Hi, I’m Sam - a wedding photographer based in the South West.
Whatever plans you have for your day, my job is to tell the story of your wedding as authentically as possible. I work in a documentary style with a laid-back, unobtrusive approach, focusing on genuine moments, real emotion, and all the little details that make your day unique.

Full Day Package includes everything from your morning preparations right through to the dancefloor. Up to 10 hours coverage. 450+ fully edited photos

Can you travel?
Yes, yes absolutely - I’m based in the South West but happy to travel anywhere in the UK and beyond
What is the charge for travelling?
Travel within 90 miles of Bristol is included. For weddings further afield, I just add a simple mileage rate or agreed travel cost

What kind of technology do you use?
Digital
Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I work in a relaxed documentary style, focusing on real moments and natural light. I also mix in a retro-inspired look to give your photos a timeless and nostalgic feel
What kind of equipment do you use?
I use a Panasonic Lumix S5ii as my main camera. I also have a Lumix G9 that I use with a Disposable lens to get a vintage style as part of a package add-on
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
1 month
Do you send all the photos taken?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Per event
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

How do you charge extra time?
If additional coverage is requested on the day of wedding beyond the agreed-upon package, the
Client will be invoiced at a rate of £150 per hour
What are the forms of payment?
I accept payments via bank transfer. I take a £200 deposit to secure the date and remaining balance needs to be paid 1 month before the wedding
How do you work?
I work in a relaxed, documentary style - mostly in the background, capturing real moments as they unfold. I keep things calm and easy on the day, stepping in with gentle direction when needed

The best photographer!
Sam was absolutely incredible from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos. He’s so talented, calm and kind and was great at giving direction when needed. The photos he produced are so beautiful and they arrived in such great time too. The whole process with hiring Sam was seamless from start to finish - he listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. The perfect photographer to capture those natural moments.

Wonderful!
We first heard about Sam through our videographer, and after searching on his social media, we knew he was the perfect fit for our wedding! Sam was so helpful with providing further information/quotes for our day and once the wedding got closer, he set up a consultation phone call. From start to finish the customer service and communication from Sam was amazing and he made sure all our requests were met. The photographs have turned out absolutely stunning and reflect the laid-back, happy atmosphere of our day. We are not a couple who are used to posing in front of a camera but Sam put us at complete ease! We would not hesitate to recommend him - thank you so much again!

Amazing looking photos exactly what we wanted for our wedding
We cannot recommend Sam highly enough, he is a truly exceptional wedding photographer. From our initial planning call to receiving the final stunning album, the entire experience was seamless and wonderful.
The planning call a few weeks before the wedding was incredibly helpful. Sam fully answered all our questions, helped us map out the day, and made sure he understood exactly what he needed, which instantly put us at ease.
We were thrilled that he captured every single shot we were after! The mix of posed shots and candid moments is simply perfect. He has an amazing ability to blend in, we barely noticed him throughout the day, which allowed us to be completely natural. Sam was fantastic at making us feel relaxed and easy in front of the camera, leading to photos that look truly amazing.

Quality and Speed
Sam was absolutely incredible for our wedding in Puglia, Oct, 2025. Lots of briefings and clear comms beforehand, we were so happy with the quality of the photos and lucky enough to receive them all within a month. Couldn't recommend him enough
