Without them, our day simply would not have been as special as it was. The attention to detail was absolutely exceptional, nothing was overlooked, and every element came together flawlessly. Their support throughout the entire process was incredible, always calm, reassuring, flexible, and solution-focused, no matter what came up.
What really sets them apart is their ability to listen, adapt, and genuinely care. The flexibility they showed and the way they handled every request (and last-minute change!) made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The team they work with is equally outstanding – amazing partners and suppliers, all clearly selected with quality, professionalism, and service excellence in mind. Every person involved reflected the same high standards.

Zeleka and her team were absolutely incredible and played such an important role in making our wedding day seamless. We booked The Wedding Day Coordinators to oversee the day, as we had arranged our own contractors and suppliers, and the team was outstanding at managing and communicating with everyone involved.
One of the highlights for us was how smoothly they organised the post-ceremony photos, which meant we could enjoy more precious time with our guests instead of worrying about logistics. From a month before the wedding, Zeleka and her team took charge with such professionalism, really listening to our wishes and ensuring every detail was aligned with what we wanted.
On the big day, they arrived early and handled everything behind the scenes, so neither our guests nor our wedding party had to lift a finger. We couldn’t be more grateful for their support, efficiency, and genuine care—it truly allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day. -

TWC are literally the absolute best!
After parting ways with our planner one month before our wedding, we thought it would be impossible to find someone who could handle our 2-day celebration. Where do we begin?! Where we thought our wedding was going to end up, and where it ended up were two completely different places. Thanks to TWC, it far exceeded everything we could have imagined. We still had a lot of suppliers and details to be confirmed including our table layout, florals, staging, drapes, and yet they were still able to bring us to the finish line.
Whilst the majority of the team dealt with handovers, supplier confirmation & logistics, Zeleka was on call nonstop to guide us through tricky decisions using her extensive knowledge & expertise, she advised us & she fought our corner when something was off or didn’t feel right.
TWC gave us complete peace of mind. They triple checked everything to ensure there were no surprises on the day (they found a couple) and they provided solutions which helped us get rid of last minute disasters. We felt we not only had a coordinator but also a friend who cared about our wedding day as much as we did.
TWC moved schedules around and made arrangements to ensure their coverage was effective and they even saved us some money by lending us their own furniture for our ceremony.
On the day, Zeleka and Maria managed the entire wedding effortlessly. They were coordinating our arrivals while simultaneously looking after our guests and families. They made adjustments on the fly when the inevitable timing problems arose due to late guests. We received so much positive feedback from our guests who said TWC were personable, kind, professional and fun! They didn’t make the wedding feel stiff, but instead added to the vibe!
Not many people would so graciously & seamlessly take on a task of this magnitude with zero fuss or hesitation.

We are unbelievably grateful for Zeleka and her expert team, who helped to make our wedding an absolutely incredible experience for not only our guests, but us as well. (July 2025)
We’d planned a large (250+), hybrid English-Indian wedding with complex cultural elements, with quite a specific vision for how we wanted the day to unfold in terms of both look and feel. With the ‘Maintain Control’ package, we brought in The Wedding Coordinators in the last month before the wedding to help us finesse and execute our plans.
Before booking TWC, we’d already worked so hard on the vision for our day, but were finding it hard to see how it would all piece together and flow (e.g. vendor setup, timings, guest guidance etc) without having to direct the operation ourselves. We had dry-hired our venue, so we’d otherwise be responsible for pretty much everything, and were starting to feel fearful that we wouldn’t be able to actually be in the moment, sit back and enjoy it. But booking in TWC meant we could relax and be ‘guests on honour’ - and our families too.
From the first phone call, Zeleka put so much time and care into understanding all the elements we’d booked in and piecing it all together in a way that would feel seamless and enjoyable for everyone involved - from guests, to our families, and even vendors. Their experience shows.
On top of the logistics, Zeleka and the team have a great innate sense of style and attention to detail. Things like neat presentation, symmetry, visual balance, colour, spacing… Zeleka and the team just get it. These are all things that we really cared about being right, and with our blessing the team made suggestions and adjustments (both before and on the day) to make sure everything looked and felt the best it could. My partner and I both had fun, relaxed wedding mornings thanks to this. We had a unique circular seating set up for our ceremony (see photos) - not easy to pull off with so many seats - and you can see at a glance just how perfectly spaced everything is. It was absolutely beautiful and we have the TWC team to thank for this.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is - we have no regrets whatsoever about booking The Wedding Coordinators. They were a joy to work with and brought calm to chaos. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone planning a complex or important event! -

From my very first call with Zeleka in 2023, I knew I wanted to work with her and The Wedding Coordinators, and booking them was one of the best decisions we made for our June 2025 wedding.
Their takeover a month before the big day was flawless. They contacted all our suppliers, issued a detailed personalised timeline, and kept everything incredibly organised, allowing me to enjoy my final month as a bride stress-free.
On the day, Zeleka, Maria, and the team went above and beyond. They stepped in and did everything our paid stylist failed to do, styling every tablescape with no guidance, steaming linens, fixing unfinished aisle meadows, and even pinning buttonholes that hadn’t been properly prepared. They had no brief and were thrown in the deep end, yet still pulled everything together beautifully and professionally.
The team managed the day to perfection, guiding every transition, handling suppliers, checking on me at the hotel, collecting my evening dress, and making sure both Ant and I were completely looked after. Our guests were greeted with warm smiles and still tell us how helpful the ladies were.
They don’t just coordinate, they care. They’re professional, presentable, and calm under pressure. You get far more than your money’s worth.
If you’re planning your wedding, book them. No hesitation.
