There's not enough words to describe how amazing Andy is as a photographer and a guy.
Andy's work was amazing so I reached out and I immediately liked his relaxed but professional attitude and knew he was who we wanted to book, not just because of his work but because you could tell he was a cool guy.
He checked in on us in the run up, sent handy guides and videos over and scheduled a call with us to check all the finer details.
On the day he did exactly as he says on the tin, he slipped into the background, captured some incredible memories and made us feel at ease in some of the more usual posed moments.
To say he did all that and then in under 4 weeks returned the most stunning selection of photos. I wanted to cry when I opened them, they were so beautiful.
Andy is an amazing photographer and an amazing guy. If you don't book him you're making an error.SaywellHQ's reply:

Andy was brilliant, from start to finish. The information in emails and through meetings was excellent. Incredibly professional and met our brief perfectly. He absolutely delivered some great photos, many of which I didn’t realise he’d taken. He captured the wedding, both pre an during beautifully.
Andy also worked to our budget which was a real bonus.
After event support was also excellent.
Andy was the best choice for us and we would highly recommend him. -

Andy's process is immensely detailed whilst being easy to navigate. As most peoples weddings are their first (!) it can be a bit of a minefield. Andy has an established process using video calls, pre-recorded instruction videos and a detailed FAQs page to help get through all the unknown.
On the day, Andy isn't just the photographer but also like an adviser for the day, very well versed in the order of the day and helps you make the most of it. As a groom, he was a calming presence and fit in great with me and the best men while we were getting prepped for the day. At the top of the aisle, he directed me and the rest of the wedding party so we were always in the right spot.
The end product is authentic, honest and super high quality. The photos captured really show the reality of the day, and we've looked back over them hundreds of times since the big day!

From the very first interaction, Andy exuded professionalism and warmth. Planning a wedding from abroad came with its challenges, but he supported us every step of the way, giving us the confidence and reassurance we needed to let go of any pre-wedding jitters.
He coordinated directly with the venue, which lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. On the day itself, his presence was felt but never intrusive—he managed to capture every moment beautifully while keeping the spotlight on us as a couple.
Our guests were already confident the photos would be stunning, and they were absolutely blown away when we received them. His communication was clear and consistent throughout, and he delivered the final photos promptly, exactly as promised.
Beyond his skill and professionalism, he’s simply a genuinely nice and friendly person who matched the atmosphere of our wedding perfectly. We never felt intruded upon, and neither did our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. -

I knew I wanted a photographer from the very beginning of planning the wedding and honestly, it is worth it, and if you're undecided on whether to have a photographer on your day, here are our thoughts:
Andy is amazing! From our first online call to the big day, Andy had shown professionalism throughout. He will talk you through each step and provide you with all the important updates.
My husband and I are quite camera-shy and can be awkward in front of a camera. At the same time, I wanted to have a selection of photos of just us, for memories. So we also had the option and opportunity to take some "just us two" photos for 20 mins (Those photos came back amazing!) Andy has made us and my family feel so comfortable on the day.
