We hadn’t planned on hiring a wedding planner but I’m so glad we did. Phoebe kept us on track with the build up to the wedding and she made decisions much easier. On the actual day she was a sense of calm organised and you can tell she knows her stuff. She was everywhere but nowhere to ever let anything bother me as the bride, I dont think I had to think or do anything on the day once she arrived! I would recommend her to anyone. She is also a delightful person to be around which helps! -

Thanks a million Phoebe!
We were so incredibly lucky to have Phoebe as our stylist for our dream wedding in May at Pynes House in Devon in May 2025.
Throughout the wedding planning process, she was incredibly warm, professional and helpful. Her work as part of the Pynes house team also meant that she was a fountain of knowledge when it came to the logistics of decorating our wedding breakfast.
Although we worked primarily with her on wedding styling, as our on-the-day event coordinator she went above and beyond, providing invaluable advice (based on her extensive wedding planning experience) on various logistics in the run up to our big day. She often met with us out of hours to discuss, generously adapting to our busy schedules. We also appreciated her light-hearted approach and shared many laughs together.
The evening before and on the big day, her organisational skills ensured that everything ran smoothly to time. Phoebe truly went above and beyond for us, and her experience and talent as a stylist, coordinator and wedding planner shone through.
Thank you for all your help in making our big day so special, seamless and beautiful – we will always be grateful! We are sure the photos of Phoebe’s handiwork will speak for themselves. -

Phoebe was quite simply perfect! From the moment we met her, her calm nature and genuine interest in us as a couple was so lovely and we knew she would be the wedding planner for us!
Phoebe was brilliant at communicating with us, knew our venue so well and knew all of the answers to our many questions!
As a bride, Phoebe was so calming in the build up to the ceremony and throughout the day kept things running so smoothly we didn’t have to worry about a thing!
We can’t thank her enough for everything she did! -

Phoebe was the wedding coordinator for our wedding in December and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help make our big day truly the best day of our lives. At all stages in the run up to the day Phoebe was helpful, responsive and accommodating to any request. On the actual day it was so reassuring to know that Phoebe had every single detail in hand for the day to run seamlessly while being an incredibly calming presence for us and everyone involved including bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents etc...
We could not recommend Phoebe and Elisabeth Shell events highly enough! -

Phoebe was the coordinator for our wedding at Pynes House this August, and we could not have done the day without her! From first meeting her at our Pynes House tour, to the planning sessions, to the weekend itself - Phoebe brought her wealth of experience to make the whole planning process and logistics on the day super seamless. She was absolutely incredible in handing all the big moments and small details, we didn't have to worry at all and just enjoyed our day. Special shout out to when my husband got a drink spilled on him and Phoebe came to the rescue with the hairdryer! We cannot recommend Phoebe enough for a safe pair of hands for your wedding planning/coordination, she's amazing and also an absolute pleasure to work with!
