About
I specialise in modern, documentary-style wedding photography, capturing not only the moments you expect, but the moments you may never even realise happened.
As a deaf photographer, I experience weddings differently. I have developed a strong awareness of visual details, body language, expressions and the subtle interactions happening around me. I don't rely on sound to tell me where the story is — I watch, anticipate and notice.
That means I’m often looking beyond the obvious moment: a parent quietly wiping away a tear, a friend watching from across the room, a glance between two people, a child causing mischief in the background or a reaction happening while everyone's attention is somewhere else.
I call this “The Wedding You Didn't See.”
My approach is relaxed, unobtrusive and personal. I don't want you spending your wedding day constantly posing for a camera. I give gentle direction when needed, then step back and let you enjoy the people around you while I document the moments naturally.
I take time to understand every couple, their families, traditions and what makes their wedding unique. I particularly enjoy photographing multicultural weddings, where there can be so many different people, traditions and emotions unfolding throughout the day.
Your wedding isn't just about the couple. It's about the people, relationships and little moments that make the day yours.
My goal is to give you photographs that don't simply show you what happened — but reveal everything you didn't get to see.
Years from now, I want you to look through your photographs and feel the day all over again.
