We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Maggie and Tom from Occasier!

When we booked them, we knew they would help with the wedding, but we didn’t realise just how much we would actually rely on them. They were basically a mixture of PA, wedding coordinator, organiser, reminder service and problem solver, everything we didn’t realise we needed! 😂
Maggie is unbelievably organised and always straight to the point. The spreadsheets, emails, reminders, timings and check-ins meant we always knew what was happening and what needed doing. She was always one step ahead and picked up on things we hadn’t even thought about.
On the wedding day itself, she kept everything running in the background so smoothly that me and Danny could actually relax and enjoy it. Quite a few of our guests commented on how calm we both were, and honestly, that was largely because we knew Maggie had everything under control.
They also went the extra mile afterwards and made sure we had everything we needed in our honeymoon pod, plus left us some really lovely local goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Maggie and Tom have been so helpful, kind and easy to work with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they just have such a good vibe.
If you’re thinking you don’t need a wedding coordinator or someone to help with all the organising, I’d definitely reconsider 😂 We didn’t realise how useful they would be until we had them, and we honestly would have been lost without them.
We’d 100% recommend Occasier to anyone planning a wedding. They took a lot of the stress away and let us actually enjoy the whole thing.
