Truly the best wedding planner!
From the moment Ashridge House recommended Ann, we knew we were in excellent hands - we truly couldn’t have made a better decision for our special day. Planning a wedding in the UK while living in the U.S. could have been a logistical nightmare, but Ann made the entire experience feel effortless. Her organization, detailed spreadsheets, countless video and phone calls, and constant communication (often in multiple group chats with my husband and my mom) kept us connected every step of the way.
Ann was endlessly patient, supportive, and refreshingly honest. She never hesitated to share her professional insights, drawing on her experiences from previous weddings. As a perfectionist and a very visual person, I know I’m not the easiest client, but Ann learned how my mind worked and how I envisioned the day. This was especially helpful when she communicated with vendors and suppliers - she knew exactly when to dig deeper or ask for more details before looping me in.
Two weeks before the wedding, we made a last-minute change to our celebrant, and then another change just two days before the big day. This was incredibly stressful but Ann was cool, calm, collected and found a solution within minutes.
On the day itself, it felt like watching a beautiful production unfold. Ann and her amazing team were everywhere, managing suppliers, keeping everything on schedule, and solving little issues (including when our junior groomsman forgot his shoes!). The entire day flowed so perfectly that we were able to be fully present, soaking in every beautiful moment, knowing that Ann had everything handled behind the scenes.
Ann, Gareth and I are endlessly grateful for the magic you brought to our day. We will forever look back on it as the most beautiful and meaningful day of our lives, and it’s truly all thanks to you. -

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Ann for all the hard work she put in to planning our wedding. She took all the stress away and made it fun! On the day she was simply incredible, she was the heart of why our wedding came together to be everything we ever dreamed of! On top of all this she is just an incredible person and an absolute joy to be around. Ann is truly the best and we could not recommend her more highly! -

We engaged with Jen from Ann Nicholas a couple of weeks before our wedding as we realised we needed support for on the day coordination. Jen got up to speed on everything immediately and was able to help us in the lead up as well.
Jen has unbelievable attention to detail, made communication very easy and was a true professional. She understood all the little details we wanted to execute and was a fantastic support on the day itself, ensuring everything was as we had asked for from our suppliers and making sure the day went smoothly.
We were so grateful to have Jen with is on the day; it took so much pressure off us knowing she was there to ensure our vision for our big day came to life. We could not recommend her enough!

Ann is the best
We are so lucky we found Ann. We can’t praise Ann enough, she transformed our entire wedding experience and made it fun at every stage. If you’re searching for a 5* planner who genuinely cares, AND can deliver any style of wedding you like - look no further. Ann is the perfect blend of exceptional organisation and genuine compassion and care. Her knowledge and experience is down right incredible. And yet - she is so approachable, warm and fun. If you’re looking to plan your dream day and have the best time whilst doing it, Ann is your person. She thinks of things that didn't even enter our heads, there is no way on this planet we could have ever organised the day we had without her. Not only would we have never gotten around to it, but we never ever would have found the incredible suppliers that made our wedding so magical and unique, as only Ann has them in her magic contact book! Seeing how suppliers would prioritise Ann is also testament to the relationships she has built with them over the many years she’s been in the industry, she knows so many people in so many places and will no doubt find you exactly who you need, even if you don’t know where to start. She guided us every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. Even when we were thinking about changing our venue half way through the process Ann was always calm, always ready to do whatever we needed. The thing that really stands out is that she always has your back - no matter what. She will never do something just to make a cut or because it will look better, she is a genuine advocate for YOU and your day, however you want it. On the day itself there is nobody else we would have trusted. She was so ON IT! Anticipating problems before they even arose, running around doing every single thing you can think of and working so hard none stop - we didn’t need to lift a finger, she took care of it all. We were free to enjoy our day to the max, and I cannot stress enough what an incredibly positive impact that had. And she genuinely cares about you, for example making sure when we got back to our room there was pizza there waiting for us as she knew we might be hungry, what a legend. Ann is so amazing, we are friends for life now, and every single person in our wedding party loved her, that’s the kind of impression she leaves on you. Ann is our wedding hero and the best planner in the UK, end of. Best money we ever spent.
