to our wedding plans!
Many couples have a clear vision of what they want for their wedding day - but don't underestimate the knowledge and experience of someone who has done and seen it all a thousand times before! Donna artfully navigated the tightrope between our vision, budget and practical considerations to help bring our dream wedding to life.
The Winning Events team on the day were true professionals--we can't thank them enough for their impeccable attention to detail and taking good care of our suppliers and guests! -

We needed an on the day wedding coordinator and came accross Donna Winning Events on Hitched.
Donna was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had a video call the same day to talk through what I needed. I had placed all my suppliers but wanted someone to take over the final bits and run the day for us in the same way I would if I wasnt the bride! Donna surpassed all expectations. She knows her job very well and she is very passionate about what she does :)
All comms are via a whatsapp group. I will highlight that you will need to be patient with DWE regarding responses as they do run a lot of events but they always come back (especialy if urgent) or send a placeholder comms. The week before the wedding the comms were excellent. I braindumped so many things last minute and Donna did all of it perfectly, supported by another member of her team on the day (Olivia)!
I had a clear vision and DWE executed it better than I expected. Donna looked after me all day too in a genuine caring way!

My husband and I brought Donna and her team in ‘last minute’ to fine tune the last major details of our wedding as it had become very stressful pulling it all together and we were running out of time.
Donna was amazing and took charge of all the tricky negotiations to bring our vision to life in spite of very tight protocols at our venue limiting what we wanted to do-she managed to slide around every obstacle, come up with great ideas for a love-filled and fun wedding theme and was super -efficient in communicating everything with us and her fees were very reasonable for all her hard work
She was delightful to work with, did exactly as she promised to deliver i.e. a wonderfully organised wedding and fully embraced the day with us with her sunny and enthusiastic nature- what a joy!
We won’t be surprised if Donna and her team become ‘Big’ in the wedding planning world, so book her up before her diary’s full! -

Donna was amazing. She put us at easy immediately and was literally holding our hands through out the whole process, finding solutions for any obstacle which was heading our way. Besides that she is just a lovely , smily with a good humor which helped enormously. Thank you Donna for all you have done for Simon and I .

Hiring Donna for our wedding was undoubtedly the best decision we could have made. We asked her to be our ‘on the day’ wedding co-ordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly, of which it truly did (and more)!
As creatives, we had a lot of DIY and personal items we had crafted for our wedding, along with some very specific playlists and carefully planned timings, all of which we would never have been possible on the day without Donnas incredible organisational skills and creative eye.
From the very beginning, Donna took charge of all the intricate details involving suppliers and the venue, freeing us from any worries or need to chase after anything. She kept us and the suppliers updated regularly with a fantastically organised event sheet, which provided a clear plan of action for the day and continuously put our minds at ease. In addition, Donna shared invaluable tips and advice that enhanced the magic of our wedding, offering insights and ideas we would have never considered on our own.
On the actual wedding day, Donna truly was a superhero. Despite a few hiccups with the venue the day before, Donna quickly intervened and flawlessly restored everything to perfection. If any mishaps occurred during the day (as they often do at weddings), we were blissfully unaware because Donna had everything under control, ensuring that everything was executed perfectly. Not only did she attend to our needs as the bride and groom, but she also looked after our friends and family, ensuring they were in the right places at the right times and putting everyone at ease.
Everything seamlessly fell into place, happening precisely on time without us even noticing. Donna's friendly and attentive nature made her feel like a good friend and guest at our wedding rather than just a coordinator. She blended in seamlessly with the wedding party, and everyone loved her presence.
Hiring Donna as our wedding coordinator exceeded our expectations in every way. Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality made our day truly unforgettable. We are forever grateful to Donna for her exceptional service, and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking a flawless and dreamy wedding experience. -
