My husband and I will be eternally grateful that we found Dale and had his support in planning our wedding on New Years Eve. Not only is Dale an exceptional wedding planner, he is a truly wonderful person who exudes warmth, care and positivity - all of which were invaluable in our wedding planning experience. We had a specific view of how we wanted our wedding day to look and feel and the end result exceeded even our highest expectations thanks to Dale.
As soon as we met Dale for our initial consultation, we knew he was the perfect wedding planner for us. He grasped our vision immediately and brought every aspect of it to life absolutely perfectly. His attention to detail is absolutely incredible, ensuring that every intricate detail of our special day was planned and executed flawlessly. He came to us with curated lists of suppliers for us to select from based on the vision we had given him, and each and every one of the suppliers was exceptional (band, photographer, string quartet, florist, evening food truck, staging, dance floor, lights - the list goes on!)
Dale was our biggest ally and cheerleader in our wedding planning journey. Whenever we encountered hurdles or obstacles, he tackled these with grace and ensured that we were fully comfortable and happy at all times through the process. His presence throughout the entire process, plus on the day itself, was a huge source of comfort and support for us. Dale's responsiveness and communication throughout our 9 month planning process was commendable - alongside our scheduled touchpoint calls, he was only ever a WhatsApp message away and would always make himself available to speak or answer any questions we had at any stage.
Our wedding day was almost 2 weeks ago now and we are still completely in awe of the entirety of the day. It was beyond perfect. We are also already missing the planning and build up - a process which could have been hugely stressful and, thanks to Dale, was instead a lot of fun.
I don't think we will ever be able to fully express our gratitude to Dale and his team for the work they put in and the support they offered us throughout the planning process and on our wedding day itself. We have made memories with our family and friends that will last a lifetime and the backdrop to these memories is the vision that Dale and his team created.
Alongside being our wedding planner, we truly feel that Dale will be a friend for life (and we are already thinking of the next event we can ask him to plan!).

Where to begin with Dale and his team (Emily and Rachael)...they were the best investment we made for our wedding.
We chose DAE's Day Management Service, as are couple who had the majority of the suppliers/ideas sorted, but knew we wanted to hand over the reins on the day to someone who could execute our vision, and DAE did that to a T!
We met with Dale before we decided to hire him over 12 months before our big day, and we instantly got on the same wave-length. He assured us he could deliver on our asks and even gave us some ideas we never thought of (including the best wedding invite site, which worked perfectly). After meeting with Dale we were even more excited for our big day (which we didn't know was possible, that's just how magical Dale is!).
Considering we chose the On-the-Day Management, we didn't feel any less than if we were one of Dale's Full Service clients, as we had constant contact on the run-up to the day, and he even provided some perfect wording for our invites.
We then got the pleasure to meet with Emily at our venue who had all the questions we didn't even think of, to ask the venue. If it wasn't for Emily we wouldn't have our vision of having the band we hired play inside, before the ceremony, to then move outside for the post-ceremony drinks - not an easy task when you need to move all the equipment, quietly, during a 30 minute ceremony! She even persuaded the band to play a little longer than originally booked. Thank you - a true supplier whisperer!
Then came the day itself. Because DAE shared a planning sheet with us, we were able to agree on the running order of the day, the 'who's who' and 'who should be where and when', the day went without any hurdles. Writing the plan down is one thing, but effortlessly delivering it, in such a calming way, was another. Dale was always on hand to make sure we were fed and watered (which you can easily miss as you're always in demand to get round the guests and take photos). He also rushed back to the bridal suite to grab my flats, in time for the first dance.
Dale and Rachael were the perfect team to have on the day, their communication between themselves was so smooth that we never doubted their decisions.
In all honesty, it didn't feel like we hired DAE, it felt like we invited friends that just so happen to be the the best wedding planners; they were so easy and relaxing to talk to and spend time with.
Their efforts did not go a miss, as captured by my Grandma who wrote to me the next day "Thank you to your wedding Planner, Dale. He made the day extra special being a joy to deal with, easy to talk to and even offering to carry my shoes for me while I tackled the stairs. Would recommend him for anyone planning a wedding." It just shows what great people DAE are, when those who only met them on the day recognise their brilliance.
We can't thank Dale and his team enough, we still talk about our wedding and how Dale elevated it, beyond our expectations.

From the initial consultation to the final moments of our wedding, Dale went above and beyond to ensure every aspect was executed flawlessly. His creativity and ability to turn our vision into reality left us in awe. He navigated through challenges with grace, always keeping us calm and reassured. There is never a moment Dale is too busy to get back to you, he makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world.

His work is pure class, in every detail he creates, it's got to be perfect, but you would never have to bear the brunt of all his hard work because he takes it all onto himself and presents you with your own tasks and choices with such simplicity! It almost felt unreal how little we actually had to do!
As the big day approached, Dale became not just our planner, but a trusted friend. His support, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm were invaluable during what can be a stressful time. His presence was a source of comfort, and his infectious smile added a joyful atmosphere.
Now, having celebrated our wedding, we are grateful not only for the flawless event but also for the cherished friendship that emerged. Dale is not just a talented professional, but a kind and wonderful human being. We feel blessed to have had him by our side, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a wedding planner who truly cares.

Just the most wonderful gentleman that’s beyond capable of anything you desire for your special day.
From start to finish Dale filled us with confidence and we felt in very safe hands that all of our wishes and dreams would be fulfilled and my gosh they were ! Our magical day was everything we had ever wanted and Dale dealt with everything with such ease and professionalism

Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we owe so much of that to our incredible wedding coordinator, Dale Alexander Events. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our comfort and safety made the entire process not only stress-free but enjoyable as well.
Dale and his team truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Their wealth of experience shone through in their ability to anticipate and seamlessly address any issues that arose, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special day. From coordinating vendors to managing timelines, staging, seating and crockery, Dale handled it all with grace and precision.
We were particularly impressed with Dale's skilful coordination of our large and complex group photos. I first contacted Dale because I was unhappy with the suppliers that were part of the package I bought from the venue. I wanted Dale to bring to life an idea I had on my mind, which I just couldn’t explain to the florists and other suppliers. Dale created the sketches for the wedding and worked closely with the florists etc. until I was 100% happy. I have to say that on the day, it looked even more amazing than I’d imagined. We feel so grateful that we found Dale Alexander Events when we did! I was living in America and my now husband and I were trying to plan my move get my Visa and plan a wedding all to happen with in a few months of each other! Stressful!! But we found Dale Alexander Events and quickly knew our wedding was in good hands. My husband and I cannot thank Dale enough for everything he did for our perfect wedding. He is by far the best wedding planner around. We had continuous heart ache during covid having to rearrange our wedding three times. Dale could not have done more for us to make it work, every detail was perfect, he made our dreams come true despite everything and we could not have done it without him.
When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. That's because I had full trust in Dale to execute all the details. Not only did he execute... he went above and beyond our expectations! He has impeccable taste and an eye for detail, his vision and creativity is just incredible, he enabled us to have things at our wedding I never thought would be possible. Nothing was ever too big.
I would 100% recommend Dale, from the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything Dale and team!
