Our Real Wedding

Our wedding at Wasing Park on 21st June 2026 was everything we had hoped for and more. Seeing all of our family and friends together in such a beautiful setting made every moment feel special.

Our engagement was a little older than most by the time we got married, which made it even more meaningful. We had both experienced so much in life, and finding each other felt like coming home. We wanted our wedding to celebrate not just our love, but the joining of our families and the exciting new chapter ahead.

Choosing our outfits was one of our favourite parts. We wanted a relaxed, elegant summer feel. Jonathan looked incredibly handsome in a plum suit, while our four teenage boys wore light blue linen suits that perfectly complemented the season. I chose a timeless dress that made me feel comfortable, confident and ready to enjoy every minute.

Our vision was inspired by an English summer meadow, with wildflower-style arrangements in soft lilacs, blush pinks, creamy whites and deeper purples. Delphiniums, roses, peonies and foxgloves created a romantic, natural feel that suited Wasing Park perfectly, with personal touches throughout.
