Excellent candid magic

James was an incredible, almost invisible, presence on our wedding day. His pictures speak for themselves, but his actions and behaviours are what make him an excellent all-rounder.
A lovely guy, easy to communicate with, a good listener and responds quickly. On the day itself he was a photography ninja! Unobtrusive and polite but with a definite eye for *moments*. Only when we got the proof pictures through, did we realise how many times he must’ve been around the venue, the guests and captured the little moments we were probably too busy to see for ourselves. The pictures are a lovely range of black and white and colour with a few tweaks here and there to ramp up the magic in places. I’m sure it took a lot of talent to make it all look so effortless! I’d be so happy to work with him again and to find out where he got his incredible shoes from!

Brilliant and genuine

James did an amazing job, kept in communication the whole time and other than a chance to speak to him about his incredible shoes we barely noticed he was there. His photographs are beautiful highly recommend using him!

Perfect candid photographer

Amazing photos! James captured some beautiful natural moments as they were happening and yet you would of never of known he was there! He was very discreet and unobtrusive. He was very friendly keeping everyone at ease when getting the group shots which are great but the ones we didn't know were happening are incredible and gave the right vibe for the wedding as a whole.

Fantastic photographer

Booked James for our wedding. We're both a bit camera shy and found his relaxed manner really put us at ease on the day and led to getting some great photos. He was responsive and excellent value for money.

Wedding Day

James was fantastic, 100% recommend

I am so happy we chose James to photograph our wedding. I found James's details on hitched and picked him as I loved his portfolio and how natural his pictures were.

James was brilliant throughout everything. Our wedding venue unfortunately cancelled on us 6 weeks before our planned date, and James was so accommodating and he moved our booking to our new date with no issues.

James's communication was excellent and always replied to my emails really quickly.

On the day, James was brilliant. He was so easy to talk to, he made us all feel so relaxed (I'm not great with photos but he made me feel very comfortable), he made sure to get all the shots we had asked for and lots of candid ones too which is exactly what we wanted, and why I loved his portfolio do much.

The pictures came back really quickly too and again, with lots of communication from James after the big day.

100% would recommend.

Fabulous Photos

James was very professional, fun and took some wonderful photos for us. Our photos are natural and capture all the special moments from our wedding day. We would highly recommend having James as your wedding photographer.
