We are a multi-award-winning female-led photography team based in Bewdley, Worcestershire.
We offer couples storytelling wedding photography and film with a relaxed, fun and creative approach.
Waking up on the morning of a wedding and knowing that we have been invited to share in two peoples’ most important journeys is one of the best feelings, and one we still get super excited about even after over 15 years in the wedding industry. We promise to capture the memories of your wedding day in a relaxed and storytelling style, leaving you with beautiful photographs and films to cherish.

What does the wedding package include?
All bookings include a "relive your day" gallery reveal with prosecco & a slideshow to music. You'll get acces to a a private online gallery with downloadable full resolution files
How far in advance should I contact you?
We book couples up to 24 months in advance, and we can take bookings as soon as you have a wedding date and venue confirmed
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?

What is the charge for travelling?
Free travel within 50 miles of Kidderminster.
Outside of this we may ask for a hotel room to be covered the night before your wedding day to enable us to be there early on the morning of your wedding

Other (We are storytelling photographers, so the photos are very natural and an authentic representation of your day. We'll also make sure we get group shots if required & some amazing couple shots!)

We offer the option to add on a highlight film as well, so you'll get the perfect mix of photographs and video without having to do everything twice
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use Canon mirrorless cameras, L series professional lenses and premium lighting equipment, so you can rest assured your photos will be of the highest quality
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, pic-Time. You'll get a private online gallery platform and a connected shop so your guests can purchase prints and albums too, if they'd like to
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
1 month
Do you send all the photos taken?

It's £150 per hour added to any collection coverage time, so we're very flexible in allowing you to have the exact amount of hours you want on your wedding day, without paying for more then you need

Great to work with - Great results
We met Katie at the Wedding Show at the NEC - we loved the example of her work that she had on display but we really loved her enthusiasm and passion for her work - this set her apart from the myriad of other photographers
Her rates were really competitive and we won a free 'engagement shoot' which we did with our dogs in some lovely countryside. This was a great way to get to know Katie and build rapport.
Following the wedding, Katie has spent lots of time with us editing the album, making changes upon changes. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Katie!

Wow she was absolutely amazing from our 1st meeting right through , we've just chosen our photo album, so excitedly awaiting for that.
Katie was so helpful on the day with timings, organising the men and they needed organising. Our room was total chaos with 10 grandchildren involved, Katie was just natural , calm time keeping, children's entainer. You name she helped, while constantly getting the most beautiful moments captured on the camera. I cried such happy tears when we see them. Katie captured so many special moments that we can treasure forever. She is a natural , thoughtful and very very talented photographer. 5✨️ We are so pleased she was our photographer.

Wedding of Mr & Mrs Washington, Hogarths Stone Manor.
I can’t recommend Katie enough! She was very professional & friendly, nothing being too much trouble for her, going above & beyond on our wedding day (even tying my shoe laces!) We had a lot of neurodivergent kids/adults (including myself) at our wedding & we all felt totally at ease with Katie, the photos were amazing & she met all of our requests perfectly. Thank you so much Katie!

Relaxed and candid wedding photography, captured the day perfectly!
We had Kate and Emma photograph our wedding in April 2023 - they were amazing throughout the day sometimes you wouldn't even notice they are in the room taking all the shots to then realise when you finally see your photographs how many pictures they have actually taken. Kate was great with direction for poses if you're not used to being in front of the camera like us!
We absoloutely loved our wedding photos and feel that the fun, love and laughter of the day was captured perfectly!

Everything we wanted
Kate was amazing from the start.
We found Kate at the Wedding Fare at Stanbrook Abbey and she was incredible. Really approachable, friendly and down to earth.
We had our consultation with Kate 1 months before the wedding where she had planned everything out to the last minute! This completely put our mind at ease she knew exactly what she was doing.
Our wedding day she was amazing! Got the most incredible pictures and all our guests commented on how friendly and chatty she was. Kate even picked up on how I was feeling as the bride and put a holt on the pictures for a little.
Kate even accommodated a last minute addition of our dog!

Outstanding from start to finish
We can not recommend Kate and her team at Still Light Photography enough! Kate made all of our wishes come true and was so helpful in the planning stages. On our wedding day they made us and all of our guests feel so comfortable confident, got stuck in and went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. Receiving our photos was so magical, with a special cinema viewing experience, which was the icing on the cake! Thanks to Kate and her team we will forever look back on our wedding day and our beautiful photos with so much love and happiness. 😊

Beautiful photos and excellent service
Katie was brilliant all the way through the process. It was a short notice booking, and she was flexible in catching up on zoom to discuss requirements. On the day, Katie was professional and friendly, and simply just made everyone feel at ease.
It was lovely, as Katie was my best friend at primary school and we had lost touch. Having her as part of the wedding was so special. The photos were beautiful, and Katie put together a little slideshow which made me cry!

Fantastic Photography Service
From the moment we met Kate we knew this was the photographer for us, her professional but relaxed demeanour and the variety of packages she offered with flexibility to our needs & some great ideas/ options for us to consider left us in no doubt. The in person meetings over the course of preparations were timely, reassuring and fun rather than a chore.
On the day Kate organised everyone & all the locations in an almost invisible way, no stress no push or rush but captured everything so perfectly. Many guests complimented her to us on how unobtrusive yet engaging she was.

Wedding 💒 July 2023
We got married in July 2023 and I can honestly say I’m so grateful that we chose Kate to be our photographer. Not only was she professional, proactive, kind and bubbly, she also thought about all the little details that can sometimes be overlooked on such a big day.
She was incredibly organised which greatly appealed to me. Kate had done many weddings at our venue before so she was fantastic in knowing different places to take photos (including day time and lighting) as well as working with the other staff to keep things moving along.
She is also very considerate. To the point that whilst we were having our wedding breakfast she must have disappeared for a short time and came back with a few printed photos (in frames) of our day so far. I was so surprised, it brought tears to my eye. These photos are now on displayed in our house.
Kate was able to capture every part of our special day whilst seemingly being unnoticed. All of her photos are so beautiful and natural which is one of the many reasons we went with still light photography. She is definitely worth her weight in gold and then some- I would 100% recommend her.
We paid for 2 photographers. Kate for the whole day and another for half.
